We were thinking of what might be the holdup, from China, Iraq, the US, etc. I’ve heard it all, but the holdup has already been dealt with.
An enormous amount of money changed hands this week. A very powerful lady figure stepped in and said if it’s not done in “X” amount of days she will step in and do it. We know that this is factual. The final payment is in process or already paid to Kuwait. We should see rates live tomorrow into Sunday. I heard a 72 hour wait was put on it but it may have been taken off, we wait to see how that plays out. The rates are $25.99 for IQN and the VNN is showing in the 2’s. I think it will come out in the high 2’s but will soon jump into the 3’s.The “all banks open” or “all banks closed” situation has been taken off of the table because of the circumstances. It can go at anytime
