The committee for political reforms, has completed a paper that dealt with most of the problems that can solve consensus in accordance with the constitution and the national interest as well as the perceptions that could be considered for the problems that need to be amendments to the constitution and do not represent violation or encroachment on the rights of the Iraqi people in general. Maliki said that the Alliance will present a paper on the rest of the reforms in order to discuss the political partners to get out of the current crisis."
