Yes, what about the folks who depend on Humanus to get their projects off the ground, and don't apply elsewhere because the funds are coming next week?  They have been hanging on now, in some cases for several years.  The emotional distress it can cause to keep people thinking something will happen when it doesn't, is rather unfortunate.

I do feel so sorry for those that are depending on this group. The carrot dangling does border on cruel from my perspective.
