From Bear 5642: I just heard from my longtime, trusted source that is in Baghdad, Iraq.
He states that all forms of lower denoms are now on the street and in the marketplace as of today…CONFIRMED!
As a market owner there, he has been given his smart card loaded with a very low rate, but was told today that the 3 zeros will be removed at the beginning of the week and a higher rate will be digitally reloaded on the card at that time.
Folks, this means their currency will change in value….
