I hope Dave didn't have another misunderstanding of the law again.

Some jurisdictions have to release you after a certain period of time, but he is in the Federal jurisdiction. They can hold him indefinitely.

It's a good thing that the prisons have a library. He can read up on it. He has all the time he needs...
