VANCOUVER, BC – ExopoliticsTV has published a video Canadian Head of Privy Council Minister Denis Lebel reporting evidence had come to light identifying a senior level cabinet minister of the Harper Government in Canada, Denis Lebel, as having participated in the ritual slaying of a male child in a Ninth Circle sacrificial cult event next to the Jesuit Headquarters in Rome on February 22, 2014. It was thought, Mr. Annett stated, that among the motives were infiltration with intent to control the Canadian government at senior levels. ExopoliticsTV republished the video on Nov. 14, 2o014 for Canadian viewers after an anonymous “defamation” complaint led You Tube to disable the video in Canada only.

ExopoliticsTV, which is located in Vancouver, BC, has not received any formal notice of a defamation complaint as of Nov. 14, 2014, and its offices are still able to view the Denis Lebel video. However, ExopoliticsTV viewers in Canada reported that the following link was blocked, whereas viewers elsewhere including the USA and Australia reported that they could access the link:

Could lead to downfall of Lebel, Harper, Cardinal Lacroix and Pope Francis Bergoglio
There has been speculation that if there is wide public acknowledgement that the Vatican’s Ninth Circle ritual infanticide and rape cult has inflictrated the Harper cabinet,  the Denis Lebel witness evidence may provide a key links that could lead ultimately to the downfal of Denis Lebel himself, along with Prime Minister Harper, as Canada is scheduled for a national election on October 19, 2014.
If moreover, it is found that the Jesuit Pope Bergoglio orchestrated the consecration of Montreal Cardinal Lacroix to be on the same day as the February 22, 2014 secret ritual sacrifice of a young boy next to the Jesuit Headquarters on Borgio Santi Spiritu in Rome in order to facilitae the infiltration of the Canadian government by entrapping Minister Denis Lebel in this ritual Sacrifice, then Pope Bergoglio takes on a new role as an enemy of the Government of Canada or at least of its people.

The witness claims that the incident involved the serial anal rape and killing of “a little boy about five or six” and took place at midnight in basement chambers of the Jesuit-run International Youth Centre within the Church San Lorenzo Piscibus in Rome, less than a mile from the Vatican.
“Cardinal Lacroix is also believed to have been scheduled to participate in the Ninth Circle sacrificial ritual in Westmount, Quebec on August 15 that was disrupted by an ITCCS special action unit. (see www.itccs.org, August 20, 2014)”
 
During his interview, Mr. Annett released an official statement indicating that an ITCCS inquiry into Denis Lebel’s reported participation in the Ninth Circle child sacrifice would follow, including ITCCS arrest warrants for Denis Lebel, in which the ITCCS would ask for the cooperation of the community and civil authorities in enforcement. According to ITCCS North American Field Secretary Kevin Annett, this latest exposure of Minister Lebel’s ties to the Ninth Circle and Cardinal Lacroix was likely behind the October 22 staged shooting of a soldier in Canada’s capital, and the murder of an Ottawa police investigator by the Ndrangheta three weeks before.
“I’ve learned that ITCCS Directors received the evidence of the February 22 ritual involving Lebel and Lacroix on Monday, October 20. The staged killing of the Ottawa soldier occurred two days later.
