OPPT, which no longer exists because it was dissolved after its purpose was fulfilled, has NEVER asked anyone to subscribe to a written fingerprinted oath in order to participate in what was accomplished on behalf of ALL the people, as far as I'm aware.

Involvement of UN diplomatic immunity could be via Swissindo, imo;
large sums of "money" are in deed available via the voluntary foreclosure upon the world's banks and corporations ("Government(s)" included) verified in the public record, still remaining un-rebutted.

The invitation spoken of here seems to be an attempt to garner participation from alternative media audiences as way to get the word out to the people in the absence of MSM cooperation. I understand (& agree with) the concern over the "oath requirement".

The basic misunderstanding of where True Value comes from seems to remain un-discovered and undisclosed in this presentation; the ONLY basis of True Value is in Creator and creation, meaning the earth & universe/multiverse, of which PEOPLE are the primary earthly stewards, also co-creating whatever else has any value whatsoever. "Money" - only a representation of value for energy exchange purposes, need only be backed by "the good faith and credit of the people", as it is THE PEOPLE who ARE the True Value and determine the value of anything, as it relates to their particular needs or desires, some being universally basic (food, shelter, energy, protection) and the rest extremely varied, as individual people are.

We have in deed each been "offered the world", to do with as we choose. Knowing WHo (and WHose!) we are is basic to manifesting the world in a manner that serves the greatest good of ALL, with no harm to any other in intent or action. This transition we are now experiencing challenges old paradigms in myriad manners.
