Do you need “more proof” that all Contracts are Magic Spells?

A friend of mine brought this to my attention the other day while we were talking about “word magic”.
He was signing a very official looking Document…, and the words (legal terms) he was using was: WITHOUT RECOURSE just before his “signature”.
After looking carefully at the “whirr’d”…, and thinking about it he said…, “I KNOW WHAT THIS REALLY MEANS!”
“It’s not recourse at all…, it’s re “curse”!
“People only sign documents (magic spells) with the words “without recourse”…, when they don’t want to be re “cursed”…, by having another action thrown back at them.”
“My document says this is the way it is…, and then I sign it: Without Recourse…, so that the powers that be can not re-curse me, by violating my FREEWILL.”
I smiled and said: “Now you are starting to understand!”
