8-29-2012 Intel Guru Footforward Yes, we were very close on Sunday. I have a source that is involved in the distribution of coins and lower denoms and they were set up for the exchange of coins and dinar for U. S. dollars on a one to one exchange. This does not mean this will be the rate, the rate will be phenomenal. There is a difference in what they are exchanging at and what the rate will be. My take on the reason for the RV being held up is it is a security concern or the people trying to push it through pulled it back for some reason. The coins are not out yet. It doesn’t make any sense to have the coins out before an RV. They are ready and have them in the banks, ready for when it RV’s. Iraq has been given a blank check to spend on their infrastructure, this is confirmed. If there wasn’t an RV in the near future, the people lending the money would not be doing a deal like this. This is very good news and confirmed several times over. I do believe we are close.
