“The Underground” a true story of Phil Schneider

The Underground”, by upcoming exopolitical filmmaker DARCY WEIR,
provides background information and testimony as to Phil’s involvement
in the building of secret D.U.M.B.S (deep underground military bases) including a base in Dulce, New Mexico for the military.
Schneider claims during the 1970’s during the construction of a
D.U.M.B. at Dulce, that he had accidentally tunneled into an ET base
