OMEGAMAN RECAP BY ELAU: Jon, the IMF had the Funds for the Credit Lines (trade programs and H bonds redemption) on Admin Hold, all funds for the transactions globally are been on and then off and again on Admin Hold , waiting on standby for the GOI to be officially seated, hence it's the trigger for ALL events, ( Heritage Assets, GCR, RV) since all it's linked.
Once GOI seated ( expected 9/4/14) , IMF will release the funds, and we will see the rates going LIVE ( Bank screens and Forex )
.... And last we the people will go to Exch..... Finally!
