Rumors ---It is showing on the bank screens nationwide, Street Rates Iraq Dinar 11.96, Vietnamese Dong 2.46. Awaiting Wells Fargo to release it.
Rumor --- One bank in the USA has been delaying the release and that is Wells Fargo. The Cabal has many WF managers under there corrupted influence which is causing the delay.
