T.... I have been a wonderful manager for them and have weathered all sorts of crap with these guys. I now have the place at almost 100% occupied and for the most expensive place in all of the county that is saying something. I have acheived this because I know how to close a sale. I know how to draw them in and I know how to make them happy. My re~rent ratio is huge. If they let me go.... it truly will be their loss. I already told them that I will not training my replacement. Since I am the only one that even knows passwords... they will be screwed if I don't play ball. Not to say that they won't be able to fix things and go on... but none of them know beans about the business. I also told them that my consultation fees will start at $200.00 per hour. HA!
