Symbolism and Consciousness Pt.1
2015/04/06 by Kris Nelson 0
The primacy of existence to utilize and maximize the power of consciousness is necessary to be understood. First is reality. Second is knowledge from perception. Third are symbols of that knowledge from reality. Fourth are questions about reality from the basics of understanding reality. The meaning and purpose is an extrapolation from the power of abstraction, imagination, induction, intuition and phantasmal imagery.

The beginning of symbolism starts with reality. There is the basic daily sun cycle, and the 4 elemental cycle that underlies much of other symbolism. They are symbols referencing processes in reality through observation of reality. Further understanding of reality and ourselves can also be based on symbolism and be described.
The 4 elements are the basis for the Quaternity and Cross symbolism. The 4 points are used instead of the 3 point Trinity of Consciousness symbolism, for processing, generating and creating into reality. The top 3 parts of the quaternity of 4 elements is essentially the triangle of the trinity of consciousness of thought, emotions and actions, represented as desires/cares, thoughts, deeds/actions. The Quaternity symbolism is also found in Quartering, the Cross, Arms crossed, the Crucified one, squaring the circle, etc. As the divine crucified one is resurrected, we can resurrect ourselves, rebirth, renew, recycle, “reincarnate” into a new version of ourselves in the quartering quaternity elemental process of self-transformation of our desires, cares and thoughts, that result in different deeds and actions, and as a result in different consequences and rewards.
The sun symbolism, life, sky, air, wings, feather, all symbolize higher consciousness usually, along with many other associated symbols, such as the snake. In early cultural engravings, the Birds, Wings, Feathers (Vulture, Eagle), Air was personified as a great feminine goddess, with wings or outstretched arms. As Gerald Massey calls the Genetrix, the symbolism of the great mother bird goddess is associated with space, sky, heaven, void, womb, etc. There is also a dark side to the Genetrix, such as Kali Ma (Maat), the dark side related to the vulture, death, left hand reciprocity, and also death to falsity symbolism. The bull-cow and horn symbolism also has feathers sometimes in depictions of sun symbolism.
Different aspects of reality are represented through symbols. Anthropomorphizing, personification, and projection all occur to represent concepts in relation to ourselves, hence gods and goddesses that share aspects we project onto them. There are masculine and feminine components we define as such, and these components are found in the gods as well as goddesses, personified in reference to ourselves and the dual nature of gender. Many ancient cultures had animal and nature deification symbolism.
Thus, there is growing evidence supporting the idea that early humans showed an early and sophisticated dependence on the sky for information. In fact, Krupp notes that it was inevitable that humans would look to the stars and constellations, for they provided, “practical services: timekeeping, season marking, calendrics, weather signs, concentrations of supernatural power, and symbolic containment of important cultural data”
– Foundation of Myth, pg. 3
From fascination with the sky, to understanding star positions and movement, to projecting meaning and symbols into the stars and planets. First it seems reality was understood as astronomy, then projection of ourselves onto stars as astrology symbolism.
What’s the point of all the symbolism? Just to track stars and their information? Time? To invent or pretend of divine knowledge of origins and purpose in life? What about the knowledge of how to live life? Wouldn’t that be the overarching purpose of all discovery, in order to relate it to how to live life by understanding life? i.e. moral life, real life, true life, higher life, eternal life, afterlife.
If you know about the Tarot, Freemasonry, Rosicrucianism, Kabbalah, Hermeticism, Alchemy, Astrology, is all actually about psychology and consciousness. All the sacred wisdom is part of these traditions. Do you think they have knowledge of hidden technology, aliens, or supernatural powers? No, they have real knowledge about ourselves, about how to live life. Until everyone learns how to live life right, then we won’t be getting anywhere.
Honestly, what is the point of all of this information, about truth, justice and rightness, if it’s only about getting into the afterlife and it’s only presented for the purpose of the afterlife? It makes more sense if we could understand the symbolism in ways that relate to our lives right now, and not about imagined beliefs and possibilities that might be actualities. Understanding of exoteric and esoteric knowledge, the growing of information over time, along with the other religious doctrines being based in mythology, metaphor, allegory, analogy and symbolism, it makes more logical sense to take the symbolism in terms of the importance of here and now, and dealing with our current condition, rather than focus on escapism of what happens after the fear of the unknown which is death.
Here is an example of how we externally reference our internal capacities through symbolism:
– consciousness > internal > mind > idea > ideal
– idea > ideal > potential
– potential > “spirit” > internal consciousness
– internal consciousness > imaginal realm > idea > ideal > potential > causal > creative
– subjective reality > multiverse > parallel processing to objective reality of universe
– causal > internal > “spiritual” > “god”
– internal consciousness > imaginal creative > causal realm of generation > “god” generator/creator
– internal causal > “spiritual” potential > “god”/good potential” > “god”/good ideal > created into actual (from potential creative causal realm) through apotheosis of self-transformation, becoming the “higher self”
– christ consciousness, “god”/good consciousness, is “spiritual”/moral internal self consciousness
Know thyself and know the universe and the gods? Know thyself, consciousness, how it works, as a creator and generator, of our experience and co-creation of aspects of reality we can alter and live in an artificial created human world, is to know “god” itself, right? We are the creators, we are the generators, all from within consciousness, the internal, unseen, immaterial, causal realm of consciousness, that then manifests actions through the external consciousness as the body mechanisms to act in the world. This is how we are “god”, when you understand the power of metaphor and symbolism. We as consciousness-self-soul are internal, and act in the external.
People think that if something comes from the conceptual realm, with the conceptual aura of “spirit” as the “unseen”, “immaterial”, “non physical”, and doesn’t reflect objects in reality directly, then its “spiritual” knowledge because it deals with unseen things not directly contained in the world. People can view themselves as granted access to some divinely inspired knowledge, as if they are connected to “God”, receiving the nous-noesis-gnosis of pure knowledge. The fantasy imagination is turned into reality, unreality into reality, with the aura of “spirituality” or “divinity” being self-induced. Boom, magic spells cast on the mind, often self-cast self-delusion. We are our own worst enemies. Seriously. We fool ourselves all too willingly. The Power of Belief. Twist words around and twist concepts, and you can create beliefs that people want to believe in!
Ideas lead to action through the creation of new things. The creative causal internal realm of consciousness, the soul, the “spirit”, is the creator, the “god” we are as consciousness creators. Quantum mechanics is “unseen”, so people associate it with “spirit” and all a bunch of fantastic imaginary beliefs and concepts about consciousness as well. This all results from a lack of understanding the power of imagination and of symbolic correspondence.
The “higher self” is the potential to actualize the potential ideal we envision in our “spirit” internal consciousness realm. It is higher, because we are living as lower consciousness beings compared to the higher state we can become. We can better ourselves, and every betterment is reaching a “higher self” because we use a “higher will” derived from “higher care/desire” that aspires to the potential of the air, sky and heaven symbolism, which is higher, above the lower conditioning into physical worldly attachments. It is to alter our base pleasure carnal way of living through the “higher” realm of the air element, as higher order thinking, leading to higher order doing. It is a metaphor, as are the 4 elemental fundamentals, for understanding how to generate in reality, how we can better generate ourselves to generate into reality.
In Michael Tsarion’s Posthuman World, he says the higher self is more in the body than in some phantasmagoric belief that it is out there somewhere. This is accurate. Take my new concept about this, and compare it to my old one, and one is more grounded in reality based on ourselves as individual beings capable of becoming the higher self, as just a better version of ourselves that we envision as ideal potentials through our “spiritual” internal realm of consciousness, the unseen, immaterial, nonphysical realm of multiverse subjective reality that parallel processes alongside objective reality. The “spirit” is consciousness itself. The “higher self” is who we become if we want. The higher self is the potential which is the ideal from the ideas we envision and imagine in our “spiritual” domain of consciousness, internally, unseen. It all comes from us, here and now, in the physical reality though. It is all from our body, as the self.
Our existence as body and consciousness are linked and inseparable. The distinction with consciousness and mind/heart is made to validate the belief in concepts of consciousness pervading beyond current life of the body into somewhere else after life or death. But mind/heart are only the internal unseen “spiritual” aspects to our body, in metaphor, while the actions are external in our body. The metaphors play tricks on people, as the metaphor loses its symbolism and becomes literal over time, and the consciousness is seen as literally some disembodied “spirit” or “soul”, while the mind is not. These are “spiritual” conceptions people invent and imagine. The emotions are also metaphorically linked to “spirit” and this is taken literally by some as the real “spirit”, our emotions, and we need to follow the emotions and feelings in life, because these are the “spirit” connection. So people follow bliss, experience, enjoyment, pleasure, feel-good, resonance, etc. as blind ignorant fools wandering in darkness without being able to see it. We invoke our own experience in the subjective multiverse of phantasms and imagination, similarly to how “spiritual” psychedelic or meditative experiences occur, with intent, desire, wish, purpose, predetermination projected into the subjective realm/reality/multiverse.
We mind-mangle ourselves, and have been for millenia, because symbols and metaphors get twisted into literal aspects of reality, here or elsewhere. And so you have the dark occultists, priests and sorcerer manipulators of imagery magic, who use concepts to fool us into believing things. This is how rituals and ceremonies were developed, as ways to ensure your good passage into the belief of the afterlife, rebirth, etc. This can all be seen in the history of conceptual development of buddhism/hinduism for instance.
The concept of “spirit” and “God” is created in the imagination factory abstraction engine of higher order consciousness that humans possess. We attribute symbols to concepts of the unseen and immaterial we envision. We antropomorphize, personify and project ourselves onto symbols as a comparative reference for understanding concepts in relation to existents in reality, which we are.
Do you know why it is called a “spiritual” journey on the Path and Way towards Greater Truth and Morality? Because spirituality’s goal is morality. It is a knowledge quest, a journey into knowledge, and this requires the “spiritual” internal realm of consciousness to discover metaphysical (hidden behind physical) aspects of reality through the mental “spiritual” inner vision of consciousness. Morality is not something you can touch, and neither is truth. They are conceptual. Conscious awareness of reality is required to continue on the Path and Way towards the Wisdom of Right-Action. No subjective fantasy realities or induced inner states of altered consciousness are required. Other realities or planes of existence are not required to be known. Here and now is what matters, in the matter of reality.
Looking at the word fantasy and phantasms of the imagination, they are the same. Everything we imagine is not an automatic objective reality. We often produce unreality from the fantasy of the imagination factory of consciousness. Please note the importance of light in the root of the words:
phantasia (“imagination”)
(phantázō, “to show at the eye or the mind”)
(phaínō, “to show in light”)
(ϕôs, “light”).
http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/fantasy
from Greek phantasma “image, phantom, apparition; mere image, unreality,”  from phantazein “to make visible, display,” from stem of phainein “to bring to light, make appear; come to light, be seen, appear; explain, expound, inform against; appear to be so,” from PIE root *bha- (1) “to shine”
http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?term=phantasm (fantasy)
With this, I can now see why so many people have an infatuation with the concept of the imagination, “right-brain”, or collective unconscious, or whatever, being the superior and divine aspect of consciousness. It ties into what I am talking about with regards to the symbolism of consciousness, internal, mind, idea, ideal, potential, “spirit”, causal realm of generation, “god” generator/creator, etc. God, light, let there be light, make appear, etc. Our subjective multiverse can manifest anything from imagination, and create anything and bring it to the light of our mind, to shine upon it the light of the creator, god, our conscious awareness.
We run simulations in our subjective multiverse, and give it life, like a hologram in Star Trek, created from light of imagination, phantasm, fantasy, hence everything I just talked about. Simulation is imitation, likeness or similar. When you use metaphors and analogies, you run simulations of likeness to relate things to each other. These are images in consciousness, imagery, imagination. It is not simply false or pretense in a negative, but it is false and a pretense in the sense that it is not the exact same identical thing being compared, like water to water, but it is the image of water in subjective multiverse reality and not real water in objective reality. In modern day use of the word simulation, it is a model or mock-up.
There are positive fantasies that bring us the light of truth to live in our life, first to envision what is not actual, in order to create it. The negative part of the double edged sword of consciousness, is the fantasy of living in illusions and unreality as reality itself. Do you see where the “light” talkers in the New Age are living in fantasy of the negative kind? Anything they envision becomes truth itself, becomes reality, simply because they saw it in their mind’s eye of fantasy. They “saw the light of truth”, but it was only the light of fantasy within their mind, images in their mind, yet they self-induce it as nous-noesis-gnosis. Imagination is required, but can be a dangerous double-edged sword when not being mindful and careful to understand its power, and used improperly in reality. You can cut yourself and hurt yourself and others badly with beliefs, even without even being aware, as opposed to using imagination to cut through the false condition and create a better world in reality based in imagination grounded in reality.
Once it in verified in reality, in experience, known through objective reality as demonstrable, then it can go from simply being a concept in subjective reality and become a fact in objective reality that other people can also confirm through their own experience of understanding this aspect of reality for ourselves. We need to keep things in the belief of possibilities in our conscious awareness and not get confused and project our subjective unreality into objective reality as soon as we create, imagine or invent these beliefs, or when we have these beliefs from others influence us and accepted by us.
The allegedly “divine” power is simply our consciousness itself which is contained within. The way to heal is with an evolution in consciousness whereby we realize the power of consciousness, which is divine, as a creator and generator, as a god, so to speak. We have anthropomorphized, personified and projected ourselves onto something else. We have disempowered ourselves by not understanding the power we have. It seems that building a framework and model as a self-referential understanding is very difficult for people to envision and they require projecting aspects of consciousness as an “image of God”, outside of themselves, whereby they see the power of themselves as existing elsewhere other than within them. It seems many need an externalized object of reference in order to make sense of ourselves, and since we cannot find it in reality of the objects we live in, we are forced to invent other realities and posit explanations from those far-fetched projections outside of ourselves.

Symbolism and Consciousness Pt.2
2015/04/06 by Kris Nelson 0
The ancient Sun symbolism isn’t about humans being reborn in the religious “afterlife” or “reincarnation” back here. The real power is in being reborn right now, everyday, anytime, whereby we can die to the falsity inside and out, and find the truth in our journey on the path and way through the underworld of initiation into the mysteries of truth/light and return to the world again, anew, reborn, rebirthed, resurrected, reincarnated from the mother goddess of “death” to the former world and our former selves.

Audio elaboration: Download
Youtube of audio: View

The so called “afterlife” of religiously created belief that alleviates a fear of death, should be of lesser concern than the real rebirthing, resurrection, renewal, reincarnation, raising and ascending into an “afterlife” eternal paradise we can create for ourselves now in more and more aspects of truth, love, good, right, morality. A heaven on earth, the real kingdom of heaven as a reflection of our inner kingdoms of heaven we create inside that reflects outwards through our actions in harmony with existence, reality and truth, to further what is right, good and true.
Anyone who has actually lived this and understood how Cause and Effect works in everything in the universe, as the basic Natural Law and Prime Ratio, can verify that we are the ones in power of changing the world we live in, from a hell to a heaven, as aggregate co-creators of the human constructs and way of living we choose to live by. We all do this together, unless you want to go live completely in isolation. The deeper Natural Law that will allow this change to happen is about those actions we do, our behavior, another layer in Cause and Effect, the Natural Moral Law of higher order consciousness. When Moral Law is understood as our human nature to create in the right, good and true, it will allow us to create the heaven on earth, as our inner kingdoms will be in rulership by our own consciousness and self, and not any other, a sovereign, self-ruled, self-governed being who is working to bring in the light of truth, love, good, right, morality, Natural Moral Law, into ourselves, and create greater inner kingdoms of heaven to reflect outwards into the world.
To get people to accept the call to bear their own cross into the straight, narrow, hermetic road, way and path of hard trials and tribulations of battling with our inner demon, devil, darkness, shadow, evil, negative, wrong and immorality, is a necessary first step into separation in order to reconstruct, rebuild, renew, rebirth, resurrect and be reborn again, better than before, improved, healed, purified, transmuted, transformed, changed and evolved in consciousness. This is to live in the afterlife, after our former life, especially the first big step from being asleep and an unawakened part of the masses of unconscious beings. This is the real life, the “soul” life, the “spiritual” life, to be alive in a higher, truer, realer sense of living in higher order consciousness.  This takes courage. This involves self-examination, self-work, inner-work, or “spiritual” work. The soul, self and consciousness are symbols to refer to ourselves in different phases of being. There are the abstract polar concepts of a false self and true self, lower self and higher self, inauthentic and authentic self, unreal and real self, etc.  Believing in a religious “afterlife” concept and immortality or reincarnation is pseudo-spiritual to me, because it is belief based, and not based in reality that can be demonstrated in our own living, here and now which actually is what matters.
Snake as a cycle, orobouros, sun symbolism, Ra, Atum, etc. is related to the self-renewal capacity as the sun, whereby we can do the same in self-work, inner psychological work, healing, self-transformation, alchemy. This is the ancient science of sciences, art of arts for artificial construction in reality through our arms and hands (symbolized by the Ka). The snake has this wisdom of self-renewal symbolically. This is the deep wisdom of life, here and now, that is part of many symbolic representations.
All important symbolism is a reflection of the same thing, which is ourselves, represented in different ways, different names, symbols, combinations and variations of symbols, feminine and masculine aspects of understanding. They are personifications to represent aspects of understanding reality and ourselves, who we truly are here and now, but through symbolism. This symbolism gets perverted and misunderstood over time, inventing belief to answer questions. The insecurities, doubt, and fear of the unknown that we can imagine, gets us to invent beliefs and concepts to make sense of these new doubts and questions.
Other animals don’t have this fear that is an intellectual higher order consciousness negative that goes along with the positive and gift of higher order consciousness to create and generate into reality in a much greater capacity for good or evil. This is a great responsibility in the end, and a great burden if used improperly. We can invent problems that don’t exist because our ability to fear is greater than other animals, it can last longer, and can also be irrational and not based in reality, but pure imagination within the multiverse subjective reality/unreality of imagination and abstraction we have. Humans are their own worst enemy, in mind/heart of inner consciousness to each one themselves, and all together as a powerful creative force to enslave themselves as a collective.
We humans are generally trying to make a link with what we want to see, creating analogies, correspondences, which is how we form a pattern, and invent concepts based on this imagery in our consciousness. This is like a form of apophenia in some cases where we simply invent and see things that are not there. Why are we not relating all of this symbolism and esoteric imagery back to reality in a way we can demonstrate in our daily lives that matters? Especially considering all the other developed symbolic teachings about self-transformation, the hero’s journey monomyth archetype, and other aspects of self-knowledge, we can more easily understand how narratives are used to encode earlier imagery and symbolism about life.
We seem to always try to make extra connections beyond what we can verify. “Ancient technology!” “Afterlife in another place!” “Immortality in another place!” We are imagination factories, with abstraction engines. We need to get more grounded to verifiables in reality we can know and that does matter, not continued speculations and attachment to beliefs that remove doubt, insecurity, discomfort, and fear of the unknown. People need to learn about what the bare self is, as who you are without the conditioning into falsity, allowed to condition yourself as an accurate reflection of reality and of higher aspirations in truth, love, good, right, morality. These other focuses, on technology, life after physical death, and whatever else that may be true, take away from understanding the pivotal core most important symbolism that underlies it all, about morality and living in the way and path by walking the way and path as it is symbolized through aspects of nature that we use to reference these concepts and understandings.
The nature and reality symbolism is changed over time to represent different beliefs, while always retaining the underlying wisdom that it was created to symbolize in the first place, which are real life matters of morality and living that mattered, not religious concepts and beliefs about the “afterlife” or “reincarnation”. These are religious inventions and exoteric beliefs that take you away from objective morality, as far as I am concerned, because you then become enamored with the feel-good answers provided, and follow rituals of rules of conduct in order to comply with the belief system, afterlife, reincarnation, etc.
The quest to get to the depth of morality and higher order consciousness living, is the most eluded and also most avoided path, which is why it is illusive and cannot be understood as the central focus in life, as the “spirit of man”, the “heart of man”, the “spiritual quintessence”. By our time, after the telephone line of history and transference and change of concepts over time, it is all garbled and veiled under pseudo-spiritual religious beliefs and concepts, by priests, sorcerers and dark occultist controllers, to give people the security they needed to accept certain rules of living. But these rules for life were based in speculation and beliefs, rather than concrete reality through what is in reality we live in.
The controllers took the power of self-knowledge, which is morality, which is real spirituality in reality, higher order consciousness (internal, spiritual) living, as a higher self under higher will, to live in a higher life, and instead led us down the false path and way, into falsity that we also devised for ourselves, accepted fantasy unreality as reality, pleasures and titillations, masking the need and desire for authentic real knowledge. This is the path of falsity into the lower will of beastly, carnal, fleshly, lusting low base consciousness. This is hedonism, Satanism, all about ourselves, concerned with our bodies, our personal life, our enjoyment in life, “my survival”, “my freedom” and “my truth”, but not the greater truth, freedom and survival of all. Everything about the narratives and stories is symbolic imagery, the science of imagery, allegory, metaphor and parables. This science of imagery can be used for good as well as evil, to represent truth or falsity, to free or enslave, towards sovereignty and self-governance or confusion and governing external control over others.
The fallen ones are symbolized as such dualism, as teaching us many distractions as portrayed in the symbolism of the Book of Enoch. The fallen angels fell from the heights of heaven, the kingdom on high, where the most high resides, of higher order consciousness found within the inner kingdom of heaven. They got humans to become distracted in all these other things, such as makeup and jewelry. The god within, to be creator generator of good, not evil, through the inner kingdom of heaven by raising consciousness back from a fallen state into lower consciousness. Falling from grace is falling from the grace of the most high, heaven, inner kingdom of god creator generator of good, towards earthly lower beastly base consciousness and physicality, carnal lustful desires and living, especially superficial appearances (jewelry, makeup, fashion, etc.) and not the true substance of life and living (morality). We are the actual representations of the potential god we can be, not literally, but in metaphor and symbolism.
Call me materialist if you choose. I say that real spirituality is based in reality, not belief or fantasy. The spiritual is only what we have yet to be able to explain as evidenced by the material we see. Pseudo-spiritual is invented fantasy from imagination that doesn’t have a correspondence of observation in reality we live in. I used to have them too, I had many beliefs that others promote as “reality”. There is so-called “spirituality” of your beliefs and speculations and possibilities, which indeed are completely unseen and in your consciousness, and then there is concrete spirituality in our reality of moral living, i.e. spiritual living. Which one is more important?
The only spirituality that matters is morality, not astral travel, remote viewing, channeling, other dimensions, other realms, reincarnation, afterlife, or any beliefs associated with any of those things. Whether they represent reality elsewhere or not, should be of no concern for us where we are in our reality. We have to act in the reality we exist in based on what exists in our reality, and not another reality or potential reality, if it is not simply a subjective reality from our own imaginative powers of inner consciousness.
Spirituality is morality, spiritual is moral, spiritually is morally. That is the real life, to be really alive as a human being, the new afterlife from the previous lower order, carnal, beastly, fleshly, lustful, checkered, amoral consciousness. This is the real deep knowledge that is the most important.
Judge for yourself. You can verify everything I am saying in your own life. Expand your understanding of symbols, language, words and how they are invented to reflect reality and important aspects of living. It is later that abuse of the language through word magic and concepts was able to create enslavement of people in larger communities and centralized authority. We are not the first civilization of advanced proportions in knowledge and understanding of life. There was a factual great flood and ice age. We only have the illusion of a purely linear evolution from alleged “Darwinian evolution” from a primate species, with our current position as the apex of everything that has previously come before in times past. Where did all this ancient knowledge of life come from? Take the decoded analysis I bring you that you can verify, or ignore it and believe all the ancient stories and narratives of symbols about literal things that happened or told literal stories about “spiritual realms and dimensions” of living in an “afterlife” or “reincarnation”, with literally keeping your Ka alive with food, and so many other ridiculous notions invented for ritualistic controlling purposes.
With higher power abstraction in consciousness, comes higher fear, higher questions, higher doubt, higher insecurity, higher discomfort, and higher need for beliefs to be invented to alleviate the dissonance we feel inside from those unanswered questions. Would you need these beliefs if you never thought of the questions that these beliefs are used to answer? No. Imagine any other animal, and they do not have the beliefs and irrational justifications for them to feel secure about abstracted questions about existence and purpose, etc. Higher order consciousness potential is a gift, and also a curse, if not understood, a double-edged sword of consciousness.
Understanding the power of symbols, language and words allows you to understand how they developed and for what reason. The importance of living, existence, how limited life is from birth to death, and how to maximize your time through your attention and awareness, which is where your consciousness is directed, is part of motivation towards higher goals. Understanding ourselves and reality, in harmony, promotes more harmonious actions that automatically produce a maximum potential in our progression in life because we are in line and not conflicting with reality and natural principles of our human nature and existence. The rest of the world, however, may remain in modalities of falsity and act to prevent greater actualization of the right and good. You can view getting what you want in life as some kind of mystical connection, or fantasy magical connection, if you want to believe that then go ahead, it doesn’t really matter. When you align with reality, you are going in accordance with the truth, as the truth is found in reality of what is. Currently, our way of living and our general behaviors are not in accordance with the truth of reality as it is or as we are willing to accept it, and we are living in falsity, which is not the truth, right or good.
The most important pictographic first level ancient symbolism to represent it all was the Egyptian maat and related symbolism. Maat as a concept was truth, order, justice, law, upright, straightforward, which is good, right, moral, etc. All of the god stories together don’t make sense realistically as a literal tale, because they are not supposed to originally, it’s symbolism on symbolism, layers of symbolism. The Bible has the same basis despite its alterations and manipulation, the core imagery remains that can be seen in many places.
You know why origins matter? To trace back the origins of concepts. Where do all the beliefs come from? The consciousness of humans. Herein lies the source of manipulation and mind control. We are fed and sold beliefs and concepts and we buy into them and gobble them up into our minds, and they go into deep recesses of our subconscious and ingrain themselves as mind viruses, whereby we are all too willing to propagate them on to others as the acceptable and normalized standard of living, or belief. Tracing back beliefs can discover what original language and word symbolism is used for the origin of that belief.
From the abstract lines and curvy lines of our modern letters and characters of communication, the source of these higher abstract symbols of communication is derived in more basic imagery and that of pictographs that related more directly to reality, containing more inherent meaning from less abstraction. Understanding the original imagery and what it conveys about reality, instead of speculative beliefs, will allow us to understand how and why symbols were invented in the first place, which is to convey accurate reflections of reality and ourselves. This is how we can find the truth about ancient knowledge, about our true self ideal, our true nature ideal, our human nature ideal, to live as a higher self ideal according to a higher will of higher order consciousness and ways of living.
Origins also matter to learn from mistakes and not repeat them, which can be predictive, or repetitive if the mistakes are continuously actualized. Secondary experience can prevent us from ever creating evil, or we eventually learn to not create evil from repeating the same mistakes over and over. Secondary experience can be non-fictional, or fictional, it does not matter to convey the narrative and story of a moral lesson. Origin stories are just that, stories. Don’t take them literally, look beyond the exoteric veil.
True Care is Care for Truth. True self is the self of truth. Simple. “God” is said to be Truth. We are meant to live truth, be truth, become truth, aspire to truth. This is maat. “God” is a word symbol. Symbols get altered and made literal, and can provide comfort in new abstract fantasy beliefs constructs.
I can’t prove this, I am not trying to force you to believe it, as nothing in the ancient past can be proven apart from what we have before us now to learn from, which is part of my point. Take the explanation I give you, and take the explanations others give you, and take the story itself, and see if you can actually make sense of it with whoever explains it. Can you reach a level of making sense of things in reality, as opposed to not making sense of these stories and narratives? The only way to make sense of the story narratives is to understand them as symbolism, metaphor and parables. For example, this has even been instructed by Jesus in the Bible. Faith and belief is antipathy to true intelligence. The stories and narratives of the Bible, Egypt and other places do not make much sense until you look at them in the imaginative, creative, metaphorical, allegorical, parabolic and symbolic representation of reality and ourselves.

Symbolism and Consciousness Pt.3

Belief is powerful. Once the influence of language on consciousness, and the connection between symbols and reality, are more deeply understood, the power of consciousness is understood to a greater extent as well. The double-edged sword of consciousness can become more apparent. Higher order consciousness that human animals have is an imagination factory powered by an abstraction engine.

We have the power to abstract anything, pure imagination. We have the capacity for great freedom but we can also enslave ourselves to great degrees because of the inventions and fantasy of our minds, from subjective unreality, the unreality that becomes imposed on the objective reality that exists, where we create the unreality into reality. This is how money was created, as well as governments, religions, etc. They are all human inventions from imagination, and they are not the great freedom kind of imagination, but rather the enslaving kind of inventions from imagination. All order followers believe what they believe, which has them do what they do.
Other animals have more freedom in this sense, because they are not concerned with inventing beliefs. They are also not trying to answer questions that may not be answerable, questions about our meaning and purpose. Humans seem to need to find something to give themselves towards as a purpose in life (army, church, government, company, etc.). There are many preselected pathways to channel our energy into, to rechannel the universal constructibility of our creative and generative capacities. Giving ourselves to something we view is bigger than ourselves provides a sense of comfort, purpose and meaning, and we are then channeling our constructibility creative powers into that particular aspect of man made life.
Other animals have their lives and they live it. Humans have lives just as other animals, but the nonhuman animals live in mostly a base consciousness of survival and seeking the pleasure and avoiding pain, with limited constructibility to create and alter the environment. This is a limiting modality of life with little higher order purpose, meaning or value.
Humans can try to grasp at imagined questions of value, meaning and purpose, and inventing answers to those questions through the power of consciousness. This is where trouble can present itself as a divergence from objective reality. Ideas, concepts and beliefs from imaginative consciousness may not be representative of objective reality and can give meaning and purpose in life, to do things based on these beliefs that provide answers, alleviate fear of the unknown, doubt, insecurity and discomfort. Plugging up a hole of unanswered darkness with an answer is more comforting. Not having an answer is fine. To find the answer requires being more grounded in reality to look at how our understanding of reality can be enhanced through an understanding of reality itself, by connecting our imagination with reality and verifying if it is accurate.
If you are driven to know what cannot be known with certainty, you may drive yourself mad. Sometimes, for your own survival and sanity, you must reconcile yourself with accepting that you may never know a certain thing or even be able to. The pursuit of uncertain unknowns can consume you entirely. It can become an attachment. We have a question, and we need to find an answer to alleviate the insecurity, doubt and uncertainty of not knowing. Some things can not be known, and to strive to know them can drive one to lose sight of reality in such attachments.
We create words as symbolic reflections of our imaginations that mirror reality, we then produce images in our mind through words alone rather than thinking about all the pieces that create the meaning of the word. The words become a reflection of reality themselves, whether they are real or not, we imbue them with meaning and give them reality. This is the danger of the double-edged sword of consciousness with regard to concepts and symbols or word creation. We use words as if they were literal aspects of reality like our arms or hands that we make use of. But, not all words that represent concepts and ideas are actually real. We give them the power of reality simply by the imagination and belief that is automatically granted through the use of words as a reference to reality. We manifest unreality into objective reality from the subjective reality of our minds. We can create an imagined subjective reality used to explain something.
“Giving a name to an object normally constitutes, through the imaginal, the recognition of it. If it does not, then, like Schneider, you will have to go over it by touch, like something in the dark or a fact in the mind. When symbol (from the prereflexive imaginary) and sign (from the reflexive symbolic) are reversibly joined by the meaning which the transreflexive imaginal establishes, the meaning springs out of the word or the object and makes its appearance, ready made and armed into our consciousness like Athena springing out of the head of Zeus. The object and the word are then inhabited by the meaning. Then, the “deep structure of speech” of Chomsky” and its “surface structure” are linked together. The conceptual signification (reflexive) is based on the gestural signification (prereflexive), but through the archetypal (transreflexive) signification. Archetypal and gestural (imaginal and imaginary) significations establish the word. Archetypal and conceptual (imaginal and symbolic) establish the language. Word and language establish the individual’s language system with its “deep structure” (the word, immanent to the archetypal and gestural meaning) and its “surface structure” (the language immanent to the archetypal and conceptual significations).
The linguistic sign – more simply, the word – then exists just as exists my intersensory world (more simply, things). And from then on I use words as I use my arm or my hand. Always on condition that these words (conceptual meaning) are connected to the gesture (gestural meaning) by means of the archetype-imaginal transcendental function. The word, the verbal image, the acoustic sign, the linguistic sign (signifying, signified) then become as it were the experienced representation of my arm or my hand. They live in me, and live concurrently in the objects they designate.”
– Science & Consciousness: Two Views of the Universe
Here is one source describing language symbol development and who used it first:
The alphabet eventually enabled more people to become literate, explains Gil Stein, Director of the Oriental Institute. “Writing in its earliest forms was first and foremost a tool that priests, officials, and scribes used as a key element in the functioning of a state bureaucracy. We estimate that literacy was limited to less than 1 percent of the population of the earliest states, so it was rare for even kings to know how to read and write. In this context, it is hardly surprising that the earliest writing and the written word itself would have seemed mysterious, powerful, and even inspired by the gods.”
Hieroglyphics, is ‘metu neter’, meaning words of the gods. The importance of symbols in conceptual thought constructs is ever present in a religious priestly context and the development of civilization through religious influence. These priests are the magicians and sorcerers of the science of imagery, of symbols and their power to influence consciousness.
When the literal interpretations of the narratives are given, they do not always impart much useful knowledge about life. The narratives we read are taken as literal beliefs that the ancient people had when they wrote them down. The underlying esoteric symbolism through the power of imagery in metaphor, analogy, allegory and parables is not often explained. Mythology and narratives of cultures may have had a literal following, but it is also encoding ancient wisdom that was either developed by different cultures about inherent truths in reality and ourselves, or there may likely be a pre-flood pre-ice age civilization that the original wisdom was survived through creation myths and narratives being developed to use and encode the wisdom. This method of imagery symbolism is used in the Bible as well.
Exoteric – literal Ritual of Afterlife etc., theology
Esoteric 1 – symbolism for astro-theology, sun theology
Esoteric 2 – symbolism for psychology, philosophy, self-knowledge here and now
Humans can invent any concept, any invention of fantasy and project it externally into some imagined aspect of reality, true or false.
From stories, narratives, to politics and power, do you see the problem? They may be true, but they may, and most likely, are not true. They are tools of imagery to manipulate. What truth can be objectively discerned from within the symbolism? The esoteric, occulted, dimensions of living in here and now, from the past into the future. Symbolism of consciousness and life. It all snowballs, from original useful information about life, that gets junk narratives and additional meaning added to weave a story that uses the symbolic imagery, and then it eventually becomes literal as a religion.
Many interpretations of Egyptian narratives and symbols focuses on the exoteric narrative. They portray the Egyptians as being obsessed with the afterlife, and not with real life, and created symbols to reflect this understanding. As if this knowledge and purpose of an afterlife was the ultimate spiritual purpose in this life for these ancient people. Why is this propagated exoterically? Why do priests and controllers want this? You get people to fixate on an afterlife, and they will submit to your authority and enslavement in this life, because this life is only preparation for the next and you need to follow their divine authority to get there. This system of enslavement through the science of imagery, belief and phantasms, was also done in India. This is a common motif in all of the religious doctrines of the world, gaining obedience from people with the imagery of stories and narratives.
“Increasingly, we live in a world where nothing makes sense. Events come and go like waves of a fever, leaving us confused and uncertain. Those in power tell stories to help us make sense of the complexity of reality. Those stories are increasingly unconvincing and hollow.”
– Adam Curtis, Bitter Lake
The narrative and stories of gods may have started off in meaningful symbolism about this life, but got twisted into literal meanings to manipulate people into focusing on another reality, another realm, while allowing wrongs as right, evil as good, immorality as morality, all under the guise of authority from god, priest controllers, pharaohs, kings, etc. If you don’t understand this about history and writing, about symbols and the use of symbols to manipulate consciousness, then you will likely dismiss this assessment and consider the literal interpretation as explicitly put forth in narrative and stories, as accurate, and the true wisdom put forth in the explicit manner itself. The implicit underlying esoteric meaning and teachings about this reality we live in, are ignored and not understood because the symbolism and stories are taken as literal, and not figurative personifications of reality and ourselves.
Later, stories and symbols are altered to create a new narratives and hide the original meaning with the exoteric history creation. The stories are outright created to manipulate people with an authorized standard of an acceptable story-narrative in order to control and manipulate people in this life, with the hope, faith and belief in the afterlife, which can only be reached through adherence to the laws of the controller priests, kings, or pharaohs, through rituals that mean nothing but are supposed to mean something. This is history of all empires, rulers, dominators; Egypt, India, Levant, Sumer, Europe, everywhere. This is the history of the world. But, some people do not want to accept this fact of history, of authority and enslavement through the science of imagery and false historical creations of stories and narratives to provide legitimacy to authority from god’s viceroy, god’s hand on earth, god’s demigods, god’s helpers, god’s messengers, god’s ruler on earth, god’s whatever, all tied to god and divine rulership and authority.
I am looking at the symbolism, and trying to relate it to reality and what I understand about reality and life. There are many symbolic references to reality in teachings, in pictographs or text, in many areas of the planet, and they all vary in some ways and are similar in others ways. These are all from the consciousness of humans, who have conceived of concepts, ideas and beliefs. The beliefs to answer questions of why, when and how creation occurred, what the meaning and purpose to life is, the mystery of death, etc., and get adopted as religious foundations for human social order (i.e. control), and they change over time. These are not “right-brain” sourced “truths” from the “unconscious/spirit”, tapping into “source” intuition, nous, neosis, gnosis, that pare roviding accurate frameworks/models for an alleged immortal you beyond this life you live. These are invented, imagined and induced from consciousness to provide us with answers to questions we can imagine and conceive of.
Consciousness is an imagination factory with an abstraction engine. Abstractions are what lead to concepts, ideas and beliefs. It is the power behind imagination and inventing ideas. Our ability to invent ideas is powerful. Simply inventing an idea does not make it true. Study the history of concepts and see how fickle the ability to derive an accurate, fully formed concept of “pure knowledge” is. It does not happen as often as we would like to think. The more conscious awareness of reality we have, the more potential we have to formulate accurate conceptions, based on the accuracy of the previous data points we have accumulated from reality we live in. If we have faulty foundational axioms, or faulty data sets, then the resulting constructs of concepts, idea or beliefs we create, imagine or invent, will also likely be faulty in some capacity. New information, new insights based on reality, can help us correct our previously accepted erroneous information.
The point is to always come back to reality, and not stay free-floating in belief when we are trying to determine if something is viable as a model. We can create models based in speculation, and it may be possible, but it lacks probability or actualized verifiability in reality. This does not make it false, but it also does not make it true. Verification in reality (“science”) is helpful to validate if your ideas have a basis in reality, or if they are more in the realm of fantasy imagination and speculation.
After a long time of being induced, inculcated, invoked and summoned with these conceptual images of alleged “spiritual” aspects, I have been re-evaluating these belief that cannot be verified, into more grounded aspects of reality that do not require any fantasy belief in something that cannot be verified by our own actions or reality.
I am taking the journey to ground my understanding in actual reality, not the fantasy of believing whatever I want. This is what I recognize is the problem we are in: everyone just believes whatever they want, they are not concerned with objective reality, only with what they want to be true, their dream, their imagined desire, and they seek that over seeking to know and understand reality through reality itself. They want to pretend they can understand reality through the unreality of their imagination and make that into a reality. The imaginal realm of ideas can lead to understanding reality through the refinement and continual discovery of reality itself. Ideas lead to action through creation of new things. Projecting the desires, wishes and dreams of the imaginal realm onto reality does not make it a reality.
You can look at stories and narratives in terms of belief you will never be able to demonstrate because it is belief with no objective veracity in reality (all subjective), or you can look at stories and narratives in symbolism, metaphor, allegory, analogy, and parable to convey understanding that reflects reality and our capacity to evolve consciousness and live right.
I don’t deny possibilities, I have different compartments in mind/consciousness for different concepts. Possible, Probably and Actual. I do not accept beliefs as actual, for they are imaginations that can or cannot be actual, and remain as possibilities, or probable possibles.
We like things to fit together, to make sense, to be absolute. When someone pokes a hole in our framework of model, we are often reluctant to revise our framework or model because we are attached to the belief in it being accurate in order for things to make sense. This again is tied to the ego-personality-identity construct that uses understanding of verifiable truths as well as unverifiable belief, in order to construct a self-image, self-concept, sense of self, and a reality image, worldview and sense of reality.

Symbolism and Consciousness Pt.4
2015/04/06 by Kris Nelson 0
I have been describing the development of symbols in reference to reality, and the anthropomorphizing, personification and projection of aspects of ourselves onto reality, in order to make sense of ourselves in relation to reality. This is where the symbolism comes from, trying to relate ourselves to reality to understand ourselves and reality. I posit that much of the symbolism reveals deeper wisdom about how to live life correctly (morality) and other self-knowledge. It was developed, and encoded, through esoteric symbolism in metaphor, analogies, allegory, and parables, using references to ourselves and reality in order to provide a comparative framework for understanding. The basic exoteric layer that answers some questions with fulfilling concepts, ideas and beliefs may also be the origin, as is assumed in a linear progression of developing deification of aspects of reality.

“Sumerian religion has its roots in the worship of nature, such as the wind and water. The ancient sages of Sumer found it necessary to bring order to that which they did not understand and to this end they came to the natural conclusion that a greater force was at work. The forces of nature were originally worshipped as themselves. However, over time the human form became associated with those forces. Gods in human form were now seen to have control over nature.”
– Source
First is reality. Second is knowledge from perception. Third are symbols of that knowledge from reality.
Reality -> thoughts -> meaning, purpose in imagination.
Imagination is based directly on reality, or subjective concepts that aren’t directly reflected from a grounding in reality. Subjective imaginations can try to provide answers through speculations, concepts, ideas, and are simply belief for the moment, which may be true or false.
There are 2 main paths on how to understand symbols:
1) literal interpretation of reality
2) symbolic interpretation about reality
The earlier form may have been developed first, most likely, however long ago, 10 thousand, 100 thousand years ago, who knows. There is likely ancient civilizations from where all of our current esoteric symbolic understanding comes from, whereby we only think we came from dark ages and progressed in a linear manner, whereas the truth may be that we have had troubles co-existing as powerful creators and generators of good and evil, the power of our double-edged sword of consciousness. The first beliefs were easily used to manipulate the gullible consciousness of people looking for security, comfort, and well-being in the face of the unknown they could think and imagine of after dying, of the fear of the unknown, and the insecurity, discomfort, confusion and anxiety that comes with not having an answer to provide firm footing to fill the abyss of the unknown questions we ask.
This is where the science of imagery from the priest controllers, the symbolic sorcerers, the dark occultists, comes in. People were already in the experience of suffering, if not from the benign imaginations they had that produced fear, confusion and anxiety, but also from the survivalist game of life all animals engage in. If someone can promise you, through convincing rhetoric, symbol manipulation, science of imagery, inducing, invoking and summoning feeling inside of you, of hope, faith and belief in something else, then they have their claws into your consciousness, your sense of self, your sense of reality.
With the control of imagery, instead of the natural development of associating ourselves and nature with external forces for simple relief of questions with unknown answers from imagination, people of dark consciousness sought to use these preexisting beliefs, models and frameworks to alleviate fears, and control people through these fears of the unknown that they desperately wanted answers to in order to provide a semblance of grounding and solid footing, for purpose and meaning in life. Answers don’t have to be real and accurate, they only need to fill the abysmal void of fear, confusion, anxiety, insecurity, doubt and discomfort of the unknown.
This is how the world has been driven into slavery, through abstract beliefs, and the hope and faith in their accuracy, because they provide stop-gaps for the holes in our models and frameworks for understanding ourselves and reality, to provide answers to why and how we are here, where are we going, the purpose and meaning, the reason for being, etc. As I said, other animals do not have the higher order consciousness to drive themselves mad with imaginations as we do.
We are very powerful beings of consciousness, with the capacity to yield great power, over ourselves, others, and reality. With great power comes great responsibility. People are failing to understand the immense power of belief and how it can shape the direction of life, for ourselves and other beings. Foundational axioms, beliefs that are deeply held, such as those that provide a conception of ourselves and reality, whether accurate or not, are what drive our actions and behaviors. Look at history that is written, and you can understand the power we have based on what we have been sold as beliefs and have accepted. Nazi Germany. Communist Russia. The Inquisition. There are thousands of cases in history of the distant past, and even history that is ongoing in the recent centuries, and decades. We are all fooled by belief, buying what other people and society is selling.
Providing answers to questions people want an answer to, is an easy way to infatuate someone, love-bomb them, and provide them with feel-good comfort of having an answer to a question. Beliefs that provide answers, and the feel-good attachment to their sustainment, is very important to understand in psychology. Take away someone’s beliefs that they use to make sense of themselves or reality, and you are taking away a part of their ego-personality-identity construct. People do not like to lose themselves. The need to understand you are lost in fantasy, belief, speculation, and unreality, is required to finally give them up and reformulate your understanding of reality in a more objective capacity. The need for an answer is a deep yearning we have as thinkers who question, especially the more meaningful or unknown ones such as god or after life/death. Having an answer that fills the unknown, does not mean it is true, it just means you have something to fill the emptiness of not knowing, to fill a gap in conceptions.
People need to understand how lost they are, and seek to find out who they really are apart from the false world we live in, and the false selves we are. People need to accept that they cannot always have an accurate answer, and need to forgo grasping onto straws simply in order to provide something to fill the hole of the gap with. People need to understand that the way out of belief and subjective unreality, is to ground our understanding of ourself and reality in objective reality itself, while allowing speculative possibilities and beliefs to exist from our subjective realities, but not as definitive answers that are chosen simply to give us some illusory grounding as an answer. Look around at everyone, they all live on this false grounding, this illusory grounding in belief, in unreality projected as reality, from government, to religion, to many other aspects of life. Simply because man can create something into reality, does not make it a valid creation to live by and perpetuate. People are accepting the veil of appearances as reality, and do not see the substantive greater truths that these unreal illusions mask and cover up.
Alternatively to option (1) of how symbols are developed, there is option (2) of real symbolic representation of true knowledge in reality was developed first and then replaced with fanciful belief secondarily (as opposed to belief first, reality second and belief third again for manipulation purposes). I don’t see that as the more likely scenario.
There is no need to accept fanciful beliefs in order to live right, and create a right life for everyone, to live in an expression of the idea of heaven right here on earth. Imagination is good to lead us to better paths and ways of living, but not when we base reality on imagination, speculation, concepts, ideas and beliefs that cannot be grounded back to reality, and we end up creating devolving and enslaving ways of life accepted as “good”.
There have been millions upon millions of collective hours spent debating beliefs, when all they were, were beliefs! Wars have been fought because of the beliefs and what they provided people in terms of sense-images, self-concepts and worldviews, their sense of self and sense of reality. These beliefs became used as a basis for people’s ego-personality-identity constructs. They have constructed themselves, their self, based upon falsity and unreality, fighting and waring over who they view themselves as and the need for that false self to perpetuate. The self is created in reality, this reality. The self need to be recreated correctly, in this reality, as a true self, which is based in truth, of this reality. A “true self/higher self” as a belief in a disembodied soul or spirit, is not required and does not make sense in reality. You only need to understand that the true self is a reflection of truth and morality, and the higher self is the higher self that you progressively become compared to a lower self in falsity. Higher self is based in truth, lower self is based in falsity. It has nothing to do with supernatural forces, other dimensions of being, other realms, or anything else of belief and imagination in possibilities.
All of the religious or “spiritual” beliefs are constructed through symbolic reference to nature, reality and ourselves, in an attempt at comparative correspondence with ourselves and reality, in order to answer questions about ourselves and reality. Reflecting reality and ourselves onto each other, or onto beliefs, is a tricky game that can be dangerous, and is not always accurate. Mirrors (reflection, projection) are tricksters at times. Think of the hall of mirrors illusions. We can mirror ourselves and reality as they are (as an accurate reflection), we can mirror false reality onto ourselves to create a false self (copying false unreality, as alleged reality, as our understanding of reality), and we can mirror ourselves onto reality (projecting falsity in subjective reality as objective reality).
All the infatuation with ancient sources, as if time gives them authority, is a fallacy, as is the simplistic naturalist fallacy that is also used in conjunction with the time fallacy and ancestral fallacy, in many beliefs. People actually believe this ancient knowledge was divinely inspired, or intuited from an alleged “higher self”, directly as purely formed knowledge from the nous, in noesis/gnosis. This is subjective reality feel-good self-infatuation with how special you believe yourself to be, how connected and meaningful you are in a vast planet of people and a vast universe. It provides self-importance and well-being, and is associated with our sense of self and sense of reality, to make us feel something connected, special, meaningful, and purposeful.
I see the development of thought through the imagination factory and abstraction engine of consciousness, not divine pure knowledge. It is an attempt to tie subjective imaginal reality down to objective concrete reality. I see these concepts develop over time, not appearing fully formed, nor cohesive. Man is the generator, creator and god of concepts and beliefs in an attempt to understand ourselves and reality more. All beliefs are created either to try to answer questions, or in a maleficent way to manipulate others.
We don’t understand the double-edged sword and power we have. Go look at many of the ancient models of the universe and other conceptions, some are laughable. Just read the accounts of their narratives and stories, read the so-called conception of afterlife, god, etc. as they were originally developed and how ridiculous it is. They used metaphors and symbols to correspond reality to their imagined invented belief in attempts to gain understanding. We want many beliefs to be true, so we don’t look deeper into how all of these beliefs were originally created or generated, and for what purpose they were propagated. They were generated and created by the “god” power of consciousness. Humans created/generated these beliefs from the power of consciousness. Or another possibility is humans were fed these beliefs by alleged entities elsewhere that only seek to pervert our positive evolutionary development in truth and grounded reality that we live in, here and now.
Look beneath the veneer of the exoteric story, and try to see if there is actual metaphor, analogy, simile and allegory that corresponds with the reality. Pierce the veil of myth and see what the story is trying to actually tell you. Often times there is much more meaningful substance beneath the apparent fantasy narrative.
The power of symbolism to affect belief is shown in the Bible. Graven images, symbols, are outlawed even before murder because of how powerful symbols can be to undo the mind control created through symbolic magic. Symbols can have archetypal meaning inherently mirrored from reality/nature/existence that can bridge to an understanding of reality and consciousness. The Tarot deck does such a thing. Astrology represents consciousness aspects as well, symbolically, not literal powers over our lives from the stars. The real magic is in knowing who we are in consciousness, and how we function as consciousness. This is the magic of how to live life in alignment with reality, by knowing who we are and how we respond and interact with reality and each other. Controlling people’s ability to imagine through restricting image representations, is going to restrict the ability to see possibilities beyond the programmed indoctrination that is fed through the authorized imagery fed to you. This power of imagination however, can lead to pure invention of things that don’t exist inherently in reality, both in a good or evil capacity.
Those who understand that the biblical narratives and stories veil esoteric hidden wisdom and truth beneath the veneer of the exoteric symbolism, allegory, analogy and parables through imagery used, should also understand this applies to other narratives and stories that use symbols and narratives. They are not telling us the meaningful things straight up front in the exoteric narratives. This applies everywhere that symbols are used to convey deeper meaning while using a cover story to weave a reflection of deeper wisdom. This applies in the Bible, in mythic tales, Egyptian symbolism and elsewhere. Symbols in the form of pictographs or images are more powerful than abstract symbols in the form of letters. This is why I posit that the Egyptian symbolism is likely descended from the first source of the knowledge that was passed down through symbolism from an age past, pre-flood or pre-ice age.
In understanding the development of language, symbolic imagery is first used, and then abstract symbols are developed for more abstractive capabilities in communication. The mythopeic form of narrative of expressing concepts through analogous comparison is most easily adopted through pictographs and then developed into letter language. The Ancient Egyptians seem to have done the most with real images for communication before abstract symbol letters eventually took over. This indicates more knowledge at the time of creating narratives, to express them in this multi-dimensional aspect of layers of meaning to encode deeper esoteric significance about truth and morality. Some original symbolism was likely perverted and corrupted to favor dominator culture. This altered the symbols used to represent the same concepts, but the changes could not completely remove the deeper significance that the symbols themselves had about life here and now. The language controllers, scribes, priests, and such, were in the end trying to fleece the population into mind control with promises of an afterlife that mattered more. For those who posit Sumeria as the starting point, look at their important gods of nature: Anu, Enlil and Enki, all males, just like dominator Egyptian lore came to represent the creative aspect through anthropomorphism and projection of the way of thinking about ourselves and reality. Egypt has evidence of being built by people before the Naqada and other tribes settled their after the flood/ice age. The sphinx and Giza pyramids are made by older cultures, most likely.
