There’s NO REQUIREMENT to fill out a 1040 Form!

Matthew 17: 25 – He saith, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying, What thinkest thou, Simon, of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers?

INCOME is an amount OVER and ABOVE the base. Let’s say you agree to work for $100 a week. If your boss gives you $100.01 the .01 is INCOME. The $100 is the BASE. You’re merely being RESTORED for the hours you agreed to work but you HAVE NOT received any INCOME, ACCORDING TO THE SWINE WHO MADE THE “INCOME TAX” LAWS.
By the way, are IOUs income? Checks are IOUs. So are FRNs for that matter. Given you can’t PAY for anything with an IOU, and given anyone who receives a pay check and FRNs is getting an IOU in exchange for their time/labor, have they received INCOME?
Head over here and take a look at what the courts have identified as MONEY and INCOME and then ask yourself if you’ve ever received any for ONE MINUTE of your time/labor for whatever work you do during your ENTIRE LIFE.
