OK, so we find out that it really did RV (jus' sayin). Has anyone determined if in fact this is a tradable currency, and if so where we could possibly CE ??? Sure, after the RV of the IQD, we could afford a trip to ZIMBABWE and CE there. This of course is assuming they even have anything to convert it to. Just a thought. :)

Well my guess, which is as valid as anyones, is that everything has to RV/DV all at the same time or close enough together so we don't have anyone double dipping. All of this may well be in progress and when everything is run into the system, in place, then all can be revealed and we go to the bank after we get up off the floor and change our drawers... jmho :)
