(About the $42 mentioned below: Earlier in the day there had been a report of an amount like $42.38 showing up on banking screens at a particular bank. Consensus is that that was some kind of test figure, or, perhaps more likely, that it was an amount to be paid in exchange for 50,000 Iraqi dinar.)

4-30-2012 Intel Guru BWM news is still positive...banks are ready...[the $42] wasn't "locked in" so like so many of the other rates... yes, I feel it was a "test" rates of sorts.
