The story of F&F exchanging privately continues from Mexico. 4 principals represented by their attorneys exchanged their VND and IQD at BANAMEX in Mexico on Monday - the banker spilled the beans. They were represented by 2 attorneys who showed up at the bank (in CABO SAN LUCAS) with the currency. These 2 attorneys represented 2 retired N. Americans and 2 politicians. When they asked to exchange at the bank, the banker said, "Sorry, these rates are not showing on our bank screens." The attorneys gave them a website to check. When the banker checked the website, he saw the rates were shown there. After getting the permission of his manager the VND and IQD were exchanged.
Banamex has been charged with corruption and now treads very carefully. This is why the article was written. The banker exposed this action. The website where the rates were given has been blacked out. The article was published on MONDAY.
