Two weeks ago my friend called to me and told that now, people are exchanging dinars, those who have the prosperity packages. I asked how did they get prosperity packages and what is that? He explained to me that they have them because they invested in Iraq many years ago, and by the agreement they got these packages.
They almost done and after them will be exchanging the first and biggest group TG. Then will be allowed for the smaller contract groups and the last will go public. The rates for public will be 1-3 dollars. I hope it helps for all of you to understand what is going on. Although I cannot confirm it is true or not.
