This is to advise that the bond redemptions have begun to be processed. Funds for the redemptions are being released this week, and we anticipate to have the Landa Global Division fully operational within the next 2 weeks for the online intake process being installed now.
Sellers will be able to type in their details directly on the automated form field input web page after the intermediaries are lodged with the package. An account will be generated for the seller online, with a secure passworded page that the seller will be able to access and track their file as it is processed. No file will be accepted for online processing without a valid genealogy signed by the seller.
In respect of the Project funding side, Landa has entered into agreements with a foundation situated in Europe and in Asia (Hong Kong) to help allocateProject fundings. The foundation has provided valuable insight and online tools for a similar automated web page that will be posted for Project submissions. The funding of all Projects will be done through either of the two locations depending on the geographics of the Project.
Project submissions will be passed through a two-tier system of due diligence and compliance, and a Project Manager will be assigned to the submitted Project. The Project must meet the requirements of the foundation in respect of the viability, purpose, and desirability in terms of the effectiveness of the Project in serving the needs of our Humanity. Project fundings for all previously approved Projects will begin in the next days as the foundation begins its operative status.
Landa, as the designated representative of the foundation, shall provide its services in conjunction with Humanus for the benefit of the Project, and will require about a 10 day ramp-up period to fully develop its initial service aspect.
Further information regarding this new procedure of the Project funding process shall be posted shortly, and we look forward to providing an enhanced scope of services to all submissions.
