If you happened to see the latest Neil Pugnose Keenan piece, entitled, Neil Keenan Update / Internal Secrets: New Financial System To Save The World From the Globalist / Obama Doomsday Plan: A real Ball of Confusion, on his Web site at neilkeenan.com, I think you might have yourself a good laugh. I know we did. The man looks beat up and desperate, bedraggled, if you will. He looks like something the cat might bring in from the dark forest garden. Something batted around and pawed, left in the corner for dead. If you haven't seen it, please go and take a look. Have yourself a good laugh.

He writes mainly about the new M2, who's now a woman, of all things, and I'm sure next time he'll be introducing us to an R37 who's going to save the world and claim he / she's a transgender.

Keenan's video is a crack up. A fat, out of shape, tired looking, but well tanned, Pugnose Keenan, in desperate need of a haircut and shave, berating David Crayford and American Lawyer, but he doesn't say why he's berating us. He gets really nasty about it, and he threatens us. I laughed out loud. And then I spit back at him. He talked about inventions and humanitarian efforts and how he's heading the new financial system of the West, and then he begs for money. He's run out of financiers. He sounds like his protege Poof / Jerzy / ZAP. Pugnose Keenan has run out of the Jean Haines of the world to con and deceive and rob. He's running out of people believing he's truthful about anything he says.

The sad part is, he is representing the rogue CIA aspect of our American government and big Western Banks, and his job is to deceive the world about what is going on in the financial system. Even though Neil Keenan is fading out of the scene of relevance and good health, he's still visible for the moment, and he's out there, and he's able to mislead the world about the truth of the global collateral accounts, also known as the Combined International Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility.

GLOBAL FINANCIAL CRISIS

Our world is in a major mess right now as humanity battles for our very survival. Wars and black operations and assassinations have become the normal ways of doing business, and humanity is losing badly on all three accounts. We're being blown up, murdered, and starved at an unprecedented rate. Entire hemispheres of cultural and ideological differences have squared off for what amounts to be probably the last major battle of good versus evil this planet will ever see. Either the Western led Cabal and its global Cronies defeat the rising powers of the East, destroy 90 percent of the global population --- for now murder is cheaper than mere domination and control --- and generate a refined global financial system that they can continue to run, manipulate, and control, or they will be defeated forever. Humanity could be saved. There would be a changing of the guard.

If the Eastern Political / Financial Hemisphere, led by Russia and China, can continue to build their precious metal reserves, expand their global trade visions and coinciding bi-lateral agreements with the rest of the world, and avoid any kind of major global military escalation or prolonged conflict with NATO, the U.S. and the West, then they will, ultimately, bleed the West of the last of its riches and resources, and will change the course of history and the planet. We will be saved.

The United States and the West don't have the global hegemony and financial prosperity they once had. Their financial system is depleted, with no real economic vision or future. The West's financial philosophy has become one of stealing wealth and resources from other countries and entities for personal gain of the Cabal Banksters who back it, and their Cronies, and manipulating what is left of the Western financial system through the financing of near daily global black operations, war, and catastrophes, industrial and otherwise.

The United States dominates the Western financial system. However, it does not and cannot just generate business and wealth with the rest of the world as it once did. The Federal Reserve Note is too weak; the U.S. economy disrespected by most of the world, even though much of it is still dependent upon it. The West has no infrastructure and is vastly in debt. The Fed has run up a $19 trillion National Debt on behalf of Americans. David Crayford says America owes the International Treasury Controller one thousand trillion U.S. dollars (USD) for all the Assets and Accounts with interest of the Global Debt Facility that the U.S. has been responsible for stealing over the last hundred years. And then there's the United States of America, Incorporated. How many quadrillions does it owe to whom on Americans' behalf? When we're serious in America about rebuilding our once great nation, we will have to pay off our debts. We will have to bury USA, Inc. forever. We will have to gain the financial trust of the rest of the world before the great nations of the East will do business and finances with us.

The West, the United States, the EU, and NATO are bankrupt, financially, morally, and militarily, and we are technologically inferior to both Russia and China. Our greatest resources and technological advances here in the U.S. and the West have either been stolen by our oligarchs, or sold off to their global cronies for major financial profits for all of them and their multinational corporations. Ultimately, if we in America and the world are going to want to save ourselves, we are going to have to do it ourselves. Ultimately, it will come down to us, the people of the planet, to make sure we do in fact survive, and prosper. If not, we will be enslaved, or worse, exterminated.

Around the world, we see an absolute changing of the guard of global leadership. Russian President Vladimir Putin has taken on the face of hope, freedom, and sovereignty for those of us who seek such opportunities. China and Russia have taken the world lead in financial, military, and technological advancements. The U.S. and her Western Cronies have never recovered from the financial beating they created and took back in 2008. Russia not only survived it, but they grew stronger. So did China, and I don't care what the Western controlled media says. China is dominating the U.S. in all facets of quality of life for its citizens. And its getting even better there in every aspect of business and economics. China is the global financial standard for the future. The same, but different, can be said about Russia.

In 2008, the Western Banking system, in their efforts to drain the rest of the world of its sovereignty and finances, launched another of their once every 7 year attacks on the global financial system, orchestrating the financial meltdown and the stolen wealth from the masses. They've been doing this for as long as I've been alive, continuously, for every seven years. But this time, something different happened. Sure, the 2008 global financial crisis hit the masses hard, and we took a beating that we the average person still hasn't recovered from, and it has only gotten worse, but this time, the Cabal too suffered tremendous losses. And they too haven't recovered.

That's because their planned crash of 2008 didn't go according to their plan. Delays and uncertainties with the global financial setup upset the delicate timing and their crash went off schedule, off path, and eventually off cliff. The ruling Cabal and their banking institution Cronies suffered heavy financial losses. Their vast withholdings shrank dramatically. They had to bail out themselves by using hundreds of billions of U.S. tax dollars.

Much of what the Cabal, Banksters, and Banks lost was not theirs to lose. Much of it had consisted of what one intelligence report called, "leveraged funds that needed to be squared off days after trading contracts expired." The West was out of money and out of time. Their financial system was nearly without breath. They needed to devise a new formula to keep the Western financial system alive.

The broken and bankrupt Western banks should have been allowed to die off and to write off. The debt ridden financial institutions needed to be put to bed, and their losses needed to be added up. Debts had to be repaid. A new financial system was needed in America, and the world, to offset the debt based Federal Reserve Note. The world was dying along with the American dollar. How would the Federal Reserve System and the rest of the Western Banking Cabal now raise huge funds without creating a super hyperinflation that nobody in the world would be able to manage?

CHINA AND RUSSIA FILL THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC VOID

As a result of the severe losses suffered by the Western financial sector during the 2008 meltdown, China, Russia, BRICS, AIIB, and other major financial institutions outside of the Western financial hemisphere rolled onto the world scene. These were big players who were seriously "gold backed". They would now take the place of Western banking institutions like the BIS, the World Bank, and the IMF, and other Central Banks, and they would eliminate the middle man when it came to lending money and establishing the new global financial system. The Fed and other Western banks would not find it so easy to project and control financial trends and markets anymore.

The Cabal and the banks under its control could not again risk crashing the market for fear of suffering their own substantial losses, if not destroying the Western financial system. They needed to stay alive. They needed to keep the Federal Reserve, the World Bank, the IMF and the rest of their Western banking financial system alive so they could keep living off of it, sucking the juices off of the system. They needed to be able to continue to keep the world in debt, and hold it at gunpoint to pay back. That's how parasitic banks and governments survived. They needed to be able to squeeze the people and their resources out of every last cent they could get from us. The parasites that run the West and our Cabal needed the people's blood to survive.

The controllers would still control global wars, poverty, and starvation. With the improved technology, mega industrial accidents and planned mega disasters would increase. They would continue to steal from the Global Debt Facility, make fake bonds to match the gold they stole, convert that money from nothing through the Western Banks like the World Bank or the Federal Reserve, and put profits in the pockets of the Banksters and their Handlers, and divert the rest to global military and mercenaries for war making, global black operations, natural and industrial catastrophes. They would continue to make vast amounts of wealth on a daily basis by playing the financial market against all of catastrophes, wars, and black operations they created.

But the United States and the Banks and their Cronies were still going to need massive amounts of money to fund it all. Where would it come from?

STOLEN GLOBAL COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS FROM THE ITC

Suffering huge losses in the 2008 financial crisis caused the Cabal to change financial strategies. They would now need a new source of major capital infusion to keep their ponzi scheme alive. They now needed somebody else's gold to convert and market and spend. They needed to steal Assets that make up the Collateral Accounts of the Global Debt Facility.

They needed to conduct covert military and mercenary operations to siphon legendary gold and financial institutional accounts from the Royal Families and Nations of the World. In the late 1800's these accounts and gold deposits were created by the Royal Families and the Nations of the World to benefit the People of the world, not just those who owned and controlled them, like us here in the United States. But we in the U.S. are privileged. We needed to steal it for us to feel good and live life as we had become accustomed.

The Federal Reserve didn't care about the People or the Nations of the world. They were essentially forming a new parallel financial system run by shadow banksters aligned through the major Secret Societies and Western financial institutions like the World Bank, IMF, and Federal Reserve. They would now steal gold that had been deposited around the world. At the Federal Reserve they would print high quality fake bonds which would contain deliberate flaws that would only be detectable by their experts. The Fed would inject these trillions in fake bonds backed by legendary gold for short term collateral.

According to one intelligence report, this would allow Banksters at the Fed and their Cabal Cronies at other Western banking institutions, governments, and militaries... "to utilize massive funds for global military and black operations, and to cash out the winnings to redeem the highly leveraged loans and disappear the fake bonds." This sort of financial scam would be repeated for each Cabal inspired global catastrophe. Today, they play the catastrophe financial market roulette wheel on a near daily basis.

CHIASSO FAKE BONDS 2009

The Fed and their fake bond / stolen gold global financial fraud ran amazingly well through June of 2009. In conjunction with the CIA, and many other bed partners, they had their "boots on the ground" infantrymen all over the world performing their duties. Soldiers of fortune aligned with Agency Contractors and global militaries worked to follow up and locate gold depositories to raid. This is something Hitler had done during World War II. This is why the U.S. has kept such a major military presence in the Philippines ever since they stole the islands with their vast wealth from the Spaniards. The Federal Reserve would print up the Fake Bonds to match the gold they stole. The gold and the bonds would be smuggled to major Western banks like the United Bank of Switzerland (UBS). And then some country like the Philippines would contract with the United States to print up trillions of U.S. dollars, in bizarre locations like Thailand, printed by energy companies. The printed up money would be designated for humanitarian purposes while being diverted for black operations, election rigging, and war.

On June 8th, 2009, the new 'business as usual' model of doing business changed. AsiaNews reported it this way:

“Italy’s financial police (Guardia italiana di Finanza) has seized US bonds worth US 134.5 billion from two Japanese nationals at Chiasso (40 km from Milan) on the border between Italy and Switzerland. They include 249 US Federal Reserve bonds worth US$ 500 million each, plus ten Kennedy bonds and other US government securities worth a billion dollars each. Italian authorities have not yet determined whether they are real or fake, but if they are real the attempt to take them into Switzerland would be the largest financial smuggling operation in history; if they are fake, the matter would be even more mind-boggling because the quality of the counterfeit work is such that the fake bonds are undistinguishable from the real ones.”

Their names turned out to be Akihiko Yamaguchi and Mitsuyoshi Watanabe, and they were tied to the Japanese underworld. They were caught with fake diplomatic passports stashed away with the fake bonds in hidden compartments in their briefcases. The new business model for the Western shadow banking system had been exposed.

In an article posted in 2013, David Crayford spoke about Keenan's strong ties and backing in his dealings within the entire financial fraud. Crayford noted that Keenan had stated that U.S. General Keith B. Alexander and Gen. Myers "were fully cooperating with him in respect of the Collateral Accounts and his actions (Unlawful and Criminal), and that they (Alexander and Myers) held the power to make decisions."

Referring to a late 2011 Keenan article, Crayford said that Keenan's writing "related to the Monaco Accord organized by Keenan and the Swiss government, it was clearly stated that Gen Keith B. Alexander and Gen Myers were at that meeting," which, if Readers remember, was held in Monaco and moved to a "US Warship moored in the Mediterranean Sea." This was allegedly followed by a disruption at the meeting in Monaco posed by none other than Jay Rockefeller.

Crayford elaborated further about the major backing Keenan had had for his illegal operations. "The article also assists us in many ways...and coincides with many other factors known to us and with substantial evidence held by us, since 2010 / 2011." Crayford said this is because, "Gen Keith B. Alexander has under his command specific parts of the US Navy, Army and Air Force as well as Cyber Control. It is now clearly understood why it is these parts of the US Forces that are actively involved, along with a substantial number of mercenaries with the continuous theft of Collateral Accounts Assets from the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and several other countries, including but not limited to Turkey, Afghanistan, Syria, Egypt, Libya."

That's a lot of heat to help Neil Pugnose Keenan carry out his duties. The U.S. Army, Navy and Air Force. Cyber Control. Neil Keenan had most of the U.S. Military Forces at his disposal, along with a network of thousands of mercenaries worldwide, working to steal the Collateral Accounts and fuel the illegal black / shadow financial system. Neil Keenan was a key player in financing global war and black operations. Gen. Keith Alexander was a Bush / Cheney appointee to the NSA as Director, and secured his position through Obama. Keenan had all the weight and support a criminal could need.

In one report it was noted that Keenan was in control with Yamaguchi, who was signatory to the bonds they were trying to move into Switzerland. At the time, Keenan and Yamaguchi were noted to have sent a package to then American President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney. Keenan's connections went all the way to the White House. They were stealing gold, notes, and bonds belonging to the Global Debt Facility. Yamaguchi, Keenan's boy, was one of the two Japanese Agents caught with fake bonds valued at $134.5 billion USD. They were bailed out and they skipped the country, saying adios to the Italian prison system.

But Keenan wasn't happy. He couldn't have been. Because Gen. Myers was going crazy. What else could he do? They had just lost $134.5 billion, and Bush and Cheney were going crazy in their own ways. It was a huge loss for everybody. They needed these billions of dollars for their pockets, global war, and black operations. What were they going to do now? And who was responsible for this bond fiasco in Chiasso anyway? Who were they going to have to kill to get their money?

Neil Keenan is still not in custody in the U.S. Bureau of Prisons. He's a protected operator for the Western based, mafia run shadow financial system. He's guided, handled, and protected by the highest reaches of the United States government. He works for and on behalf of agents of the Federal Reserve Bank and the DHS. He's considered a Non-Cover Operative and, according to one report, he works with other NCO's and "Government Intelligence Assets under the Special Acquisitions Division of the Fed's San Francisco branch." Keenan reports the disinformation of their progress regarding their theft and conversion of Assets and Accounts of the Global Debt Facility into their shadow financial system.

Keith Francis Scott is the man in the shadows. He rarely comes out for public appearances. That's not his deal. The Fat Australian, as he's known, does his best work from behind the scenes. Agency stuff all the way. From the CIA's Australian field office. He cut his teeth in the business in America from an Agency Asset who called himself Michael McNight. McNight's forte was moving large amounts of money undetected around the world for all sorts of nefarious purposes. McNight turned the Fat Australian onto the idea of there being bank accounts with more zeros worth more money than anyone could possibly ever imagine, and he told Scott that he needed to go check it out, and Scott did. The Fat Australian was stunned when he went to the Chicago Fed and checked the black screens and confirmed what McNight had told him. What he had seen totally blew his mind.

Tens of thousands of accounts under the name of one Dr. Ray C. Dam. At the time, of course, the Fat Australian had no idea who Dr. Dam was, or that he might be in charge of the OITC, and the Global Debt Facility, or what the Global Debt Facility was for that matter, but he would soon learn these truths.

McNight turned to him and answered Scott's question before it could leave his mouth. "Yes," McNight said, "The accounts are real."

McNight was a veteran at moving large amounts of Agency money and he told Scott "When it comes to gold, Dr. Dam is the only name that matters." He was right. Dr. Ray C. Dam was the Legal Heir, Owner, and Sole Arbiter of the Global Collateral Accounts. That's why McNight and Scott were talking about him. That's why McNight became the young Fat Australian's Handler. So he could arrange for Scott to move his act to Cambodia, a place out of which Dr. Dam just happened to be running the Office of International Treasury Control.

THE BEGINNING OF THE OITC TAKEOVER

Ultimately, through McNight's Agency connections, Scott met up with Dr. Dam. According to David Crayford, Dr. Dam never got close to the fat kid from Australia. Although Scott tried to will and connive his way into the infrastructure of the OITC, Dr. Dam wouldn't have anything to do with it. The M1 at the time concurred with Dr. Dam's hesitations, saying, quote, "Oh, the 400 lb gorilla. Yes, I am aware of him and he is not to be trusted." Intelligence head for Dr. Dam, a former Dutch Intelligence Officer, told the ITC to beware of Keith Francis Scott, and to never trust him. This was to be confirmed again by an inside ITC lawyer, who was assassinated for his troubles in 2006.

Scott described one of the difficult aspects of working the former ITC. "Under the sovereign entitlements and rights of Dr. Ray C. Dam we could set that up totally under our own control. We didn't have to go to another government. We didn't have to go to anyone to do that. That's what was done. The office was supposed to operate secretly. There is a problem with that. The problem is the World Banking system, the commercial banking system, the central banking system is very destructive and disruptive to countries. Very manipulative. And it's manipulated by a few of the nations against the rest of the nations. And we found that to be repulsive."

Scott was the ultimate hypocrite CIA asset. He worked for the agency that worked for the banking empire that fought wars to subjugate and dominate those they conquered. They stole their gold, robbed them of their natural resources, and laid waste to their populations. Scott worked for the Federal Reserve Bank. Scott worked for the World Bank. Scott worked for the IMF. So for him to portend to have pity against those he fights against is a hypocrisy to the highest degree. Scott set the OITC back immeasurably. He would eventually betray the man he respected most, Dr. Ray C. Dam. And he had become a scourge to third world humanity, who would be delayed decades in reaping financial aid from the OITC.

But all of that was just fine for Neil Pugnose Keenan. That's just the kind of guy he needed to hook up with, to help him with his own business dealings. Between the two of them, Keenan and Scott could commiserate on the difficulties of stealing the Divine Wealth of the Royal Families and the Nations of the World, that was supposed to benefit humanity. They could work together to steal all anyone at the BIS, the World Bank or the Federal Reserve could ever need or want. They could take care of all the Clintons, and the Bushes, and all the war mongering, black operating American and world Allies, but first they were going to have to get rid of the OITC. Word from the very top was that Dr. Dam would have to go. The man was simply going to have to die. And Pugnose and the Fat Australian just happened to be the Cabal dupes in the right place at the right time, to forge the right pact with the Devil, and execute the ITC.

TWO JAPANESE HOUDINIS

"There is one thing though. At least you can see where the real problem lies, and always has laid ----- Keith Scott ----- Keenan is not far behind him ----- Ray Dam was too blind to see it all around him and he ended up in prison because of them. Then they tried to make it look as if they were the White Knights in shining armour riding over the crest of the hill to save him. One doesn't need enemies when Scott is around."

On October 10, 2010, ITC spokesperson David Crayford posted to the world on Abundant Hope an update on the Chiasso, Italy fraudulent bond situation. "Yamaguchi and Watanabe were indicted on June 27th 2009. After which they jumped bail and fled back to Japan.

He said, "The Preliminary Trial Hearing was scheduled for September 16th, 2010. Neither Yamaguchi nor Watanabe turned up at the court for this Hearing. The Hearing was adjourned until October 12th, 2010. Neither Yamaguchi or Watanabe turned up at the court for the Trial Hearing on October 12th. A Full Trial (public) date has now been set for May 25th 2011." Watanabe and Yamaguchi were found guilty in absentia. The Italian Court sentenced them each to 3 1/2 years in prison."

Crayford then turned and pointed his finger at Neil Keenan. "Considering that Yamaguchi in his official and duly executed statement to the Police and to his Court appointed Lawyer stated, quote, 'Furthermore I herewith guarantee under my personal responsibility and under oath to be the legal owner of these bonds which are clean, of no criminal origin and free of pledge and duties.'"

Crayford argued that if Yamaguchi believed his own statement, that he was in fact the legal owner of the Bonds, he would have done anything and everything possible to regain possession of the Bonds from the Police / Court, where "he would have turned up at the Court with at least two highly specialised Barristers and their Lawyer assistants in tow, to defend his legal rights as the legal owner, challenging the Police evidence as necessary to ensure that he regained possession of his property. Yamaguchi obviously doesn’t believe himself (not that anyone else believes him) in this issue and is prepared, shown by his absence in Court, to just forget about his $217,000,000,000 USD ($217 billion USD), which is face value plus interest accrued, fortune and write it off as a mistake. Hmmm, that doesn’t make much sense to me. The self claimed wealthiest man in the world, wealthier than Bill Gates at $60 billion and the Queen of England at approximately $4.5 billion; who is just prepared to 'Write Off' $217 billion USD in Financial Instruments. He must be as deficient in his mind as his story is factually deficient."

David Crayford wasn't done. "Anyone want to play Monopoly? Am I worried about what people like 'Wheel (Keenan)', B. Fulford, and others who have no idea of the subject matter, say, or have stated previously about these Financial Instruments and any involvement by us? ...... Not in the slightest, fictional stories do not interest me."

Crayford had made his statement. Yamaguchi was just the fall guy, but the bonds weren't his. The bonds belonged to whoever paid Keenan all that money to pay Yamaguchi all that money to try to illegally smuggle the fake bonds into Switzerland.

The Keenan team that had sprung into action when the two Japanese thugs were arrested in Chiasso, Italy had gotten the job done. For now. The two Japanese spies were now back home, with their families and thug brotherhood. They were out of Italian hot water forever. But Neil Keenan still had angry people to answer to. According to Crayford he had just lost $217 billion USD, which, after all, was no chump change to even the richest of the Western banking oligarchs.

TOLD TO BACK OFF KEENAN

Paul Collin was one of those guys who liked to deal with high end financial instruments. He called himself a forensic investigator of "legacy high value banking instruments", and that's what his job called for. From 1971 until January of 2012, Collin worked for the DHS OSI. He also hosted CIA Web site spin projects like the X-CIA Files, Unwanted Publicity Intelligence Web site, and other Agency action covers. According to one report, Collin was "a paid international information asset of U.S. government intelligence community organizations surrounding international high-value asset bank paper financial instruments, high-net worth clients of international private banks, global money-laundering, Non-Governmental-Organization (NGO) export agents relationships with al-Qaeda terrorist activities, and global bank paper financial instrument and commodity trading fraudsters, promoters and counterfeiters."

Then he met Neil Keenan online. Keenan liked the information Collin had and wanted to recruit him onto Team Keenan. Although Collin dealt with financial instruments and those who played with billions in dollars, he wasn't a rich man himself. He was tempted by Keenan's persuasion. But ultimately, he knew better than to trust Keenan. So he sent his Handler an e mail.

In November of 2010, DHS ICE OSI S.A. Nick Jones received an e mail from Collin advising him re: "Neil Francis Keenan." The e mail described Keenan as a "U.S. citizen (residing in Bulgaria) claiming to represent the 'DRAGON FAMILY.' The OFFICE OF INTERNATIONAL TREASURY CONTROL' (aka) OITC, however claims the legacy Series 1934 Federal Reserve Bank, Federal Reserve Bonds (FRB) - with a 'fraudulent face value denomination' totaling $136-Billion - seized on June 1, 2009 at the Chiasso, ITALY border train rail crossing into SWITZERLAND - and even carrying international news (KYODO NEWS AGENCY - Tokyo, Japan), FOX News, etc. attention - belonged to the OITC, while Neil Keenan vehemently claimed those were entrusted to him by the DRAGON FAMILY.

When Paul Collin finally heard back from DHS ICE S.A. Nick Jones, he was told what he had expected to her. Neil Keenan was in fact "a person of interest." But what surprised him was when he heard Keenan "no longer is a person of interest." In other words, Collin was told to back off. Keenan was to be left alone in his illegal dealings. So that's what he did. DHS OSI Agent Paul Collin backed off Neil Francis Keenan. Collin was also told that "Ray Chhat Dam / OITC was still in some way connected to what Neil Keenan was 'assigned-doing', and so Collin was told to also "back off" of Ray Chhat Dam and the Office of International Treasury Control. And so he did that too.

TIME TO MURDER THE INTERNATIONAL TREASURY CONTROLLER

On December 20, 2010, Dr. Dam was arrested in Cambodia. His time was up. The decision had been made at the highest levels of the chain of command of the Western Banking Cabal and the U.S. government / military. Dr. Dam must die. The OITC must die. And then Neil Pugnose Keenan and the Fat Australian Keith Francis Scott could lead the public cover for the final destruction and takeover of the Global Debt Facility by the Western Banking Cabal.

Dr. Dam would not be the first victim of the battle for supremacy regarding the global financial riches. Former M1 and President of the Philippines, Fernando Marcos was arrested, hospitalized, and murdered for trying to bring the Global Debt Facility to the people of the world. Former U.S. President Kennedy was assassinated for the same reason. Former Indonesian President Soekarno was removed from power and placed under house arrest until he died. It was the MO of the Western banksters and their military puppets. Things were no different now with the CIA and Dr. Dam.

The plan was to have Dam arrested for trumped up charges upon his return to his homeland of Cambodia. They would have him detained for a lengthy period of time, which would allow Cabal shadow assets working for Scott and Keenan to get to Dr. Dam, and silence him forever.

The arrest was made. Dr. Dam was now indefinitely incarcerated. All that remained was for the murder of a potential hero to humanity.

LIFE WAS SAVED, BUT AN ITC WAS LOST FOREVER

On January 18, 2011, someone by the name of David Righter posted a letter on Abundant Hope. In the letter, Righter introduced himself as the head of a "large legal team" who was investigating a "great deal of financial fraud in this world." Righter said, "This team is roughly 1000 in number and scattered about the world." Righter was personally based in Central Asia. That's all he'd give about the location from where he worked.

Righter then zeroed in to the matter at hand. "We are particularly tracing that fraud which has affected the Foundation Divine, and the Collateral Accounts established under such."

Righter gave a little background to the war. "Now since the inception of OITC there have always been those working the underground to remove or destroy this organization... The scoundrels of the world went right about their usual methods of stealing assets long before the creation of the OITC and on and on afterwards. Little of the world's wealth has gone to the people of the world. It has lined many pockets and some within the OITC itself, have created false situation of promise, to varying countries and organizations, ripped them off huge banking fees and then run off, pocketing those profits and these countries have seen nothing for their expenditures. We are going to publicly continue to expose those that engaged in such crimes."

Righter appeared to be just beginning. Fingers needed to be pointed at guilty culprits. "Now one, the infamous Keith Scott has collected a great deal of pocket money in these scams," Righter said. "And he is supposedly on the run, but we know where you are Keith. We are bigger and more powerful. Now that your arse is fried, you are trying to manipulate your own fraud onto others."

David Righter then referred to a letter that he had attached to his post, one that Keith Scott had written to Dr. Ray Dam after the failed assassination attempt, and he issued a warning. "You do not know how I retrieved it, but you see, my team watches, for a very long time now, every email going to and from your computers, to all the other computers within OITC and we have also gone in when you were not aware and removed all that we needed from all those hard drives. You can not fault with anybody in your demise. It is you alone who shall pay the piper."

David Righter then moved the camera into another direction, focusing on who, now that Dr. Dam had been temporarily relieved from his duties as International Treasury Controller, was now the man in the crosshairs of Neil Keenan and his Cabal Handlers. "The so called RICO lawsuits are worthless papers at this time, in this story put out. It is the story of various sets of thugs trying to get rid of the competition. And many innocent people being added to the list, like Dave Sale. You are framing everyone you can, and my agents within Interpol are fully informed. As I have posted recently, the holes are plugged there. They all know their computers and mail are traced constantly. As are yours.

"As the first portion of this exposure, I am posting this letter mentioned above, which Keith Scott was trying to get to Dr. Dam after Dr. Dam's arrest. It contains truth and lies. And the story line is not dated accurately. But you clearly see the attempt to manipulate Dr. Dam while under duress of arrest. I am requesting that Dave Sale sees this posting, that he take the letter and respond throughout in kind, and return same to me for publication. He knows his side of the truth. People are confused with all the he says / she says going on, and we are going to clarify everything, in the most public way. Since my investigation also included Dave Sale's computer and mail, I know of what is going on and I know he is being framed."

David Righter then proceeded to describe evidence associated with Scott's and Keenan's attempted destruction of Dr. Dam and the OITC, and their attempt to frame David Sale for same. "Now I have seen the original Cease and Desist Spoken of in this. I have 3 copies of ones circulating also, including one which has been corrupted intentionally to make Dr. Dam's seal look faked. It is that faked one these ones are attempting to use. I have not yet decided if we will publish the legitimate copy. But we do know that the C and D was sent properly to Dr. Dam and returned properly and that Dave Sale does not have an electronic copy of Dr. Dam's signature, so he has no ability to sign for Dr. Dam. Now either Dr. Dam signed it, or somebody signed it for him, but it was NOT Dave Sale."

David Righter concluded his warning to Keenan and Scott with a spiritual signature. "The Foundation Divine, IS DIVINE, overseen by the DIVINE and it's going to serve the people of this world as was always intended. SO BE IT. That is my seal. David Righter."

SO BE IT

While Dr. Dam lay nearly lifeless in the hospital bed, with no evidence of recovery visible, the global "Hierarchy" representing the Royal Families and Nations of the World met. They debated and finally agreed that Dr. Dam would be temporarily relieved of his duties (which would turn out to be permanent in May of 2012), and the second in command at the OITC, who was brought into the OITC because of his strong now Top Secret background in international banking and financing, was told to continue as temporary ITC, a job he did not ask for, but a duty he swore to uphold.

So the Senior Global Envoy to the International Treasury Controller was now the interim head of the most powerful institution / legal entity on the planet. And there was a lot of work to be done. Cease and Desist Orders needed issuing. Accounts tied into the Federal Reserve Bank and the other leading Western banks needed to be frozen. A global financial war needed to be fought, and David Sale was ready to perform whatever tasks remained at hand. And that included the battle to the death with Pugnose, the Fat Australian, the Bushes, the Clintons, the U.S. military generals, the U.S. government and militaries, a vast network of global mercenaries, the Western Banking system, and whoever else happened to be trying to steal assets and accounts that belonged to the Global Debt Facility.

'NAIL SALE'

In early 2011, the cabal was under the belief that the OITC was dead. At least it had appeared that way. Nobody was saying nothing to nobody about nothing. Everything was hush hush, top secret. Keenan, Scott, and their Cabal Handlers believed that if there were no sign of life, it must be dying, so let it die.

All Keenan and Scott ever knew about the OITC was told to Scott by Dr. Dam. Dr. Dam was always on the defensive regarding Scott, and although he liked the affable giant thug, he had to be careful with him. Scott had CIA operative written all over him. Dr. Dam had been warned all the way from the top about Scott's suspicious activities. So Dr. Dam never really told him much. He never revealed top secret information. Scott was kept in the dark about the inner nature and workings of the OITC. So, to him, there was no one else. He didn't even consider Sale to be worthy of consideration. As far as he and Keenan were concerned, it was time to move on.

Scott and Keenan could now concentrate on tapping into accounts and gold resources belonging to the ITC. But a funny thing turned up. The job wasn't as easy as it should have been. Obstacles seemed to spring up at every turn. Accounts were frozen. Cease and Desist Orders were flying in all directions, to the top financial institutions in the West. And they were all signed by David Sale, the new interim ITC.

PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSASSINATION OF A FORMER ITC

Keenan and Scott and their CIA Handlers thought wrong. Things had not turned out as planned. First of all, Dr. Dam survived. That was a drag. They had counted on killing him and the OITC dies with him. Well, he didn't die. He was visited by Angels. Reports given to me have said that not only was Dr. Dam visited by the Angel of Death, who had tried to kill him during his prison stay, but also by Angels of Mercy. Somebody or something of high spiritual or other worldly values and powers have visited Dr. Dam and kept him alive. This was the second time that Keenan and Scott had attempted to murder the ITC. Dam had survived both attempts. Somebody upstairs was looking out for him, and Dr. Dam was out of the hospital, out of prison, and back home recuperating from severe internal organ damage.

Ray C. Dam was lucky to be alive and he knew it. He had dodged another bullet. But he was not a well man. Recovery from his severe injuries would take years. His physical and mental capacities had been damaged severely. Dr. Dam would never be able to resume his capacity as International Treasury Controller of the OITC. He would be legally relieved of his duties for good. The Global "Hierarchy" was meeting and debating who would become the new ITC, and David Sale was handling all interim responsibilities, with guidance from other global "Hierarchy" representatives, like ITC, Legal Advisor / Consultant, David Crayford.

And so Keenan and Scott were told by their Cabal Handlers that they actually needed Dr. Dam alive after all. Dr. Dam must have information relating to the frozen accounts, right? Dr. Dam needed to be recruited, but he needed to be found first, and then communicated with. How was Scott going to get passed all the Davids to accomplish that?

LETTER FROM KEITH SCOTT TO DR. DAM

It was agreed that Scott had a lot of work ahead of him. He needed to get a note to Dr. Dam. He needed to convince Dr. Dam that, in fact, he had nothing to do with the attempted assassination, that it was really all David Sale. He needed to reestablish his relationship with Dr. Dam. And, most importantly, he needed to get the information on the frozen accounts worth more trillions of dollars than Keith Scott could ever imagine. But in this letter, Scott particularly needed Dr. Dam to say he did not sign the Cease and Desist Order against Keenan. He believed this way Scott and Keenan could get the Thai authorities to arrest David Sale before he left the country. And he had to sound sincere when doing it all. His letter to Dr. Dam read as follows:

For Most Urgent Attention of Dr. Dam

Dear Ray,

Firstly I am hoping you are OK. I know you have been badly mistreated and I worry all the time about you. I have been working for some time trying to head this problem off. I cannot do anything about the ARP-OITC situation as whatever it is, as you know, I know nothing about it. I also hope that the boys have managed to get my communications with Keenan to you.

What triggered everything was David Sale. Knowing Keenan was going after OITC, he colluded with Daniele Del Bosco who colluded with Gian Carlo Bruno, the overall plan being that they would steal the Bonds entrusted to Keenan and then blame you. In doing so we believe Sale forged papers with your signature on it and used this in giving Del Bosco the excuse he needed to run with the bonds he was holding for Keenan. Del Bosco feigned fear to Keenan but it was never fear, it was a well thought out plan between Dal Bosco, Bruno and Sale. At that time they were after only Keenan's bonds but when they saw Keenan fighting OITC and causing many problems their idea became more grandiose that being OITC as well.

It was Keenan who forwarded some of the information to the Cambodian Police that Sale sent to him relating to the business in ARP-OITC and explained to Keenan how he could nail you through this. Sale also verified and substantiated that information and has been telling the Cambodian Police and newspapers everything he can to bury you. Also Sale did everything possible to make sure Keenan received the information sent information to Dal Bosco, who recruited Bruno, and they managed to find ways to get Keenan all the information necessary to wreak havoc.

I have sent Jorge a letter from Keenan that confirms these facts to me. Sale hates you more than he hates me.

Since around October 2009, Bruno, Del Bosco and Sale have been planning to steal Keenan's bonds. From July/August OITC also became a target to bring under the World Economic Forum. This is confirmed by recent postings by David Sale on the internet where he repudiates all appointments made by yourself prior to December 21, 2010.

I have sent you Keenan's letter to me. I have been working carefully to get him to back off on the RICO charges he was filing against you. This is not a light matter as it involves people in very high places, It involves the horrific murder of Joe Bendana, it involves the theft of 140 Billion Dollars in Bonds.

Behind it all is that worthless, treacherous sack of shit, David Sale.

I have established a good relationship with Keenan, who after hearing everything realized you did not know what Sale was doing and that any knowledge you had was after the fact. I will stay on track with Keenan because if I do not, this RICO thing is going to bury you forever. Keenan has agreed to accept that you had no idea what Sale was really doing and that it was Sale, Bruno and Del Bosco that set you up. But I need to prove that you did not know. My working with Keenan has headed off even worse problems than you have now, because if you go down in the US system there is no way to get you out. If we can keep this a strictly local affair as far as you are concerned, we can eventually get you out and Keenan is a decent guy and now has some pity for you and will help me with that. He does not forgive you for allowing Sale to do what he did and then not putting matters right. But he realizes as I do that you were not involved in the scamming by Sale, because you were the real target and would only have known what Sale wanted you to know.

We can nail Sale with your confirmation that you did not sign or issue any Cease and Desist to Neil Keenan. With this we can block all his treachery and lying and bring him to account, but we need to do it before he leaves Thailand as it is the Thai authorities who can arrest and detain him.

The authorities have told Keenan that Sale is planning on taking over the OITC and moving his address to Europe thereby working with Bruno, Dal Bosco and others under the World Economic Forum's umbrella.

I have prepared a letter for you to sign, and this letter merely confirms that you did not have any idea what Sale was planning prior to the theft of the Bonds and that you did not issue any Cease and Desist letter to Keenan, and you did not sign any such letter.

I want to nail Sale for his treachery and for what he has done to you. If I have this letter, it will become the evidence that not only helps us to nail Sale, but it also gets you out of a whollot of problems you do not need now.

I have told Keenan that I will do nothing against you and I will also do whatever I need to do to help you. I need you to sign and have your attorneys witness the accompanying letter. This is the only way Sale can be stopped.

Please keep well. I am working hard to do all I can to help.

KEENAN'S TURN TO SAY GOODBYE, OR IS IT HELLO?

Needless to say, Dr. Dam did not return Scott's lack of sincerity. Scott and Keenan had just attempted to assassinate one of the world's most powerful figures, and all Scott could worry about was David Sale. For some reason Scott had wanted Dr. Dam to legally say that he was not the one who issued the Cease and Desist Order against Team Keenan. Scott wanted to see David Sale get arrested. Scott and Keenan wanted to do to Sale what they had done to Dr. Dam, only they wanted to succeed this time.

Scott didn't care if Dr. Dam were alive or dead, he needed access to the Global Collateral Accounts, and the former ITC of the OITC had all the keys...and numbers. But Scott's letter never reached Dr. Dam, and now the next round of ammo needed to be fired.

So on December 28th, 2011, the world was in essence introduced to the Benny the Fraud Fulford we've all grown accustomed to today. This was Fulford's first time on the big stage, entering the CIA controlled global disinformation campaign as it relates to the Global Debt Facility, Global finances, and those who would steal and manipulate both. Beneath Keenan's article is a picture of what appears to be Dr. Dam dying in the Cambodian hospital after the attempted assassination. What a horrific posting by Fulford, and this writer will always think of the gutless Fulford and the lack of compassion a man like that could have in posting something like this. From Keenan, it could be expected. From Fulford, it showed the true nature of who he was and is as a human. Benjamin Fulford has very little class, and it's all third. And even less scruples.

HOW THE MIGHTY HAVE FALLEN

H.E. DR. RAY C. DAM THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION INTERNATIONAL TREASURY CONTROL the once mighty appointed representative of the Banking groups that hijacked our legitimate Banking System in 1995 has not only been detained but is near death in a Cambodian Jail Hospital.

Dam, although having been detained for more than 3 months without formal charges having been filed is in dire straights. An American Citizen, Dr. Dam has not been visited by his Embassy since his detention. This all sounds very strange unless we are looking at a planned demise of a person who was supposed to be the head of the World’s financial system.

Ray C. Dam has been deserted. He has not been charged. And he most likely is not the person who should be charged in this case. Neil Keenan who is the principal in the case (to soon be filed) of the stolen 1 Trillion USD in assets, against the OITC, UN, World Economic Forum, David Sale (OITC employee) and many others states: “After much investigation it is obvious that Ray Dam is not the Fabricator of those bonds but the expert that works under his roof David Sale. David Sale fabricated documents, contracts, bonds, Bank guarantees and so much more. It is Sale you must look at here not Dam. They are torturing the wrong person”.

One must wonder why US ambassador to Cambodia Carol Rodly has not intervened in this situation involving this US Citizen but rather sits back and knowingly allows Dam to wilt away into nothingness. If anything she is implicated now in the attempt on Ray Dam’s life. Following orders to condone torture and murder is no excuse Ambassador Rodly.

On the other hand the Royal Family seems to have stepped up to assist Ray Dam. They are diligently working with Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen who wants this situation to go away but is not getting any assistance from Stateside. Even he cannot figure out what is happening with the Americans. Yet Cambodian Prince Chittara has moved quickly and to the front requesting aid from the American Embassy but it seems like he is talking to deaf ears.

People beware. This is what can happen to you when your government deserts you. The following pictures are very graphic but are photos taken by Intelligence Agents with special camera’s thus allowing us to see the very condition of Dr. Ray C. Dam at this very moment. Close your eyes Ambassador Rodly, US State Department, this is one of your very own. One you created and one you obviously wish to see destroyed.

Good Luck H.E. Dr. Ray C. Dam, you never wanted this and you are a creation of others and should they kill you then we all wish you to finally Rest In Peace. You are paying for others sins.

AN ANGEL IN CANDACE AT ABUNDANT HOPE

Candace at Abundant Hope knows the two Davids. Because of this, she's well versed in what Neil Pugnose Keenan is all about. And she despises him. She despised the letter he wrote to the debilitated Dr. Dam even worse. Keenan never fails to deliver an insult or threat in Candace's direction whenever possible either.

On March 4, 2011, David Crayford requested that Candace post a response to the Keenan piece that was posted by Benjamin Fulford on his Website on February 28th, 2011. Candace agreed, and she posted Fulford's posting of the article written by Keenan, followed by David Crayford's Whistleblower response.

Posted before Fulford's article, Candace said, "This letter claimed by Neil Keenan was openly posted on Fulford's website, rather than included with Fulford's usual updates which must be paid for. This post which Mr. Fulford carried for Neil Keenan is disgusting, and I hadn't placed it for that reason, but since David has wished to respond, I will post it with his response." She then posted Crayford's letter.

Crayford wasted no time and began analyzing the photograph Keenan and Fulford had included in the piece, that was allegedly Dr. Dam on his near death bed. Crayford said, "It is very difficult, because of the acute angle from which the photograph was taken and the lack of clarity, to determine whether this is really Dr. Dam or not."

At first, Crayford believed it was not Dr. Dam. "My own personal views are that it is not Dr. Dam, for which the reasons are that we contacted a very high positioned person in Phnom Penh yesterday the 1st March (a 3 Star General who is close to P.M. Hun Sen, and who is a member of Hun Sen's Cabinet, someone who we have known for many years). He informed us that Dr. Dam was under House Arrest following the appeal verdict on 27th January 2011. The House is secured by elite guards who are armed whereby only Dr. Dam's lawyers are allowed to visit him. Dr. Dam has no other contact with the outside world."

Later in his posting, Crayford appears to have suffered a change of heart, that it was in fact Dr. Dam in the picture after the assassination attempt. "It is now believed that this photograph was taken when Dr. Dam was transferred to the Prison Hospital whilst he was remanded in Prison prior to his House Arrest verdict on 27th January 2011. We are now also aware, as of this morning (2nd March) that Dr. Dam was taken to the hospital following sudden illness whilst in prison, which was suspected to be poisoning in the food delivered to him by an unknown source whilst he was in the prison. The Hospital, unfortunately being in a Third World Country, were unable to determine whether it was poisoning or not but there were unidentified (at that time) substances found within the blood following analysis which were not usual and could have attributed to his illness. (The Hospital is very careful in their wording / description on this point).

"The above was part of Dr Dam's successful appeal to the court for release from prison because the inquiries were taking far too long and left Dr. Dam highly vulnerable whilst in prison," Crayford said. Then he turned to Keenan and Scott's previous attempt at the former ITC's life. "I will point out here that Dr. Dam suffered a similar situation back in Mar / Apr 2006 during a business visit to Singapore following which he ended up in hospital for a three week period to rid his body and systems of Toxins via Hepatic poison then administered in his food. Fortunately he survived."

The old spy and intelligence experience comes out of Crayford regarding his next concern. "One of the first issues here in respect of Keenan's writings," Crayford said, "is the fact that Keenan can not even get the name right. He states on the very first line quote 'Organisation International Treasury Control' when it should be 'The Office of International Treasury Control. This might sound like a little nit-picking by me, but it also may hold some relevance in the form that is there a second parallel operation set up, or being set up, by this criminal group?" Which is exactly how the CIA works. Crayford understands all too well that the next thing you'd see is Keenan and Scott holding themselves out to the world as the Chairman and ITC of the 'Organisation International Treasury Control,' which is not a legitimate organization, not the one Sale works for.

Crayford then referred to other comments made by Keenan. "The following pictures are very graphic but are photos taken by Intelligence Agents with special cameras thus allowing us to see the very condition of Dr. Ray C. Dam at this very moment," he said. "I have to ask the question in relation to Keenan's comments, what the hell were intelligence agents doing visiting Dr. Dam in a Prison Hospital and whose Intelligence Agents were they? It certainly wasn't the Cambodian Intelligence Agency, that is one fact we have had confirmed to us, where by what was stated without actually saying the words clearly imply visitors were CIA. Now why should CIA visit Dr. Dam when the American Embassy in Phnom Penh has shown no interest at all, quote Keenan's own comments. The next question is 'What are these special cameras', are these Intell agents taking photos as proof of their activities to neutralize Dr. Dam and therefor gloating over their success."

Crayford next zeroed in on the callousness and depravity of Keenan's letter. "Now let's look at some of the other comments of Keenan, quote 'Good Luck H.E. Dr. Ray C. Dam, you never wanted this and you are a creation of others and should they kill you then we all wish you to finally Rest in Peace. You are paying for others sins.' Look specifically at the phrase 'should they kill you then we all wish you to finally Rest in Peace'. He is implying here that it is the actual Americans who are trying to kill Dr. Dam. In his next little phrase his is implying that the Americans (CIA) will succeed and that Dr. Dam should Rest in Peace."

According to Crayford, it appears that the CIA is up to old tricks again by covertly attempting to get rid of the opposition (Dr. Dam) so that they have control of the world's wealth, currently controlled by the OITC. Crayford knew all too well that the CIA had maintained control of the Global Debt Facility for many years by manipulating Dr. Dam and installing unbearable obstacles to the OITC operation, "including infiltrators that got very close to Dr. Dam." One of those was Keith Scott," Crayford said, "whereby when he left in March 2008, the OITC flourished and came into its own."

Unfortunately, Dr. Dam was foolish enough to allow Scott to return, at which point in time all the obstacles started to appear again. Crayford said, "It came to an end in November and December 2010, and the CIA really didn't like it."

In his letter, David Crayford reminded Readers that, beyond a reasonable doubt, "Keenan is CIA. He's a major part of the gang of crooks, all linked to higher Government, Military, and CIA people in America," Crayford said. "It was Keenan as well as Keith Scott, who were part of the Yamaguchi syndicate attempting to smuggle Financial Instruments that did not belong to them, over the Italian / Swiss border. Yamaguchi and Watanabe got caught and face trial for their crimes, even in their absence.

"Keenan openly passed the Certificates and Bonds that he held on to an unsuspecting Italian person who then sought advice from people he knew who then first contacted us on February 2nd, 2010, whereby the Certificates and Bonds that were passed to him by Keenan were confiscated.

"It was also Keenan who also having been caught holding bonds and certificates that had been stolen from the Collateral Accounts, started to blame everyone possible for his own stupidity and unlawful actions.
