Updated 6/12/12: The lawsuit was filed Mon. June 11th 2012 in the 9th Circuit Federal Court in Santa Ana,CA Case# is SACV 12- 00927
The Federal Clerk, after exhaustive review of complicated legal documents involving hundreds of plaintiffs and defendants, has determined that all of Plaintiffs' documents were in proper form and has accepted the case for filing.
