The original Paul on the right has a wider jaw and the lips are obviously different especially
the upper narrower pulled up lip. The nose is shorter than Paul on the left. Paul on the left
has much lower eyebrows and has a scar on right side of the upper lip.

Note: Here’s a website with excellent facial analysis on the different “Paul’s”. Honestly, it wouldn’t surprise me if there were at least three Paul’s, and possibly even more.
