CARDEN:Confirmed rates are live in China, from many (5 - and more) different sources.
I'll be heading to the bank next TUESDAY, with DinDong in tow, carrying all my cash to exchange.
New parliament was seated yesterday.
TODAY is Holy Day in Iraq and banks are closed today and tomorrow. Rates at CBI will not be shown until MONDAY. Then, it's ALL SYSTEMS GO.
Even with all this said, Exo, is showing us that we have LIVE RATES NOW, meaning we should be able to DANCE OUR WAY TO THE BANKS AS EARLY AS TODAY. I'm happy, happy, happy!
Exo's "RED SUIT" means the RV IS DONE, LIVE, AND WE CAN GO TO THE BANK... looking for it now!!!

MT, to add to Sunshine's comment below, my understanding is that it is both VND and IQD, and others are also revalued. This has to be done all at the same time otherwise, one country's wealthy can literally buy up another country!
