Photographer uses drone to create UFO scene

Ever wondered how photographers create such striking stock images of UFOs and alien abduction scenes ?
While there are a large number of genuine UFO photographs out there, when we write about a UFO incident for which there are no actual images, it is not uncommon to illustrate the story with a stock image - an artificially produced photograph that represents the idea of what the story is about.
(After all, how many real photographs are there of someone being abducted by aliens!?)
In a recent video, photographer Hayden Pedersen outlines the entire process through which he created the image of a girl being 'floated' up towards a UFO hovering directly above.
The video goes into great detail and demonstrates how, in an unusual move, Pedersen and his colleagues used a drone to simulate the UFO while the model lay on a stool underneath.
He then goes through the process of using Photoshop to clean up and enhance the image, producing a clean shot that can then be published in a wide range of publications.
It's a fascinating insight into the methods used to create such startling photographs.
