Employee’s of the NSA and the DOD gets paid nice sums to cover-up  and oversee the genocidal mass killings of aquatic mammalian species, and the highly paid corporate Congress dismissed environmental studies and legal challenges on the NAVY’s plans to go forward with killing 12-30 million cetaceans and sea mammals with highly lethal sonar testing.  No one has the right to keep these discoveries from the general population, and to learn that the NAVY has plans to decimate a new aquatic species, especially one that has it’s place in cultural legends going back thousands of years is more evidence of rampant psychopathy in the military industrial complex.
