VANCOUVER, BC – This NewsInsideOut.com reporter on May 26, 2015 published the following report in the Project Pegasus group on Facebook regarding USMC Capt. Randy Cramer ss in response to comments by former U.S. chrononaut and Mars jump room experiencer U.S. Navy Lt. Commander Andrew D. Basiago, and Tamara-Starr Marie, founder of the ‘Official Randy Cramer Discussion Group’ on Facebook.
In his original December 8, 2014 interview with NewsInsideOut.com, Capt. Cramer presented himself as follows:
“US Marine Capt. Randy A. Cramer, Special Section (ss) is an active duty Marine officer deployed within the civilian population of the United States pursuant to Article 21 of Emergency Marine Corps Regulations. Under authorization from the U.S. Marine Corps chain of command, Capt. Cramer is speaking out against US government policies, a secret gene-pool colony on Mars, the depopulation plans of what he calls the Breakaway civilization of the military industrial complex”.
NewsInsideOut.com had previously published two articles and interviews with Capt. Cramer.[1] NewsInsideOut.com has contacted Capt. Cramer for comment regarding this article and has not received a reply from Capt. Cramer as of publication.
Hypothesis re Randy Cramer Mars Memories
“Andy, Tamara and All Hi! Thank you for this fascinating, impassioned discussion! As you know I have had the opportunity to interview Randy Cramer twice, once alone and once in the company of UK Town Councillor Simon Parkes. I would like to offer the following hypothesis, for which there is independent verification by a world-class remote viewer who prefers to remain anonymous. (1) Randy Cramer has never been to Mars; (2) Specific memories of a deceased member of the Mars Defense Force have been downloaded and implanted into Randy, although Randy is not yet conscious that this is the case; (3) This was done as a well-intentioned disclosure effort by officials within the Mars Defense Force to let the public know about the Exopolitical situation on Mars and Earth (4) The intent of this disclosure effort is not to undercut any member or the validity of the Mars jump room program (5) The download of memories of the deceased member of the Mars Defense Force and implant into Randy Cramer’s memories was done in a covert operation thus accounting for Randy’s account of his last memories as Men In Black; (6) The statements Randy Cramer is making publicly about “his” service on Mars are actually statements about the deceased Mars Defense Force service as they are from that person’s memories implanted in him; (7) These statements are accurate and congruent with the actual activities of the Mars Defense Force as they are based on an actual deceased member’s memories; (8) Like Andrew D. Basiago who recovered his memories of actual active service in the 1980s CIA Mars Jump room corroborated by multiple other participants, Randy Cramer is capable of breaking through and recovering the process of this memory implantation process as part of the elaborate Mars disclosure process of the U.S. government.

Following publication of the comments, Dr. Michael E. Salla of the Exopolitics Institute, who had originally brought Randy Cramer’s case to public light[2], commented as follows in online correspondence with this reporter:
Dr. Michael Salla writes, “MIB were NOT involved in Randy’s memory recovery. They were involved in an incident designed to get Randy to resign from the US Navy, which he had enlisted in relatively soon his return from EDF service. Randy’s enlistment was against the security protocols for former EDF participants where military enlistment might trigger memory recall and was therefore a security threat. Randy described the way in which the MIB drugged him and took him to Camp Pendleton for a trip to the LOC where more memory suppressant technologies were used against Randy. He was also programmed with religious messages to get him to resign from the Navy. All this occurred soon after Randy’s return and age-regression in 1987. It was many, many years later that Randy begin recovering his memories, especially after 2007 which he describes as the time that Total Recall became possible for him.

Notwithstanding Dr. Michael Salla’s comments, Capt. Randy Cramer’s recent personal behaviour pattern profile seems more consistent with implanted screen memories of Mars Defense Force experience, rather than with self-motivated memories derived from first hand experience in the Mars Defense Force.
According to a confidential whistleblower familiar with Capt. Randy Cramer’s mission and personal lifestyle who contacted NewsInsideOut.com on the condition of anonymity stated:
1.Personal pressures – Capt. Cramer is “highly behaviourally unstable” and “somewhat dangerous” to certain people, and to “many others, friends”. In the terms of manipulation, sexual pressure with some women, financially, he owes a lot of money to various people.

Cramer’s close friend has reported, “He has closed his computer, and is not working on his book. She catches him sitting on his bed for hours doing nothing…. I think he’s lost the plot.”

In the case of the 1980s CIA Mars jump room program, where multiple participants, including U.S. Navy Lt. Commander Andrew D. Basiago, U.S. Navy Lt. William Brett Stillings, and U.S. Navy Lt. and U.S. Presidential Adviser Bernard Mendez have come forward and cross verified their participation in the Mars Jump room program (including reported informal back-channel verification with U.S. President Barack Obama who reportedly personally confirmed his participation in the Mars jump room program in a personal back-channel statement from his White House office, terming his memories of his participation in the 1980s Mars jump room program a “dreamlike” experience.).[3]
