Guys this is the beginning of the END.. Quo warranto!! the First time i heard this was From Kerala Dude.. One of the Finest lawyers alive in INDIA, Who has mastered Latin & Roman laws Quo warranto is among 1000’s of Strategies he uses against The Banks & its officers Who excercise such a Power and force them Or Challenge em to show us the authority by which they excercise such a Power for eg : Its A legal proceeding during which an individual’s right to hold an office or governmental privilege is challenged , he is now using the same Writ for all Judges appointed in INDIA…..Its more-of-like Yourself Challenge the GOVT itself.. for further defination check : Quo warranto (Medieval Latin for “by what warrant?“) is a prerogative writ requiring the person to whom it is directed to show what authority they have for exercising some right or power (or “franchise”) they claim to hold.
I would say Quo warranto is a Master Stroke against the CABAL... Many more are to come…… Grt beginning though late.. better late then NEVER ~EVER
