I have been watching this kind of stuff happening for the last 3 weeks.... It will appear live for 20 - 45 minutes and it disappears..... Anyone that understands simple logic will zero in on the most likely scenario.... they are trading against the money and need it live to do so.... I am sorry that so many people in the know don't get it.... and in answer to your question about Jackie boy..... when he was involved on Wall Street.....he was the the bad boy of bad boys..... his actions speak for themselves....

PER CONVERSATION LATE LAST NIGHT THE RATE HELD FOR 3 HOURS AND THEN IT VANISHED AGAIN. THIS WAS AT THE BANK TELLER SCREEN LEVEL
