Dave still remains in jail.

Dave has made no filings on his behalf regarding his "Illegal Detainment".

There has been no notice of attorney for Dave.

Meta 1's claim for Dave's "imminent release" was more than a week ago.

No filings from Meta 1 have been made since.

The SEC has not made any notice to have Dave released.

The Meta 1 Coin launch hasn't happened, as predicted.

Dave has been in prison for 2 plus months. You have to ask the question - why has he not either turned on the fellow scammers or abided by the court order and removed all the videos to get out of that awful 8x8 cell. I am still betting he has a cash stash and is willing to do the time to keep it as well as keep getting $ from the scam provided he keeps his mouth shut. Remember the newsletter calling him a " stand up guy"? Only one thing motivates Dave. Money. He is not rotting in that prison cell out of kindness or being a stand up guy. No way.
