Contract for California Sheriffs on Declaration of 1861 Civil War Over
Reports are coming out that as of September 1, 2016, or even September 6 after the banking holiday, there will be ALL DEBTS CLEARED on We The People, but those are so called rumors and still take time to be fully implemented and applied, but for what the California Sheriffs have received from Daniel Mahnke this week is for the Sheriffs to get moving now to have this done by the Sheriffs' Authority and not wait on rumors or arrests on themselves as I am willing to work with them for We The People.
This Contract, to just comply with the Law, for the California Sheriffs is for them to join together for all the 58 County Sheriffs to get the whole state working for We The People, and then all 50 states, which there may be 38 million total People in California, thus to clean house for all that needs to be done and get the Republic put in place as it should, back to at least 1861, as their De Facto Oath, if they have one, is invalid.
Only 28 of the 58 California Sheriffs have acceptable email addresses to accept files this size and thus these must be passed on by mail once they are printed out, and this file, C CA US Marshal 060716 included here, is what the California Sheriffs received on Tuesday 8/23/16 is that an important Certified mail was not delivered on a normal business day to the US Marshal's office to serve 19 Million People as the delivery said "Business Closed" so an email is the next best thing for ASAP, so all of you can see it today!
If there are enough of these Contracts going out from you We The People for them to receive, even from another state as you may travel to California, then they will see the difference in how they are to respond and not make the arrests on the American National that you are from 1861 to make a profit for the BAR Association, which now the A.B.A. and I.B.A. LIEN is to be complied with as of January 14, 2016.

This is for We The People to follow up to present their own Contract to their Sheriff once this "Contract is valid with these five signatures," including a US Marshal, to comply with present Laws and Resolutions and get their own funding back to where the “Discharge of Debts” are to be confirmed, as the waiting for the RV/GCR, N.E.S.A.R.A., and Prosperity Programs seem to be out the window for now, so with this Approved of 'Contract for All 58 County Sheriffs of California' and the four included Contracts for these Sheriffs are Approved there will be no more We The People at least in those Counties that are homeless or threatened by De Facto Corporation Government entities as they are NOT Constitutional in their De Facto actions.
Maybe one Sheriff to sign from each of the three other California U.S. Marshals Service Districts along with Sacramento County Sheriff Scott Jones, state capital, in his District as his name is on this Contract, yet CA Sheriff Contract 082616 included is open for their name on their County.
They cannot ignore a Contract to comply with their own laws for which they do daily on you being a corporation as a US citizen from 1868, thus a potential Citizen's Arrest Warrant on them for NON-Compliance is just paper for now that they cannot ignore or else they declare you to be a Slave from 1865.
They say; "We are not obligated to sign or honor this Contract for you 'persons' as we do NOT have to comply with the Laws set down for us."
You We The People have made it official by issuing your own Contract that the "Declaration of 1861 Civil War Over with 2016 Peace Treaty" is confirmed if Approved in your own County, or an Official Citizen's Arrest Warrant on Sheriff Scott Jones of Sacramento County, state capital, as his name is on this Contract to take actions to get it implemented for All 58 County Sheriffs of California with this Contract, and other officials if rejected, or an Official Citizen's Arrest Warrant on the Sheriff with that Contract, and those officials if rejected.
This is Daniel Mahnke on how he is presenting his Contract on numerous items that the De Facto Corporation Governments implement on you as a US citizen, Corporation, Slave, and Dead Person which you are a True Living Being per the 1789 USA Constitution, therefore once you even present my San Bernardino County Contract to your Sheriff and County officials then they are obligated to take actions on Sheriff John McMahon of San Bernardino County, California and his state officials for NON-Compliance, and his just became a Citizen's Arrest Warrant on August 25, 2016 and other Sheriffs are to take action for me or they now are in NON-Compliance of their Oath per the Citizen's Arrest, and he has another from me back in December.
