Pope Criminalizes Vatican Leaks of Child Prostitution and Sexual Abuse*
While the UN enforces their version of the Rights of the Child, which is essentially about removing parental control over the child, where are those rights when it pertains to acts that ruin the rest of their lives i.e. sexual abuse + rape = paedophilia?
By Sergey Baranov
Pope Francis overhauled the laws that govern Vatican City Thursday, criminalizing leaks of Vatican information and specifically listing sexual violence, prostitution and possession of child pornography as crimes against children that can be punished by up to 12 years in prison.
While ‘’serving God’’, the pastor was raping children in order to cure them of homosexual urges while making them ejaculate their evil thoughts! It was just over a week ago when I wrote about ridiculously light sentences received by the child molesters, while mentioning others, non-violent people who has been continuously sent to prison for smoking medicinal herbs, laws on which are subjective and varying from state to state.
However, in the case of paedophilia, laws are the same worldwide and yet, those who breaks them are getting awarded with probation. Another incident broke up In Santo Domingo where ‘’a group representing several social organizations on Wednesday picketed in front of the Nuncio’s residence demanding punishment for paedophile priests and the abolition of Dominican Republic’s decades-old pact with the Vatican, known as the Concordat’’ Taking a walk after reading this article, I was thinking in what kind of society we are living, in which the people must demand what is already given by law?
A penal code of any country is providing severe punishment for rape, sexual assaults and especially for paedophilia. But why these laws are selectively enforced? Why are some people getting locked up for minor, non-violent offenses and others let go for serious crimes?
While paedophilia is a highly immoral and criminal act, those who commits it manage to avoid prosecution. I have recently wrote my thoughts about the attempts to lower the age of consent, thus helping the pedophiles to get away with their crimes.
And it was only yesterday, when I came across of another article in which I read the following: ‘’In 2003, a group of mental health professionals formed B4U-Act to begin a slow but inexorable push to redefine paedophilia as a sexual orientation in the same way homosexuality was in the 1970s.
The organization calls paedophiles “minor attracted people,” and the website states its purpose is to
“help mental health professionals learn more about attraction to minors and to consider the effects of stereotyping, stigma, and fear.”
It is a good and informative article for those who are interested in the subject, but here I just wanted to mention few statements to demonstrate how sinister agendas are introduced into society thru the moral justifiability. In other words, it shows a psychological attack on the common sense, morality and the sense of justice in slow motion. All that is very disturbing to a family oriented people who just want to protect their children from sexual predators.
And fortunately, we are still a majority. But considering the pace of the moral decay of the Western cultures, I am afraid that it won’t be too long before sneaky lawyers would manage to push legislation which would let the perverts to prey on the innocent with greater impunity. Shocking news has recently come from the Vatican. Pop Francis has criminalized that which would by any moral standards be condemned, exposed and prosecuted. He made it illegal to report on Vatican’s sex crimes.

One would wonder, why sexual violence, prostitution and above all, child pornography would even be a part of the lexicon, let alone present among members of clergy devoted themselves to service of God?
The new Code of Canon Law of the Latin Church in 1983 reasserted the age-old tradition:
Both Paolo Gabriele, the butler for former Pope Benedict XVI, who said he wanted to ‘’expose the evil and corruption that plagued the Holy Sea’’ and Bradley Manning were sent to prison for bringing the truth to public attention, motivated by moral duty of exposing the crimes. Summing all up and adding to it a recent attempt of the prominent atheist Richard Dawkins who tried soft-pedal paedophilia using moral relativism, which is nothing more but a nihilistic philosophy and a direct result of spiritual poverty, it would be impossible to ignore and live in denial, refusing to see paedophilia as a global pandemic, a plague which will claim humanity if not stopped.

These are the claims made by the Iowa pastor and youth counselor Brent Girouex, who’ve got his sentence reduced from 17 years in prison to virtually nothing a sex offender treatment and probation!‘’Curing the homosexual urges with raping teenage boys while helping them ejaculate evil thoughts’’

The new Code of Canon Law of the Latin Church in 1983 reasserted the age-old tradition:
‘’Scholars generally agree that the obligation of celibacy, or at least of continence, became canon law from the fourth century onwards. … However, it is important to observe that the legislators of the fourth and fifth centuries affirmed that this canonical enactment was based on an apostolic tradition’’ (Father Ignace de la Potterie) Besides, how different Pope’s decision to criminalize leaking of Vatican’s crimes, from the decision of the military judge who sent Bradley Manning to serve a 35 years sentence in prison for exposing the war crimes?“Clerics are obliged to observe perfect and perpetual continence for the sake of the Kingdom of Heaven and therefore are obliged to observe celibacy, which is a special gift of God, by which sacred ministers can adhere more easily to Christ with an undivided heart and can more freely dedicate themselves to the service of God and humankind.” ( Code of Canon Law, canon 277, §1.)“By preserving virginity or celibacy for the sake of the Kingdom of Heaven, priests are consecrated in a new and excellent way to Christ. They more readily clung to him with undivided heart.” (Second Vatican Council, Presbyterorum Ordinis, n. 16.)
