Greetings Dear Ones, We are the High Council of Orion
Today’s message is about caring for your energy body. There is much talk these days on your planet about taking care of your physical body, which is very important for that is the vehicle and the housing for your Soul.
Yet equally important as that of your energy body, we would like to discuss what that means and how to take care of your energy body today, at least at the beginning and we will return to this as a topic at another time, for there is much to say about it.
It is easy in your world at this time to not think much about an energy body, and your energy body and how large or small it is and what kind of shape that it might be in. Your world is one that is bound by the third dimensional reality, that which you can see, hear, feel, taste, touch, and yet your energy body is the animating force of your life as well, and your energy body extends far out beyond your physical body.
We would like to encourage you to start attuning yourself to your energy body, how it speaks you and provides feedback to you within the structure of your five senses, so as you begin to be able to respond to it from your five senses, you are then also increasing your extrasensory abilities to perceive it beyond your five senses as well.
Many of you have had experience with your energy body, when you walk into a room or in a situation that you might say is just uncomfortable, that you need to leave, that the energy “is off” or the energy “feels bad”, or you could feel this when you meet somebody, as well as being in a situation of being in a particular place.
But in this situation where you are yet to have any physical evidence, any evidence within your five senses, and you have that unsettled feeling or that feeling of knowingness that it’s a place that you would like to leave, that is your energy body speaking to you. That is you and your energy body, which is far larger than your physical body, it’s meeting the situation in a sense before you are and giving you feedback, and the feedback could be how you feel about the situation.
This first example we’re giving you is one that’s obvious in terms of not feeling comfortable, or feeling restless in a particular situation that may not be resonant with you. The same could be said in the opposite way, where perhaps it’s something that you feel really good about, a place or person that you automatically feel really great about, and you might not have the evidence in your five sensory world to support that yet.
We encourage you in this very beginning level to start acknowledging the fact that number one you have an energy body, and one way you can acknowledge the fact you have an energy body is, just bring awareness to the idea that you even have an energy body. Then if you’re sitting in a quiet space or in a quiet meditation or lying in bed, just ask your higher self to give you a sense of your energy body around you, and you may feel it as warmth or tingly.
You may be able to move your hand out from you in the space around, and feel where that feels thicker or almost like there’s some substance, and beyond which it feels different like it’s not there anymore. That’s beginning to be aware of your energy body and understanding the space that it takes up, which is why some people can feel like there’s standing too close to you, or that you might need to move closer to somebody, that’s a lot about your energy body and its interaction with the environment around you.
The first part about learning to work with the information system of your energy body is just becoming aware of it, and then you start being aware of the information it is sending to you, and again the easiest way is just like
“What’s going on in my environment?”
“How am I reacting to my environment in ways that go beyond the physical evidence, beyond the five senses?”
If you haven’t received input from your sight, your taste, your touch, your smell, or sounds, but you still have a feeling about it, just acknowledge the fact that your energy bodies giving you information, just like your other five senses do. Then begin to respond to act based on that information, and as you do you are setting up a feedback loop which strengthens your energy body, and allows you to receive more information.
What’s the benefit of working with your energy body?
You are starting to work with those unseen energies, those intangible energies relative to the five sensory third dimensional realm, but as your world is expanding and your light bodies are becoming more acknowledged, then you are beginning to work with and receive that information that’s all around you.
Which allows you to move into this higher vibratory rate, this rate of light where more information can come into you. It’s already in the field around you, so this way you start working with it to start picking it up, this can increase your intuitive and your extra sensory ability.
People talk about extra sensory perception ESP, well “What is extrasensory?” It is beginning to work in these realms beyond the five senses, to allow that perception of the extra senses to enliven, educate, inform your life.
Have fun playing with and exploring your energy body, have fun seeing as you see what can transpire as you start reacting to that information and working with it, and see how your sensory awareness about that can grow even more.

“Greetings Dear Ones,
We are the High Council of Orion.
How do you feel about living into your reality that you are the Light of the World?
As we shared in our last message to each and every one of you who listen, the Truth that you are the Light of the World and we encourage each and every one of you to connect into that space of your heart to begin to feel that.
We invite you again today to not set aside the idea of that message that you are the Light of the World, but continue on with it to explore it at an even deeper level.
For as you spend time with this and begin to experience your connection with your Light in your quiet moments of meditation or alone time, regrouping time, you begin to live into it as a reality so it’s not just a thought in your mind or a channeling that you read, but you begin to work with the experience that you are the Light of the World.
We would encourage each and every one of you to spend those few moments every day connecting in with your center, connecting with your Heart and your solar plexus energy.
Allow yourself to ground those energies back down into the planet. Allow the energies to flow upward and out and into connection with the Universe, with All That Is, with the energy of your Source.
Allow the flow of the universal energies and the planetary energies to flow back into your Heart and your solar plexus area and mingle and move in those two centers for you.
The way we see those energies flowing between your solar plexus and your heart is as if it’s in the infinity symbol.
So if you begin at your solar plexus and the energies rise up to the heart area and then move back down in that figure 8 that’s vertical.
Just feel the movement of those centering energies for you. As you feel the motion and the movement and see the Light allow the Light to expand out into your physical body.
Literally, see it infusing itself into each cell, in each organ, all the tissues and the fluids in your body. Really take the time to feel and live into your awareness of the infusion of Light throughout your physical body.
Then, in the way that you choose to view it, see the Light begin to infuse itself into the energetic bodies, the subtle energy bodies, the ones that also the go out beyond the boundaries of your physical body. Just feel yourself living into that Light.
Allow your breathing to flow in and out as you do for your breathing allows that connection to Source.
As you feel your connection with your Light body and your Light being, allow the thoughts of your mind to just dissolve away into the space of your Heart and your solar plexus.
Just feel the Light. Feel the expansion. As you connect with yourself on this level of Light and energy see that energy expanding outward.
See it mingle, dance and intertwine with the Light of those around you: the other humans, the animals, the plants, the buildings.
For at its essence all the substances are the same.
They all are made of the same Light energy.
Observe how you feel. Observe the inflow of peace, of settledness, centeredness. This is about moving into this place of Now also.
As you live into the space of your Light experience, when you feel peaceful and centered, you can ask for guidance. Ask for inspiration.
Ask for understanding about any area of your life that isn’t flowing with the Light that you’re feeling at the moment.
Work to ask those questions from your Heart and from your solar plexus instead of your mind. Just allow your Light to flow into it.
Allow your life to unfold, for it’s a time now of moving away from information and more into this feeling and this experience of yourself as a Light Being.
It would be our wish for you to grow and live into the understanding and the Truth of you being the Light of the World so that you can utter those words past your lips from a place of Truth and knowingness.
Your ego might want to say “It’s ego-based to say that you are the Light of the World”, but as you connect with it, in its Truth, as you spend more time with it, you will be able to think and see and feel and even say that you are the Light of the World.
The Light within you is the Light that you’ve been seeking. The Light within you is the Light that contains all the answers and all the solutions.
It’s all within you and it’s all within your reach. It’s all within your field of possibilities.
We encourage each and every one of you to play in the Light field as the Light being that you are. Joyfully embrace the Truth that you are the Light of the World.
