One more celestial sign of wonder to come before 2016:
A rare "Super Moon" will appear on December 25th
This year a "super moon" will appear on December the 25th which is a very rare event with the last one in 1977.
A Christmas full moon will not happen again until 2034.
December's full moon is called the Full Cold Moon, according to the Farmers' Almanac.
It is also sometimes called the Moon before Yule.
The moon is above the horizon for a long time. It has a high trajectory across the sky because it is opposite a low sun, according to the site.
2015 has been a truly amazing year for celestial signs and wonders....
A week in a million? In one week in March this year we had a celestial coincidence, a huge meteorite, massive geomagnetic storms, a solar eclipse, a super moon and the spring equinox, all in one week and of course two blood moons in April and September.


On Sunday night the 15th of March 2014, a huge meteorite lit up the night in eastern France as well as other parts of Europe.
As 2015 comes to an end we can only hope 2016 will deliver many signs and wonders as this year did.

Rare full moon will rise on Christmas Day – first time in 38 years

December 2015 – SPACE – There will be a rare full moon on Christmas Day this year. It will be the very first full moon on Christmas Day since 1977. The extraordinary event will not happen again until 2034. All Full Moon during the month of December is called the Full Cold Moon, according to The Old Farmer’s Almanac. Such full moons are also called the Long Nights Moon by some Native American tribes.
The Full Moon will be in its fullest size at 6:11 a.m. on Dec. 25 across the world, NASA’s moon expert Fred Espenak revealed to The Weather Channel. For those in the U.S., the rare Full Moon will be best viewed on Christmas Eve. The occurrence of the unusual Full Moon on Christmas was also confirmed to ABC News by a NASA spokesperson. The next Full Moon on Christmas will happen on 2034, 2053 and then 2057. The news outlet further noted that the Full Moon for this year will take place on 11.11 GMT on Dec. 25. This means that the moon will not be technically full in the U.S. People can check when the Christmas moon will be fullest in their location by checking Timeanddate.com. –Latinos Post
