Mysterious Alien sculpture found in Honduras?
A very interesting sculpture has been discovered in Honduras. While some believe the 35 centimeter sculpture was made by a pre-Columbian civilization, others believe it was made to depict an extraterrestrial being given the odd features of the sculpture.
The discovery was made in a town called Choloma, Honduras and the man who discovered it told local press that he believes that the sculpture was made to depict beings not from Earth.
Martin Hernandez who is 48 years old, said to have left early from home in search of firewood and to hunt, when, all of a sudden, he found a cave which he decided to enter out of curiosity, inside he saw a strange stone that caught his attention.
"I thought it was the head of a mummy, but when I washed the "sculpture" with water, I noticed it was a face, but different than that of a ordinary human being" he said.
As published by newspaper "Time", the object, in addition to having a well-defined face with narrow eyes, nose and mouth, has a sort of double chin and a long neck. It is made of white colored rock and is estimated to weigh about 5 or 6 kilos, the sculpture has a height of about 35 centimeters.
In the town where it was discovered, given the regional history, it is believed to have been made by a pre-Columbian civilization that inhabited the region in the distant past. But the striking features of the face of the sculpture is what has caused mixed feelings among people since the sculpture does not seem to depict an ordinary human face.
In the vicinity of the cave, construction workers are building a road and just before the discovery, workers tried blowing up a huge rock that was in their way using dynamite, but failed to do so. Manuela Muñoz, mother of Martin Hernandez believes that the sculpture is only a piece that broke off of the "body" to which it belonged and the use of dynamite in the area might have caused the head to break off.
According to Manuela Muñoz, strange lights can bee see in the sky very frequently. "I have seen huge "spheres" of light from my backyard" said Manuela Muñoz.
While speaking about the mysterious sculpture to the press, Manuela Muñoz said that children at birth have a soft spot on the top of the skull, mysteriously the humanoid sculpture that was discovered by her son also has a mysterious "soft spot" at the center of the head.
Whether this object is indeed a depiction of an otherworldly being or not is something that experts will probably decide. The mysterious features on the face of the sculpture are certainly interesting and do not look anything like a face of human beings.
