The secret to all this is hidden in plain sight.  The Bible says that as long as we submit to God’s Law and abide by His Covenants (which result in Divine Trusts) we are not subject to any legislation made by men. But if we fail our side of the obligation specific “curses” will be ours instead of rewards.  That is the condition of the world at large— it is cursed because it has abandoned the Law of God.  They don’t follow the Law of Abraham.  They don’t follow the Law of Moses. They don’t follow the Law of Jesus. They follow after Satan, the Father of All Lies, instead.   Even their money is nothing but lies and idolatry.
So– zero plus zero equals zero.  No matter what you do with zero, it has no meaning of its own.  A single truth outweighs an ocean of lies.

We authorized the Trustees to pay off all and any debts we owe including any debts owed by the “United States” defined as “the territories and District of Columbia” –and because our actual credit is infinite and all our debts are pre-paid, they are obliged to do their jobs and settle the accounts back to zero.  
.
Another less esoteric way to say this is that we earned a National Credit for every “dollar” worth of debt created as a “National Debt” by the “United States” so in fact there is no debt and never was— just a test of our knowledge to see if we would settle the accounts. 
.
Put another way—imagine that you had a hundred trillion trillion dollars in your savings account,  and owed $100 debt, but because you didn’t have sense enough to identify yourself as the account holder and transfer $100 into your checking account and tell your bookkeeper to write the check, you lost your whole kingdom over it.   
.
 “Fictio cedit veritati.”  — Fiction yields to truth.  
.
By settling and balancing the books we remove any excuse for anyone to be angry about anything or to blame us or accuse us of not paying our debts—-even if those debts were racked up by con men merely claiming to “represent” us. The IMF can no longer huff and puff and pretend that it has any rights or grievances against us.  Neither can China or anyone else. 
.
The World Bank and Karen Hudes can stop their frantic efforts to find a way to boot up the same old scam on a different day. 
.
The Governments of France and Britain can both be very, very ashamed of themselves.  Ditto the Government of Israel. 
.
They all owe us so much that they can never repay, yet they have attempted to start a war under false pretenses on our soil and committed fraud and press-ganging and so many other sins against us it boggles the mind. 
.
Same thing for the “United States” defined as “the territories and District of Columbia” which has pretended to “represent” us and has misrepresented us and mischaracterized us since 1868.  
.
These evil men who have betrayed their positions of trust in exchange for wampum beads and pretty pieces of paper and digits entered on cyber ledgers have their reward. 
.
They have all been given Notice of their sins and iniquities until the paper alone could carpet the National Mall an inch thick. 
.
It has been kindly explained to them that there is no way for them to lie about anything, yet they persist in their delusions of secrecy and deceit.  
.
This is not to frustrate us so that their nature and will is made plain for all to see, so that there is no question about the justice that is due them and no reason for us to regret them being taken away.

To Kyle Rearden— Try to Get the Labels Right
I have recently run across a lot of disinfo garbage like Mr. Rearden is spreading—claiming that I am part of some kind of “sovereign citizen” movement.
Let me say it AGAIN for all those who need to know: there ARE no “sovereign citizens”. It is impossible to be a “sovereign” and a “citizen” at the same time. Look it up for yourselves.
“Sovereign Citizen” is an oxymoron. The words are mutually exclusive, and anyone even using this phrase is too ignorant to be talking to me about these topics, much less talking about me.
They should be listening, carefully, instead.
The whist of their diatribe seems to be that I and the other Common Law Judges aren’t “really” judges. If that were true, I assure you all that we would be arrested, charged with impersonating a judge, and be looking at heavy fines and long prison terms.
If we aren’t “legitimate” — please explain why we aren’t enjoying a stint in one of the already overflowing federal prisons?
Ah, so, Grasshoppers….. you think you know it all. You’ve been given a Five and Dime Law School Education. You’ve taken a “Patriot Seminar”—you’ve even spent more than five minutes of your life thinking about these issues.
In our affidavit of probable cause, “You Know Something Is Wrong When…..An American Affidavit of Probable Cause” (available onAmazon.com) you will find a full page of United States Supreme Court decisions detailing exactly how and why we American State Nationals ARE sovereigns. And, by the way, it should also tell you why you “citizens of the United States” are not.
[You’ve been going through your life misidentified as a vessel in commerce permanently domiciled in Puerto Rico and deemed to be a “citizen of the United States” —- a status you will most likely fiercely to defend, and thereby cling to your chains, because you are too ignorant to do otherwise.]
The citations published in our book are only a passing mention of more than 600 court citations proving the same thing. We are sovereign and you’d better believe that the United States Courts know that we are. We are the ones who have forgotten.
Or to be more specific, Mr. Rearden, you have forgotten. Far too many people like you have forgotten who you are or have never known. And far too many of you go around spouting your ignorance like Gospel, thereby misleading everyone else.
Let’s take the name of your website: “Liberty Under Attack!”
Mr. Rearden, do you even know what “liberty” is? Here’s a hint— it has the same root word as “libertine”.
It’s what British sailors get when they reach port. It involves a lot of sex, drugs, and rock and roll, but it has nothing whatsoever to do with freedom.
And freedom, real freedom, is what the American people want and deserve, not some Limey version of an international red light district on our shores.
If that’s what you mean by “liberty”, yes, it is under attack and rightly so, for it is a venal substitute for freedom, and not half of what we are owed.
Until you get some basics down, I suggest that you sit quietly in a corner and listen to those who have spent decades of their lives in serious study—- and stop trying to label me anything at all

There Are No “Fake Judges” and No “Sovereign Citizens” Either, by Anna von Reitz

I have written several articles that explain the simple FACT that we are supposed to have TWO functioning court systems operating in the behalf of the people — one an admiralty court operating on the jurisdiction of the sea, one a common law court operating on the jurisdiction of the land. Duh, folks, how hard is this to grasp?
It’s very plainly stated in the Constitution. Amendment VII. Read it.
So where are your Common Law Courts, given the further fact that all you ever see in the courthouses scattered across America are admiralty or administrative courts?
They’ve vanished, even though they are absolutely mandated.
So where are they? Answer: you haven’t provided them for yourselves.
You have to provide your own government. You are supposed to be self-governing,. Remember? That means you have to elect and staff and support your Common Law Courts, because there is NO mandate in the Constitution for the “federal government” to provide these courts for you.
The Constitutoin is only concerned with setting up and running the federal government. And the federal government is only concerned with international and interstate affairs.
So, you won’t find a lot of reference to the Common Law Court System in The Constitution, because it was taken for granted and was not the subject of The Constitution as a whole. Nonetheless, our American Common Law Court System was and deserves to be the dominant court system in America.
It’s what you are owed and what you owe yourselves, along with your birthright standing as American State Nationals.
There are misguided and also self-interested souls wandering around saying that I am a “fake” judge. All those individuals are either (1) ignorant or (2) self-interested because they make money off the admiralty court system and are afraid of losing their gravy train, or (3) both.
As with everything else, you have to learn. You have to read. I can point things out to you, but it is up to you to think and to look around the corners.
Who has a vested interest in trying to keep Americans from exercising their right of self-governance? Who profits from suppressing or attempting to discredit the lawful work and standing of the American Common Law Courts and judges?
I think it is apparent that a whole roster of people have grown rich off the admiralty and administrative court system. I think that those same people have enjoyed the power of control and oppression of others that “owning the court system” has given them.
If you want justice, you must give it to yourselves. You must demand it and you must begin by building your own local jural societies, electing your court officers, your sheriffs on the land, and all the other vacated offices must be filled. Otherwise, the “money mill” that the courts have become will only grow more corrupt.
It is an ugly but common fault of human nature to want to control others and to profit from them. This despotism and oppression is something you can prevent if you act now and act decisively and intelligently in support of your own Common Law Courts.

Mr. Jacob Rothschild, Let Me Ask You—–
If a group of French con men stole your identity, stole your credit cards and racked them through the roof, and left you to pay for it—–would you turn around and give the same group of criminals your new credit cards and let them start all over again?
Ah, duh…..no?
That is what we would be doing if we agreed to be represented in any way shape or form by the new governmental services corporation organized “for” us by the Government of France, which is falsely advertising itself as the “New Republic”.
Which is another issue— false advertising. You do realize that your new front company has nothing whatsoever to do with our American Republic? But you are willfully seeking to again confuse your “republic” with our “republic” the same way you have sought to confuse your “united states” with our “united states”?
Well, it may be a “new republic” all right, but it is certainly not our American Republic, which we are owed restored and in our own control, thank you, very much, Jacob Rothschild.
We have already informed you in person and via your agents in England that we have made other arrangements and that any services provided by any of your new governmental services corporations are purely speculative on your part and acceptance of any services on our parts does not in any way imply agreement or contract or any valid claim for your corporations to be Successors to Contract.
We have explained that this is “for cause” based on the bad performance and worse service we have received from Rothschild banks and service companies in the past.
The “New Republic” is actually a bid to continue the old “UNITED STATES” which is now insolvent. We didn’t like that version. It did nothing but criminally misrepresent us and cause trouble and injustice here and around the world. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
And now, Mr. Rothschild (because you own both the governmental services corporations posing as the “governments” of England and France) could you please explain what you propose to do about the repayment of the American gold to the people it was stolen from by the World Bank and IBRD?
And what about the LARGE outstanding debt the insolvent UNITED STATES owes us?
You don’t pretend that those two wars in Iraq and Kuwait and countless incursions and “police actions” in other places actually had anything to do with defending a square centimeter of American soil, do you?
You may have heard the news that we have paid off every “note” and particle of debt alleged to be owed by us or any other American this morning.
So now the shoe is on your foot, Mr. Rothschild, and we suggest that you stop your efforts to defraud and abuse and mislead and misinform the American people for profit.
If it is not already abundantly obvious from the words on this page, the Americans are not deceived any longer.

About the “Presidential Transition” — by Anna von Reitz

I was contacted early this morning and asked to comment on the Executive Order regarding the “transition” from Obama to Dunford and the whole “New Republic”. 
First, you have to know that the military has been in control of “governmental services” in this country since 1863 when Lincoln bankrupted the original United States (Trading Company). Read the Lieber Code, also known as General Order 100.  Together with the Geneva Convention Protocols, this is the “martial law” that the “citizens of the United States” have lived under ever since. 
Next you have to know that there are two giant “governmental services corporations” leeching off the American people—- the “UNITED STATES” which went insolvent in March of 2015, and “THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” which is taking over the services contract (or trying to). 
The “UNITED STATES” has been run by the UN Corp doing business as the International Monetary Fund, both French corporations which operated out of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to fleece us blind. 
“THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” is now being run by the UN Corporation doing business as the Federal Reserve, set up under the laws and auspices of the United Nations City-State. This is where all the “UN law” comes in. 
Do you notice the Common Denominator?  The UN Corporation owns both.  The UN Corporation is owned by the World Bank.  And the World Bank is owned by Jacob Rothschild, who is owned by the British Crown Conglomerate, which is owned by the Vatican, which is owned by the Holy See. 
And now you know the structure of the “World”—- not the Earth, the “World”— the Man-made construct that governs governments and organizes banks, etc. 
When you are reading the Bible?  Armageddon?  The Apocalypse?  This is the “world” that is being destroyed in front of your eyes— the world of Babylon the Great. Whether you knew it or not, you and the whole world have been living under a system of “law” created in Ancient Sumeria—- a system of idolatry and enslavement and every venal thing. 
[But, lo— “I shall bring to ruin those ruining the Earth”.  Fear not for your Mother Earth. Though all the constructs of men may fail, the goodness of God shall not.]
So what does the “Presidential Transition” mean?   
 The “governmental services corporation” providing “federal services” will now be called the  “THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” instead of the “UNITED STATES”.   CEO Obama is being sidelined to oversee the liquidation of the “UNITED STATES” and CEO Dunford is coming on board to make sure that “federal services” continue to be provided. 
Those labeled “citizens of the United States” will be enslaved and their property will be seized upon and everything they own will be liquidated to pay the debts of the insolvent “UNITED STATES”.  And “THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” — the so-called “New Republic” under General Dunford will be responsible and acting under “UN Law” to do this evil in the sight of God.
These two colluding corporations, both operated by the French UN Corporation,  intend to kill off their Priority Creditors and seize upon their property.  The greatest act of genocide in human history is being prepared against the American people and its being done by what appears to be their own government and Allies. 
This is what it means, “Come out of Babylon!”—- expatriate from having anything to do with the “UNITED STATES” now.  Change your names from all-capitals:  JOHN RALPH DOE back to upper and lower case:  John Ralph Doe.   Or even take a new name entirely.  Change the owner and address on your land deeds.  Change your mailing address, too, if need be.  Keep nothing of the old system that they can attach to. And protest your innocence now. Place it on the public records. You never knowingly or willingly agreed to any of this evil. 
Be part of “the remnant” of the American people who return to your land. 
The Trustees overseeing all this have been placed between a rock and a hard place, because we just paid off all the debts of the “UNITED STATES”.  They no longer have any excuse for their actions.  Instead, Satan has been called to account and the shoe placed on his other hoof. 
It’s all over now except the shouting. 
The simple solution would be for the Holy See to admit the whole thing and for the French Government to liquidate the “UN Corporation” as a crime syndicate, but that’s not going to happen because (1) the Holy See is infiltrated with Satan worshipers and is otherwise afraid of admitting its role; and (2) the French Government is just another “governmental services corporation” also owned by Jacob Rothschild. 
Instead, we can expect every jot of the Bible to be fulfilled.  There will be war in the Mideast. The armies of the North—- US, Britain, etc., will roll over the land, followed by the armies of the East — Russia and China.  
There will be a “Great Earthquake”.  The Valley of Hinom will be filled with the corpses of those who have worshiped Satan and Ashtoreth. 
Expect that you will need fuel, water, food, and all other needful things.  Store up medical supplies and tools. Get ready, because “the end”—of this system of things– is coming as surely as I am sitting here.  Babylon has fallen once, and she will fall again for the final time.

The instructions have already been given once to the Trustees including Pope Francis and the Bank of International Settlements. Here is the text of the email sent to Pope Francis yesterday to make sure that our instructions were “crystal clear”. 
Most Beloved Francis,
Our instructions have been transmitted to the Bank of International Settlements, but we are repeating them in your presence and asking for your assistance in overcoming whatever obstacles remain. 
We authorize the transfer of sufficient funds from our National Credit to pay off the National Debt of the “United States” defined as the “territories and District of Columbia” and do this as the lawful beneficiaries and heirs of The New Testament Trust as well as The United States Trust 1779. 
We further authorize the settlement of any and all debts we may actually owe to other nations which may have been neglected by incompetent or dishonest administrators.
We also authorize the return of all American assets free and clear of  tithes, fees, taxes, debts, claims, registrations, or other encumbrances to the Americans to whom these assets are owed.  By this we mean all Americans without regard to race, color, or creed according to their inheritance in the Adamic Trust. 
The banks and the Trustees have received Due Notice, our Sovereign Letters Patent, and our Declaration of Joint Sovereignty with the Indigenous Nations.  Our claims have already been fully adjudicated by the Vatican Chancery Court and decided in our favor. 
There can be no doubt that we act with pure intent, seeking only justice and peace, and an honest settlement of debts. This we further recommend to your good offices.

Here is the text of the email sent yesterday to Pope Francis completing the transfer request:

—-What this means is that there is no longer any excuse for “THE UNTED STATES OF AMERICA” to carry out any pogrom against the American people to settle the debts of the UNITED STATES. All $18 trillion “dollars” have to be paid off by the Trustees and the accounts zeroed out internationally.

Apples or Oranges? — by Anna von Reitz

Everyone continues to mistake apples for oranges.  Just like we, the people, are not THEM, the persons, our system of law is not THEIR system of law. 
In the Common Law, which we are owed, the people have the right of “jury nullification”.  Any jury of 12 honest Americans can overturn, edit, or abolish any law passed by any legislature.  Period.  That is how the people rule. 
But these crooks have instituted their admiralty law system and we haven’t provided ourselves with the system we are owed, so here we sit. 
Our friend in Georgia is still confused by this, still banging his head “pushing” against a “pull” door.  He can’t get justice out of THEIR system and should not expect to.  It is not a justice system and it is not controlled by the people. It is a debt collection agency set up to create and launder penal bonds for the corporations that own the court system. 
Literally, they own the courts.   If IBM owns the court, are they going to find in your favor when you bring suit against IBM?   
Current statistics say that that happens less than 2% of the time. 
So— what to do?   Milligan Ex Parte says that wherever our American Common Law Courts are functioning, there is no excuse for them using military-corporate tribunals. 
Organize your jural assemblies for the land jurisdiction of the United States, elect your judges, your Sheriffs on the Land, your clerks, etc., and get going.  
Nobody can do it for you.

So let me get this straight...  WE as Sovereign(s) must simply set up our own comon law courts, elect a Sheriff and clerk and so on.... but all Hell is going to break loose and we're all going to Hell in a handBasket when the Shit hits the Fan. And yet we're supposed to stock up on the 'survival stuff', for what??
  At first I thought I might be confused... but alas I think there is a bunch of BS generuosly sprinkled in with a few tidbits of some good info, with absolutely no apparent future outcome...
  You know that old cartoon of the little field mouse giving the 'finger' to the mighty eagle as he's about to be impaled by the eagles talons ?  well that's me giving the fickle finger.  :)

Marty, I as you think there is too much water under the bridge...The pieces of the puzzle are already in place, and all of the "bits" of information are too little too late...The cage has been closed, they are just locking the door...I wish it were different...Hold on folks...
