What was this bright mysterious double flash that lit up the sky over Surgut on Monday, November 21,2016, at about 10 pm?
An active discussion about this unusual phenomenon has started online, as the double flash was observed all across the city.




The two bright flashes occurred when the car was waiting at a crossroad. No neaby powerlines.
So what could it be?
A collision of warm and cold air streams creating a lightning? Short-cut? No lightnings have been reported by the weather division of the city.
And what about a double fireball explosion? The flashes have been reported from across the city.
What do you think that unexplained light was?
