The ITNJ is on schedule to hear its first cases in the last quarter of 2015, with the support of you, the people.
The ITNJ is not funded by any nation or group of nations, nor funded in any way through taxes or grants. The ITNJ is completely independent of any governing or corporate body that could possibly interfere with adherence to its mission, and therefore relies entirely on the People in and of the World for funding of its inaugural proceedings and ongoing operating expenses.
Here are some things you can do now to prepare your case for submission:
1. Gather all documentation and evidence relating to your case that you wish to present to the Tribunal, and create a document that describes the nature of your case (foreclosure of your home, repossession of your property, kidnapping, etc.) making sure your full name and current contact information (email is best) is on that document.
2. Create another document that identifies by name, title, employer (government agency, court, bank name, etc.) with contact information (include exact street addresses of all parties if possible) and a short description of what roles each of those persons who caused you harm played in your case; and
3. Place the documentation related to your case that you wish to submit as evidence after the two documents you just created, and make one .pdf file with your full name as the file name.
You are now as ready as you can be to submit your case to the Tribunal.
Contacting the tribunal is easy! Simply email contact@itnj.org with any questions.
An FAQ section will be posted on the itnj.org website soon. If you have any questions you would like to see included in Frequently Asked Questions, please send them to contact@itnj.org.∴
