The state impersonators do not represent the interests of the people. They have violated their fiduciary responsibilities by becoming corporate officers of for-profit agencies; however, in good faith…they were elected as public officers to manage functions in a public institution.
Most people, in gratitude for the bone tossed them by relinquishing the two counties, are celebrating a shallow victory. The bad guys simply made a concession as they usually do and we as fools mistake that for a victory.
Excuse me…? The corporations are acting in fraud. That is a crime. Our negotiating with them gives legitimacy to their fraudulent position.
