Looks like a move to protect the dollar from the pie chart.

China in, Euro, Pound, Yen down

I sincerely hope there is a "new" Dollar as leaving the FED Dollar alone suggests this is a support mechanism for those who run the FED

I sincerely also hope that this move benefits all instead of those who have been thieving with impunity previously
