At some point, a question arose in my mind about how exactly did the Reptilians work with the “Dark Ones” here on Earth? Now, it’s not like my life (as it is now) really depends on knowing this, but the question came up, and, there it was. So I asked Tolec for a response from the Andromeda Council he responds to. My question to Tolec was:
“Have you ever received specific information about how the Draco-Hydra reptilians influenced/worked with those of the “dark agenda” groups (Illuminati, Masons, etc.) here on Earth?”
Below is his response. The answers he received are quite detailed, and pretty amazing (in my mind). Considering what he found out, I can understand why some who work with the “dark ones” might really want to get out.

To your question: “Have you ever received specific information about how the Draco-Hydra reptilians influenced/worked with those of the “dark agenda” groups (Cabal, Illuminati, Powers that Be, Masons, etc.) here on Earth?
Was it via telepathic mind control, or perhaps via establishing an energetic “atmosphere” around the world or in certain regions so that groups like those would tend to flourish?
Here is the complete answer with some extensive explanations from the commander of the primary Andromeda Council biosphere. To be very honest, I was astounded at the depth of his answer. Here’s what I learned:
The Draco-Hydra reptilians made certain contractual agreements with the dark agenda groups in exchange for their control of humanity for slavery, and food.
The contractual agreements between the Draco-Hydra Reptilians and dark agenda groups are as followed [follows]:
1.) They allowed the dark agenda groups and their families to thrive and live out their days as important power players within their own secret coded groups. By “secret coded” I mean to describe visual signals, handshakes, signs and images that these people in each of the secret, dark agenda, groups themselves, and themselves only, recognize.
2.) Another agreement was made to – divide the Earth – for these reptilians to establish their cities and for the dark agenda groups establish their own various domains.
3.) The most important agreement that was made between the reptilians and the dark agenda groups was to have access to precious clean water & clean air.
Also know:
If any member of a secret society, aka dark agenda group, breaks its contractual agreement, the member and his family will be eliminated.
If any member within the secret societies, dark agenda groups, that has made his/her vows before their own high council members [leaders of various secret society groups]… and they escape to warn the people – they will be eliminated along with their families and/or be placed within the Reptilians’ holding cell for food.
The Draco-Hydra Reptilians not only worked with the dark agenda groups through telepathic mind control – but they also controlled & worked with these dark agenda humans via very severe manipulation methods including using electrical shock torture, because many of these humans have implanted chips within them which can be easily triggered to keep these people ‘in-line”.
Keep in mind, there used to be certain negative portal areas (i.e. areas of civil unrest, political skirmishes, religious extremists, military exercises, as an example in the Middle East [Gulf of Aden undersea base], the Asia & South East Asia area [East China Sea undersea base] in geographic regions around the world that over time have been saturated with negative energy impulses by the various underground & undersea reptilian bases. However, the beacons & transponders in these bases, and all of these ungderground & undersea bases have now all been eliminated as the last Procyon & Andromeda Council Delta Team Strike Force action one month ago.
Humanity, people of Earth, incorrectly believe they are the cause of civil wars, political and military powers caused conflicts. The reality is, unfortunately, it has not been in the hands of the ordinary humans. Truly, it has been in the hands of the highly secret ‘behind the closed doors” agenda of the dark agenda groups of the ‘Cabal’ / ‘Illuminati’ / ‘Powers that Be. Their plans to de-populate humanity and decrease the billions of people on Earth to millions of people on Earth, this has been their plan in order to be able to better manage their control over all of the remaining humanity. Since the Draco & Hydra Reptilians and their reptilian human/hybrids have been removed from Earth what is left are human ‘Controllers’ the dark agenda groups, ‘Powers that Be’, etc.
The various dark agenda groups of humans are now fighting among themselves for the role of what you on Earth would call ‘top dog’ position.
They do have some technology that can control humanity, but as humans they do not have the powerful telepathic mind control that reptilians do. Dark agenda groups know that their lives are being cut short by the lack of assistance from the powerful reptilians. They are scrambling for some sense of control. And, they are scattered on the Earth in smaller groups. They still think that they can maintain the secrecy of their coded groups.
But, they will not be able to maintain their secrecy forever. The people you describe as “whistleblowers” are slowly coming out of these dark agenda groups, risking their own lives, to expose the real truth behind the veils of ancient secrecy.
Since the dark agenda members do not have the capacity to eliminate the whistleblowers, they are slowly losing their control over their secret codes that have been kept for centuries. The dark agenda groups are now being exposed to the world.
note: Many dark agenda group members do not know that they have been lied to throughout the centuries. They eroneously believed that they were doing a service to humanity while they kept their coded secrets quiet.
When the Truth comes to light, the dark agenda members will be surprised to learn that what they succumbed to for so centuries was simply that of being servants to malevolent ‘gods’, so to speak.
