Greetings all,
In the states, one would have to be first indited then charges brought against them to qualify for presidential pardon...other wise would this not be putting the cart before the horse.

Great point! I keep thinking that at least one of these charges has got to stick! Crazy times here!

Not that I'm any kind of legal expert, but I believe that to be pardoned from anything there would have to at least be an admission of guilt, or a conviction of a crime. Under our current injustice system, there is this thing called 'the presumption of innocence' (Innocent until proven guilty by a jury of your peers). So unless there are one of the two conditions stated above, there is nothing to pardon.
   Me thinks I smell some BS...    :headscratching

Marty I think we may be seeing some convictions.

As loathsome as Trump is and as much as I dislike him... I am actually beginning to have a minuscule sliver of hope that the vile sub human will get what is coming to her and their entire operation will be brought down.

You could knock me over with a feather right now I am so stunned.
