Dr. Davis Williams' Alternatives for the Health-Conscious Individual, Volume 12, No. 3, Sept. 2007 issue article entitled "The Benefits of Eating Like a Horse" beginning on cover page, can probably be obtained in archives via www.drdavidwilliams.com the "Human" version is called Epicor, much more expensive than the farm animal feed store Diamond V XPC, which I was unable to find locally & so paid more for shipping of 50# bag than actual product cost. Dosage of 3/4 teaspoon is adult daily can be added to morning cereal or protein shake, or taken alone.
