Are You Liable For The Individual Income Tax?

The Secretary of the Treasury can only Levy [go after] “the accrued salary or wages of any officer, employee, or elected official, of the [Internal] United States, the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of the [Internal] United States.”  (26 USC 6331)

If you are not an officer, employee, or elected official, of the Internal United States, the District of Columbia, or of any agency or instrumentality of such then you are NOT LIABLE for the Internal Revenue of the individual income tax of the Internal Revenue Service.
