Ultra-Sonic Frequencies Pierce the Veils of Amnesia Huge, Victims to Ascension, Physical Body Upgrades & Re-Gridding, Reverberation and Human Aspects Get Shocked Awake ~ Lisa Transcendence Brown ☼

We’ve gone Ultra-Sonic the last hour (I wasn’t paying attention until now). These “do” lots.
The constant re-gridding/re-calibration processes of our physical body is knocking many for a loop. I am observing many “victims to ascension” mentalities, which creates resistance and suffering on-top of the already immense upgrades that are occurring. You can intentionally be a victim without being a victim. Clear signs are moaning & groaning, complaining, whining…. these are mindsets leaving the body and the sound is called “tuning”. (It’s just one of a gazillion ways we tune). We can consciously moan and groan, without actually believing we are a victim. BE aware, be present and listen to yourself/your own mindsets. Not one of us are victims here. Everyone of us, as souls, chose this. Being a victim just creates misery for the one going through it (and everyone around them subjected to this too).
Here we do not cater to victim mentalities. That was the old way of doing things. Here we hold everyone accountable and require that each be conscious of their own selves. We push each other beyond the victim and back into our higher self empowered aspects again.
Ultra Sonic: These are powerful and strong. These “hurt” as they run through the body, tuning all faster than the human body is ready for. Nausea, gas, expanding bodies, brain, eyes, ears, head, spine, bones (plasma and crystals for bones/muscles/teeth/pineal) are the most intense.
Ultra sonic creates the “reverberation effect”. Everything transmitted out comes back faster, stronger and more powerful. Human aspects are awakened through “shock waves/shock value”. These are PIERCING, literally, the sound is piercing, which pierce the veils of illusion powerfully and huge.
These are targeting the gut area, the ribcage structures, where deep manipulation, compromise, anger, disgust, disdain and more were collectively held. These target the STRUCTURES of realities as more collapses physically/energetically so that NEW TIMELINES can arrive/materialize/take their place.
Breathing, heart palps, hyper excited super charging cells….lots going on with these. Honor and love your body. Assist it and move it if you feel it getting intense. Change rooms, get in your light pod (bed/meditation place to increase it), get out in nature to decrease it. Take it as long as you can. The longer to honor the process, the more extreme it might get physically, yet the faster integration can occur. If it’s too much, speak to your body, with love, kindness and respect. It can hear you. It’s more conscious than we are, which is why we have to learn/remember how all is here. WE have to learn to work with our evolving and genetically re-coding bodies. They will support us, get us through and go offline every huge upgrade, to come back online stronger, more powerful and able to handle, accomplish, achieve what we all came here to be and do. ♥
Higher and higher we go. Temps may change (heat/cold inside), crystals activating/forming, lots of “shaking”…. Inner Earth and StarGates are aligning. This rocks physical realities huge. This opens portals. This aligns all faster. WE are at “take off” as this ship fires up. Here we goooooooooooooooooo loves. ♥
