1. Yosef: I speak with military, agency, banking and white hat contacts almost daily. I have a solid source on the decision making committee that speaks to the Elders, but not Grandfather per se. Anyone that tells you they speak to Grandfather doesn't speak to Grandfather. They hide his existence and whereabouts well.

2. Have you personally seen the grey screens for ZIM sovereign values? A: I have. Blue screens too for government transactions. I've seen both authentic bank documentation and tear sheets for the global collateral accounts in every major central bank.

3. We're told the initial 800#s will be turned off within six days of their issue, and then to redeem currency you'll have to call the traditional 800# numbers for branch banks (unless you have ZIM as some of those off site locations will be kept upon). Again, they want to reward people for paying attention all these years, but not drag out an event they worked very hard to conceal for the masses.

4. The Zim screen rate we are told is 1:1 or 1 ZIM per 1 USD. That's a par value. No matter what sized note they hold, the face value will be honored at a 1:1 ration.

5. There's no taxes as it's both a sovereign event governed by international treaty and a currency exchange.

6. Ten steps of the exchange:

a. See the 800# off a trusted Internet site like Dinar Chronicles http://inteldinarchronicles.blogspot.com/

b. Call and state the currencies you hold, and where you live by zip code or postal code.

c. (The first 800# will direct you to a second 800# that is specific to your name and exchange center). Make your appointment.

d. Drive to said appointment with anyone you desire to be there (less than two people).

e. Hand in your currency, identification, receipts, gift letters, trusts, LLC's, 501c3's and anything else they request.

f. Negotiate an sovereign exchange rate, structured payout and NDA (if so desired); otherwise take the screen rate or something less.

g. Have all cashiers checks cut (5 or less) and any wires sent (5 or less).

h. Leave the exchange facility.

i. Drive home safely.

j. Follow the terms of the NDA agreement (if one was signed).

7. Q: How soon will the tax laws be changed governing gifting? A: Tax laws internationally have already changed they just haven't told the world yet. As for the USA, that's coming in the second quarter if I'm hearing Paul Ryan and the Congress correctly as it relates to tax reforms. It will be simpler and better in terms of percentage.

8. Most NDA's are like 2.5 pages, some 8 pages. I've even seen one that was 22 pages long. It will depend on what kind of asset you hold, which currency to redeem and what rate you negotiate. As for structured payouts, they will vary depending also on what you negotiate. Some are just for 18 months while others can be for 100 years. It is totally between you and your exchange banker.

9. Interest rates will vary (2%-8%) as will when those structured earnings are paid out (quarterly, semi-annually and annually).

10. Screen rates are normal everyday values for currency if you were to walk into any bank and the world and attempt to buy or sell currency. Privately Negotiated Rates are basically sovereign rates, that are higher than cash and coin screen rates, as they exist on a higher tier in the banking system. We understand those to be much higher for all currencies, not just the ZIM.

11. In terms of the ZIM specifically, we understand the audited value of the continent of Africa, including Zimbabwe whose currency will be used as the regional reserve currency for the entire African content and eventually placed in the IMF's Basket of Currencies determining the global reserve currency value… is $125,000.00 USD per $1.00 ZIM. So the $50,000 USD top end price, awards both the redeemer with an incredibly high sovereign rate, while still leaving some arbitrage for the bank in-taking the currency.

12. Structured payouts and NDAs will accompany all sovereign rate transactions.

13. Screen rates can be received without an NDA (but all ZIM exchanges will have some form of NDAs given their sheer volume--it's just how detailed the NDA will be).

14. You can avoid NDA's even on ZIM exchanges if you are willing to take far less than the screen rate, and settle more on a final lump sum number--as we believe more than 75% will do because they just don't need or want as much money as even one ZIM note qualifies them for.

15. How high of a rate is determined by how you can handle it mentally, emotionally, psychologically, structurally in terms of your humanitarian experience and project plans. Good bankers listen to their clients and feel out what their true needs are versus what they think their true needs are. You might be surprised they take you higher than the screen rate if that's all you ask for or feel you need.

16. I believe we are complete in terms of geopolitical, military, financial and political regime change. Now it's just a matter of release. Easy like Sunday morning… wow, profound song title perhaps:)

17. Chances are the banker won't hassle with you on your rate. The exchangers are there to get you whatever you need, they just don't want to over or under burden you depending on your state of mind and aspiration. So just be honest with them about the sovereign rates, let them know you know about them, but I wouldn't go into specific values right away. Just throw it out there, see what they say. See where they are at intellectually on how the world really works.

18. Remember, if there were no sovereign rates the screen rate on the ZIM is enough to give someone a heart attack if they were unaware of the GCR/RV so put some perspective on the negotiation

19. No zeros will be taken off on any currency in terms of conversion. Where the zeros come off is at the FOREX level, for instance where the Dinar is at 1,170. I see the reality of the IQD being valued at $11.70 after the revaluation, and thus two zeros have been reduced. But the actual face note of what your holding would then be redeemed at $11.70 USD.

20. I know exchanges are happening before the month of January will end. The question is when will the 800#s come out.

21. Some of the group paymasters have been hydrated and will start paying out on Monday at 12:01pm EST.

22. Tiers 1,2,3 and T4 paymasters are already hydrated, so no it won't be a shotgun start. Liquidity will be a shotgunned approach world wide, whereby all currencies can move (or be in taken for redemption) at the same time or in a shot gun fashion, yes.

23. In terms of negotiating, it's pretty simple - there's a screen rate and there's a negotiated sovereign rate.

24. If you take less than the screen rate, you won't need to sign an NDA, if you take more than the screen rate, the NDA's will be more severe but the numbers will go very high, especially for those prepared with humanitarian projects that create jobs (and they go super high if you're looking to do such things in third world countries).

1. My info today places us in a window that starts this weekend.

2. There is a strong start possibility of RV start Tues. Jan. 31 2017.

3. I talked to several sources since early yesterday that believe the process is in the works with the Zim projects and they should start early in the week.

4. I verified HB payouts or conversions beginning early next week.

5. After my discussions I believe that once those are nearing completion, (near week's end next week), authorization and the funding of the GCR will begin.

6. The GCR will begin with the RV of the Dinar.

7. It was to be followed immediately by the Dong and other currencies shortly thereafter.

8. IMO the RV/GCR should happen almost simultaneously.

9. The RV/GCR should move to the end of the week and into the following week

10. No double dipping will be allowed.

C. Jan. 28 2017 2:14 am Intel Situation Report: "Hero" - GCR/RV Intel SITREP - 02:00 EST - Saturday - January 28, 2017

1. The Chinese New Year began in Asia on Sat., Jan. 28 (noon EST Friday, Jan. 27).

2. Standby, activation and exchange memos were sent out worldwide to banks in the last 48 hours.

3. All 50 state treasuries did a "final ping" back when pinged first by the Republic Treasury fully loaded with asset backed TRN/USN.

4. Each state had to acknowledge both the restored Republic's gold backed currency and Constitutional form of government like the original document demands.

5. This "final ping" decision was very historic act that few in each state will ever see or know about. Crazy!

6. 209 sovereign nations are ready tonight (Fri. Jan. 27) at any time, any hour, to receive RV authorization this weekend. Just think about that for like 17 seconds!

7. No short cuts or going back now. The rocket ship doors have closed. Whomever is in the command module, is in. And whomever is not, is not. Sobeit.

8. General Dunford relinquished control of the Republic military to General "Mad Dog" Mattis on Sat. noon EST Jan. 21 2017.

14. HSBC Hong Kong is the global GCR/RV paymaster at the retail banking level, with AIIB handling initial authorization, money supply oversight and ongoing compliance monitoring duties.

15. The old Breton Woods Western financial system is completely dead, gone, and kaput when the final codes are entered in China. So very few in the public sector will even notice its death.

16. SKR fulfillment came and went all week on the Tier 3 level; paymasters are now all caught up and literally ready to disburse out to their groups / clients at a moments notice, as all with SKRs have long been suffering with stagnant and valuable accounts. Some for over a decade.

17. We're hearing all global accounts on all tiers 0 thru 7 are to be liquid by 12:01pm Mon. afternoon. We shall see.

18. We're also hearing private exchanges are considered Tier 3 transactions, with public redemptions being placed in the Tier 4 category. But because they "backed up" the private exchanges to the public exchangers, all currency exchangers will appear to convert simultaneously.

19. Hearing that the New Powers That Be are anticipating a top end number of 5 million private exchanges over the first 72 hour period, with 75% being IQD redeemers and/or senior citizens 65 and older.

20. Republic deep cover agents are now in place and ready to implement the final release protocols required by the Chinese. This group includes private package couriers.

21. ZIM was SKR'd in the USA and HK today with a 12.01pm Mon. liquidity time stamp. This demonstrates private exchanges have indeed begun on American soil--as well as face value ZIM exchanges.

22. Trump & Pence are on DEFCON 1 level lock down status tonight hiding somewhere safe in the D.C. area.

23. General Mattis was sworn in as a cabinet secretary today over the Department of Defense, but we understand he's actually replacing General Dunford as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs.

24. General Dunford will still be inserted as VP when Trump steps down due to scandal in mid-March.

Ok, now....would it be possible for one of you 3 geniuses (I mean that with deep awe and respect!) possibly do a video (or whiteboard so you don't have to be seen) class called "Financial Systems for Dummies" in which you proceed to give an overview of the difference between the UST and the Fed Reserve and just what their actual jobs are supposed to be as apposed to what they are really doing, why everyone says the Fed should be dissolved and why it's now tasked with making our payment system faster, etc?

I'm a very visual learner and I'm just not picturing all this correctly in my mind and I hate to be stupid about important things like why is it other countries have Central Banks but we don't and is the Fed or the UST supposed to be our "Central Bank"? I know there is a Clearing House in NY that all funds move through going in and out of the country and that the Fed sets the interest rates but that's about it.

There my ignorance is out there for all to see.

ComingSoon: The Federal Reserve is the US Central Bank, and most of the central banks internationally are linked (as being Rothschild-owned or controlled Central Banks) to it. h. Leave the exchange facility.

i. Drive home safely.

j. Follow the terms of the NDA agreement (if one was signed).

12. Can we take an attorney and or security/body guard to our exchange appointment? A: Yes you can, just make sure you properly prep the professional (accountant,tax specialist, estate planner, wealth manager, mom, cousin, brother, neighbor, etc.). This is your exchange experience, not theirs so don't let anyone muddy the waters. If you're not prepared by now, don't expect them to be either.

13. What are the most important things for me to convey when I go to my currency meeting? A: Speak from the heart. Share what you love. Don't get too deep into your story - only that you have plans to do great works and specific passion in mind. Brevity wins the day, not volumes of tear-filled sentences about how you're going to save the world.

14. If you only have a few notes of IQD or VND, you can go in anytime.

15. Take everything into the exchange with you, and present to them only what is asked for. Don't offer anything that is not asked for.

16. What currencies are in the first basket? (Is there a second basket?) A: Vietnamese Dong, Zimbabwe Dollar, Afghanistan Afghani, Iran Rial, Iraq Dinar, Indonesian Rupiah. There is no second basket now, that's my understanding.

17. Everything will go at once and soon.

18. All ZIM accounts and sovereign accounts will be placed into a skeleton trust, as I believe nearly all private exchanges will be. This is to keep your redemption a tax free event per international treaty, and keep such large volumes of money off the public record for the banks. All skeleton trusts will be revocable and thus temporary (i.e. skeleton or bare bones).

19. Will there be any exchange fees charged? A: Yes, but those will be built into your rate and be very small.

E. Exchange Rates:

20. Have you personally seen the grey screens for ZIM sovereign values? A: I have. Blue screens too for government transactions. I've seen both authentic bank documentation and tear sheets for the global collateral accounts in every major central bank.

21. Chances are the banker won't hassle with you on your rate. The exchangers are there to get you whatever you need, they just don't want to over or under burden you depending on your state of mind and aspiration. So just be honest with them about the sovereign rates, let them know you know about them, but I wouldn't go into specific values right away. Just throw it out there, see what they say. See where they are at intellectually on how the world really works.

22. In terms of negotiating, it's pretty simple - there's a screen rate and there's a negotiated sovereign rate.

23. If you take less than the screen rate, you won't need to sign an NDA.

24. If you take more than the screen rate, the NDA's will be more severe but the numbers will go very high, especially for those prepared with humanitarian projects that create jobs (and they go super high if you're looking to do such things in third world countries).

25. Will our exchange rate be based on the present value of a dollar or the new (devalued) rate? A: The dollar has already been devalued globally, as have all Western currencies. You just didn't notice.

26. Very soon all currencies are going to be valued against the spot price of gold in Shanghai, China.

27. Will exchange rates be mostly judged by humanitarian projects and the qualifications of the person with the currency? A: Yes and no. They'll evaluate the client on a grading system, and whether you have direct humanitarian projects or not, they'll try and place each client with an appropriate amount for their capacity level. They don't want to over burden people who are not ready for massive sums of money.

28. Regarding currency exchange, there's no sovereign option or lower rate, just a straight across exchange, right? Meaning, $1 USN = $1 ZIM? A:

a. There are Sovereign Rates which are the highest but in need of humanitarian and job creating projects to justify.

b. There's a contract rate that many group leaders negotiated.

c. There's a market rate, that is like a privately negotiated rate less any humanitarian or job creating project.

d. There's the international rate which is the screen rate.

e. You can go even lower than the screen rate if you desire, and some will, especially with the ZIM.

29. I believe the sovereign rates will only be available for those paying close attention, and thus only available for those making an appointment in the first 48 hours after the 800 numbers are released to the Internet public.

30. Does the 80/20 rule still apply, meaning should 80% go to my humanitarian projects and 20% goes to me personally? A: ZIM holders should think about 99% / 1%. The money is that big. I'm doing 99.999% to 00.001%, but that's me. It's your call. If you have other currencies not named ZIM, 80/20 could be a fine percentage and morally accurate.

31. Screen rates are normal everyday values for currency if you were to walk into any bank and the world and attempt to buy or sell currency.

32. Privately Negotiated Rates are basically sovereign rates, that are higher than cash and coin screen rates, as they exist on a higher tier in the banking system. We understand those to be much higher for all currencies, not just the ZIM.

33. How high of a rate is determined by how you can handle it mentally, emotionally, psychologically, structurally in terms of your humanitarian experience and project plans. Good bankers listen to their clients and feel out what their true needs are versus what they think their true needs are. You might be surprised they take you higher than the screen rate if that's all you ask for or feel you need.

34. If there were no sovereign rates the screen rate on the ZIM is enough to give someone a heart attack if they were unaware of the GCR/RV - so put some perspective on the negotiation

35. No zeros will be taken off on any currency in terms of conversion.

36. Where the zeros come off is at the FOREX level. For instance, where the Dinar is at 1,170. I see the reality of the IQD being valued at $11.70 after the revaluation, and thus two zeros have been reduced. But the actual face note of what your holding would then be redeemed at $11.70 USD.

F. Interest Rates:

37. Take the longer structured payout and Will-over the remaining years to your family or to institutions. (Advantage of doing so?: Banker may give you higher interest rates on the money you leave at the bank.)

38. Interest rates will vary (2%-8%.

39. Are the exchange officers authorized to grant an 6-8% interest on the ZIM via structured payout? A: As we understand it from Wells Fargo exchange center personal that did the training, yes, they will have that authority on site.

G. Taxes:

40. There's no taxes as it's both a sovereign event governed by international treaty and a currency exchange.

41. Are there going to be state taxes accessed on our exchange? A: No state or federal taxes. But any income you receive from interest earned will be taxed - say on structured payouts.

42. How soon will the tax laws be changed governing gifting? A: Tax laws internationally have already changed they just haven't told the world yet. As for the USA, that's coming in the second quarter if I'm hearing Paul Ryan and the Congress correctly as it relates to tax reforms. It will be simpler and better in terms of percentage.

H. Non Disclosure Agreements and Structured Payouts:

43. Structured payouts and NDAs will accompany all sovereign rate transactions.

44. Structured earnings are paid out quarterly, semi-annually and annually.

45. Most NDA's are like 2.5 pages, some 8 pages. I've even seen one that was 22 pages long. It will depend on what kind of asset you hold, which currency to redeem and what rate you negotiate.

46. As for structured payouts, they will vary depending also on what you negotiate. Some are just for 18 months while others can be for 100 years. It is totally between you and your exchange banker.

47. Screen rates can be received without an NDA.

48. All ZIM exchanges will have some form of NDAs given their sheer volume - it's just how detailed the NDA will be.

49. You can avoid NDA's even on ZIM exchanges if you are willing to take far less than the screen rate, and settle more on a final lump sum number. We believe more than 75% will do so because they just don't need or want as much money as even one ZIM note qualifies them for.

I. Zim:

50. Will the ZIM be redeemed outside of the redemption centers in local Basel III compliant banks to the general public and late comers from the Internet Group who were not paying attention enough to go to a Redemption Center during the first 6 to 9 days after the 800 number is released? A: Yes, but not at sovereign rates or higher contract rates. Those exchanges will be at screen rates and slightly higher.

51.Do you think they can just go to a teller at a bank a couple weeks later with ZIM with just a note or two for the screen rates, or won't ZIM be redeemed in banks at all? A: If you bring in ZIM, they will direct you to another redemption facility, or bank potentially. But for the VND, IQD, AFA, IRR and IDR… yes. They'll be happy to help you.

52. I believe they will have ZIM exchange centers open for some time after the initial wave of first redeemers.

In terms of the ZIM specifically, we understand the audited value of the continent of Africa, including Zimbabwe whose currency will be used as the regional reserve currency for the entire African content and eventually placed in the IMF's Basket of Currencies -determining the global reserve currency value at $125,000.00 USD per $1.00 ZIM.

54. The $50,000 USD top end price of the Zim awards both the redeemer with an incredibly high sovereign rate, while still leaving some arbitrage for the bank in-taking the currency.

55. The Zim screen rate we are told is 1:1 or 1 ZIM per 1 USD. That's a par value.

56. No matter what sized note they hold, the face value will be honored at a 1:1 ration, which means a 100 Trillion note would be worth 100 Trillion dollars.

57. On the Zim expect a minimum of 1:1 exchange with upwards negotiating mobility beyond anything you can imagine.

58. All Zim notes will be accepted as long as they are authentic ZIM currency.

59. No zeros taken off the face value or rate of the ZIM.

J. When do we get the 800#s?

60. I believe we are complete in terms of geopolitical, military, financial and political regime change. Now it's just a matter of release.

61. I know exchanges are happening before the month of January will end. The question is when will the 800#s come out.

62. Is this TRULY happening this weekend Yosef? A: So the evidence would suggest.

We're told the initial 800#s will be turned off within six days of their issue, and then to redeem currency you'll have to call the traditional 800# numbers for branch banks (unless you have ZIM as some of those off site locations will be kept upon). Again, they want to reward people for paying attention all these years, but not drag out an event they worked very hard to conceal for the masses.

64. Do you truly believe the back wall day is February 1st? A: I believe the front door is Monday at 12:01pm EST.

K. Safety Precautions:

Redemptions we know have started, privately sure, but in the United States and including ZIM at sovereign rates (but no major or large hydration yet, just temporary SKRs for later in the week TBD).

Sub group paymasters were hydrated, which is something on the T3 level, but they all have T4 level clientele waiting on performance like the rest of us. And while technically they're already on the other side of the RV, are they really?

Nobody's technically been "paid, paid" yet here in the United States at the T4 level as of this post--even though some have redeemed at sovereign rates.

Hey, did you notice the Dow fell below 20,000 points today with a 100 point futures drop right before the opening bell?

Did you also notice that the same thing happened last Tuesday night to artificially jump the Dow over 20,000 at the opening bell on Wednesday?

Why does this matter? It was an RV dress rehearsal.

The NPTB decided, perhaps long ago decided, to run a full RV dress rehearsal before actual release the RV, including all military, security and banking personal operating in real time situations. That is what occurred this past week starting on Monday morning--Trump's first day as Republic President.

And with a new Chairman of the Joint Chiefs or Secretary of Defense (General Mattis), and a new Homeland Security Secretary (General Kelly) starting also two Saturday's ago, the Republic used the buffer week as time for a full dress rehearsal reviewing final military and banking operations inside the USA.

We hope they determined all systems were a go after they activated full RV roll out protocol, including activating the US markets with that artificial 20,000 starting line on Wednesday morning.

In preparation for the actual RV roll out later this week, they had Trump go ahead and sign a 7 nation travel ban, as not to allow in country foreign bad actors from known ISIS nations, as well as hidden stockpiles of IQD waiting to come into this country by boat for redemption--which could then be redeemed at nearly four times the overseas rate in say those 7 Middle Eastern countries.

No wonder the main stream media is in such an uproar. The cabal didn't like their desperation plan being shut out at the last second by General Dunford (in charge of the North American RV for the Chinese Elders).

So Trump's sudden executive order travel ban, the one he didn't even bother telling top Republican House leadership about until after it was already announced, mattered greatly to our RV hopes because it kept all the would be bad actors, and their IQD, outside this country, as well as locking out internal rogue investors like drug kingpins dealers and the George Soros of the world, from converting amazing amounts of IQD they did not want to discovered (held and protected for decades by cabal families and their generals).

I know of this desperation plan first hand. As I've seen massive currency deals for IQD in the multiple quints, from Saddam's own personal vaults, that were accumulated throughout his rule just for such a doomsday as the people's RV

And the last thing these cabal families want is personal detection. Yet they really do want their IQD exchanged because they paid for it or stole it over decades.

So that's the big RV conundrum playing out tonight. What to do with all that vaulted and very real cabal IQD as time runs out on the Zionists?

Don't think the RV is a national security matter? Don't think the IQD revaluation (or any currency for that matter) doesn't affect this nation's overall national security? Don't think other evil forces don't want to do us harm on our soil? Think again people. You're at war and don't know it.

And the only reason you haven't exchanged yet is safety. Period. It's not a mechanical banking issue at this stage. It's purely a protection matter as it relates to the Republic's national security, including your personal security.

Remember, the last time the world tried to replace the financial system was September 11, 2001. And here we are approaching 16 years later… so… there's that. Be on guard folks. There are still hidden wolves in the hen house masquerading as noble statesmen.

Look, in this new technological age we're all connected at the hip by the new financial system out of the East, and most all of the Western world is not pleased about that fact. Namely Anglo-Saxon Christian nations, as they were the one's who controlled the old financial system for centuries--and would rather die, be jailed or be martyred before they have to relinquish that degree of power.

Some took the amnesty deals offered by the NPTB, others choose the short harikiri sword and died by their own hand, or worse some took the long sword and died by the NPTB's hand--also by choice mind you.

Anyone left now either wants to participate in good faith within the rules of the new system--thus waiting like the rest of us--or they are plotting and scheming as OPTB actors who only live to lie, cheat and steal from humanity.

Right now, they desire more time to create or recreate a plan to convert their old assets onto this new system without detection.

Problem is, that just ain't gonna happen due to the technology superiority and blatant transparency built into the new financial system.

Yet these thrives and killers don't care because they have nothing to loose. Which is precisely why the RV is moving so slowly into your experience.

The OPTB still aspire to steal, rape and destroy humanity because that's all they know. Sure they are dead wrong, and soon to be dead period (which is also happening btw via black op death squads that are removing all last obstacles); but they are very clever at causing process delays such as what we are witnessing in the Senate with Trump's cabinet confirmation approvals.

The most important cabinet approval in terms of the RV is future Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin. Why? He has agreed to sign off on the restored Republic Treasury's new currency (TRN/USN). Current Treasury, Orthodox Jew Jack Lew will not and legally cannot, as the Chinese and White Knights have long had massive problems with him during this transition out of the USA, Inc..

Normally incoming presidential cabinet picks breeze through the Senate approval process, even all of Bush's and Obama's cabinet picks breezed through the 2000 and 2008 processes respectively.

But not Trump's.

Reason being is structural. If Trump's Treasury Secretary gets approved and then sworn in, that also means the Republic Treasury can function legally and release the TRN/USN, which by international treaty they now legally print on behalf of the Republic.

Thus, the nation's new gold backed currency -- our new money -- per a law passed by the restored Republic Congress and signed into law by the new Republic President Trump -- cannot be authorized for released. Meaning we wait on our 800#s.

So legally, the Republic government needs to and will Tuesday replace Jack Lew in order to RV. Hence the current time delays of Mnuchin's confirmation, which the NPTB anticipated and gave one full week to resolve, using that extra week to accomplish a full dress rehearse prior to the actual RV roll out.

This is why all existing T3 SKRs were scheduled for hydration this morning before the 12:01pm window--just in case the cabal didn't utilize their full week delay rights in the Senate confirmation approval process.

Make sense? God I hope so. This procedural stuff is soooooooo boring.

We suspect the markets are scheduled to be artificially lifted again above 20,000 Tuesday night in concert with the T4 release (800#s) and the actual Republic RV roll out.

Not a huge delay, one week, but it was confusing. We also understand, pro-Israel Senators, long bought and paid for in the Upper and Lower Houses of Congress, are risking their amnesty packages with non compliance tomorrow, including jail, currency redemption and public exposure via trial penalties.

Further stalling past the legal confines in Congress (one week) will be considered an act of treason against our restored Republic.

Perhaps they will stand down, perhaps they will just be arrested in full public view on the Senate floor, perhaps they will all get another punishment altogether.

"I Have Chosen to Disclose My Intel" by ubiety - 1.30.17

To All of Dinarland,

Some may, and probably more may not, recall my posts railing against lies and deceit. I hate lies, but I love the truth.

I have struggled with taking this step, and because of it now, I will limit my announcement to you all to this single post. No, I will not return to defend or restate my intel. It's unlikely, but possible, I may return to share more of what I know. No promises. Those of you who continue embracing the admitted lies of dinarland will be unable to grasp the truth for it's simplicity and the stark return from the fantasies called "intel" circulated for so long now. This latter group in particular, I have deepest sympathies for, but like an addict of many different kinds of destructive drugs, the drug itself allows no clue to enter the mind of the deception and destructive nature of the usage. Thus, with regret and sadness, I leave you behind, only to catch up when life and reality finally comes your way - the hard way.

I think the simplest approach is to start by telling you about some of the basic tenets of dinarland. We've all heard of or actually played the game called either "telephone" or "telegraph", I presume, depending on your age. Simply said, this is what most of dinarland "thinking" and "things we know" is comprised of. For instance, a shred of truth about 800 numbers for ultimate currency exchange was once heard by a particular guru and became magnified and distorted to meet the agenda of that guru. It offered hope, caught on, and thereafter spread as though true. The same is true of the origin of the gold backing of currency - a fascinating subject with centuries of history, but which has now become a rally cry in support of global activism and mysterious far eastern dynastic families with heretofore unfathomable wealth in gold with the desire to gift it to the world.

Alright, the temptation is to come right out and say how many different specific and truly wacky things have gotten a foothold in dinarland ("galactics", middle earth wiseman dwellers, promise of multidimensional "ascension" if you just maintain the right "vibration", satanic child slavery connections to all of the recent presidential families, and so much more twisted distractions from currencies and the study thereof). I'll resist that temptation and move on to what is real.

There is no "global currency reset". This is purely and simply a manufactured hope which morphed, even in the minds of some who created it in dinarland, to a real thing. The proof of it (the Paris Agreement, and the ever popular "it has to" theory, and more) is all truly silly nonsense. There is not one single word in the Paris Agreement on Climate Change which can rationally be said to agree or compel a sudden and worldwide revaluation of the nations' currencies. It is equally irrelevant (due to utter absence of any language within it) to any move by any nation to a gold standard for their currency. Read it! By the way, it's a non-binding document for signatory countries even after the "threshold" percentage of nations sign and ratify its terms within their respective countries. The other stories spun to support the fantasy narrative simply cannot prove out - they are not real.

The Kuwait Dinar revaluation was not, it was a reinstatement. The hits you get on a simple google search for this teach a very simple story of a reinstatement of currency value which included an initial value spike. It is not support for the envisioned and universally touted "RV" expected for IQD.

Zim is not worth 100K it's face value in USD. Sure, it's fun to imaging and even talk about the "trillions", but I urge you to put on your big boy and big girl pants with this. No Chinese family is going to fund that currency exchange to the tune of 10,000 times the value of the entire planet's GNP. The northern part of Africa does not contain natural resource to do the equivalent of buying all nations of the world 10,000 times over. Please be serious like an investor instead of putting your investment under your pillow for the currency fairy because a handful of people you've never met, who've never been right about this investment, and (if you've been in dinarland long enough) you will see they will soon fade away.

Let me insert right here that I do NOT want your currency. I do NOT want you to burn it. I am NOT urging you divest. I truly don't care what you do with your investment because it's YOUR investment - not mine, not the nutty gurus who take advice from make-believe people as mentors, not even the ones who have admitted their deliberate deception. My desire is simple: that you think clearly, make decisions on GOOD counsel, and stay "grounded" (we'll talk about that later).

Okay, here we go. There will be continuing changes in currency values across the globe. Some nations' currencies will increase in value due to thriving in peace, discovery of resources, and resulting from improved relations with whom they conduct trade. There will NOT, however, be a sudden and magnificent (100x, 1,000x or 10,000x) revaluation as prayed for and dreamed of according to the "teachings" (a tortured usage under the circumstances) of dinarland gurus.

There have always been "shadow" governments as nations of the world have matured. They assume authority from the underlying nations overtly (e.g., military coup) or through pressure of philosophical evolution (usually resulting in an election of changed leadership). The "restoration of the republic" as has been spoken of a lot (including reference to various actual generals and political figures pressed into involuntarily service of this fantasy cause so as to shape and enhance the conspiratorial narrative).

The only "restoration" which will happen is that of principles and ideals held by the people we elect to public office instead of those who are scruple-less and previously elected to meet the wants of our or someone else's group. Bureaucracy in the US is simply too heavy to allow such a fundamental shift as envisioned by this "republic". The idea of "USA, Inc." to return from is baseless and unprovable.

The idea of needing to operate the US only using "common law" is ridiculous and has no value or use, particularly because strict constitutional constructionism is possible within the structure of all current state and federal laws - it merely means there would be a goodly number invalidated for unconstitutionality. By the way, not all of "common law" would pass US Constitutional muster - just a thought for you who fixate on this.

The "RV" being predicted as having any relationship to holidays, religious festivals, elections, etc., is a false connection and perpetrated upon dinarland only to string along those who haven't considered how irrelevant it has been - for always. This is one of the saddest ways of creating mass disappointment and disillusionment in this investment.

Speaking of "this investment"... That is exactly and only what this is - a highly speculative investment in extremely diminished foreign currencies. It is not a "transition". It is not a part of your spiritual "ascension". It is not inspired by God for we to collectively become "the chosen ones" - talk about appeal to the ego! The spiritual component to this is no different than the spiritual nature of shopping for groceries or buying a car. My personal belief defines it this way, you are welcome to disagree, of course: God has an individual plan for each life which is sacred and unique. He seeks to bless us in many different ways, and certainly not usually by causing wealth to drop on us. Indeed, we are informed that the love of money is, in fact, the root of all evil, so it's probably NOT from God if we're loving this to the point of fixation and possibly self-deluded that "it's all about the humanitarian projects". When we hear/read that God wants us to live life abundantly, we don't really believe that is referring to worldly wealth, so why do we have such confidence that these stories of unspeakable wealth are from Him? Take or leave it, at your peril.

That covers it. The RV and GCR are manufactured by gurus for your consumption. Judging form my own 2.5 years in the investment (and about 35 years in various areas of study), the hook was swallowed very deeply by many dinarians and is fully set. Hey, I enjoyed the ride until the narrative started sounding more like stories of a bad LSD trip. It's hard to slap ourselves back into brutally honest assessment of what's in front of us. Even the political hate of some gurus (well, one in particular) drives us further down that road that is so hard to come back from.

The embellishments which have been imagined to support the whole complex narrative of these get-rich-quick investment fantasies are SO very tempting - but not usually because they make sense. No, they appeal to our desire for an easier life, and sure also to bless others - but they don't prove out. Ask people you trust OUTSIDE of dinarland. People don't disbelieve the dinarland fantasies just because they "don't get it". Isn't it possible they have a bigger and untainted perspective? That they haven't swallowed the kool-aid? Give it a try and DON'T act like a cult member - ask someone you trust for their honest thoughts and ideas about all this.

This is my intel. My sources have not been wrong on any of the facts which I have asserted above. Some of my sources are in business generally, some have contacts from the origins of dinar investment in the earliest part of the 2000s, some are in banking, and some are close to certain elected officials. I'm okay if you take it or leave it, just think for yourself, not as a follower of some guru personality who you think is "inspirational".

Now finally...... Remember how we were so often told to "stay grounded"? Notice that they don't say that so much anymore? Here's why: Being and staying "grounded", according to Merriam-Webster, means "mentally and emotionally stable; admirably sensible, realistic, and unpretentious." Measure yourself against this standard and be brutally honest.

In preparation for the actual RV roll out later this week, they had Trump go ahead and sign a 7 nation travel ban, as not to allow in country foreign bad actors from known ISIS nations, as well as hidden stockpiles of IQD waiting to come into this country by boat for redemption - which could then be redeemed at nearly four times the overseas rate in say those 7 Middle Eastern countries.

8. No wonder the main stream media is in such an uproar. The cabal didn't like their desperation plan being shut out at the last second by General Dunford (in charge of the North American RV for the Chinese Elders).

Here's a philosophical challenge post for you, Dinarland.

What if lies are not only the exact opposite of truths, but inversely, what if truth is exact opposite of a lie. Sounds simple enough, right? White is black, and black is white. Yes. But what if white and black are the same (also known as "antipodal").

What if the vast majority of human culture existed in this antipodal state of being? Meaning, everything that looked real was really in a state of false reality, or in its exact opposite state of organic purpose, so that one day, we could all understand the truth more deeply from the depth of such a lie?

Yosef, little white man, you crazy. Wait, it gets better.

What if all lies have been intentionally made to appear as truths from the time we were born, for generations, even millenniums; and what if all truths were made to appear as lies, to cover up said truth for this precise moment in time? Wham-Pow! That just happened! Check please!

I know right, such a complex theory … it's disturbing just to contemplate let alone own. Nobody wants to open a dictionary and realize every word has intentionally been misspelled as well as all the meanings purposely mis-defined just to conceal some overarching cosmic truth that differs from ​the pretty words and definitions.

That's just​ ​well​… down right evil, beyond understanding. Because that would mean the bad guys actually had some kind of noble calling to help create optimal contrast by which we, humanity, could learn some more fulfilling spiritual lesson. And we know Dick Cheney isn​'t benevolent. Or is he?

What if the species of mankind is somehow cosmically ​was ​losing its ​quarantined ​ignorance (and innocence to some extent), not so much being forced to face our sins as millennia past demanded such surrender, but rather forced to accept our divinity as a unconditionally loved Spark of God for all eternity ​​going forward?

Ouch. That could really be a much more painful ​face melt (i.e. ​ego surrender​)​ because ​that mans we were all intentionally lead​ completely astray, ​but in some weird and wonderful kinda way ​so we could ascend with ferocious velocity when the truth was discovered.​ That's the plot line of a movie called "The Game" with Michael Douglas and Sean Penn. Go check it out--especially the last scene where he falls through the glass ceiling instead of trying to jump up and break it (ladies).​

What if instead of being forced to live some grand cabal lie woven into all aspects of modern culture, all were made to live the truth of God's original creation? Not so much to become pure again through deed, but simple to wake up and remember our inherent and endless beauty as a Child of God.

What if we are, all, right now, participating in some cosmic adjustment to reset humanity back to the way our Creator intended in the first organic position as human beings? This gives new meaning to the old term, on Earth as in Heaven, yes? Maybe Earth is really Heaven? And instead of having to earn our way to some other place, we're already here and just must accept (remember) our common truth to simply start enjoying its abundant fruits?

Talk about an Antipodal Theory! That would mean we're all on the other side of the RV already? And that the RV… whoa… the RV isn't really about money but consciousness… ascension… a test to determine our willingness to accept unconditional love?

And if this is true, oh Yosef, if this is true instead of obsessing over the news, politics, dates, rates and project prospectuses like I've been doing… I can just stop right where IAM, and simply apply this stupid little Antipodal Theory of everything existing in an "exact opposite" state of being … and instantly I'll see, hear, read, listen to, taste and witness in the modern day from a higher consciousness… a place of pure thrush… and be able not only to see the lies moving forward… but point them out to others who are struggling to achieve this kind of epiphany of comprehension.

Perhaps then Yosef, we could make perfect sense of what is really happening together, on this site and others, no matter the publicized event: domestic, military, financial or geopolitical.

And maybe, just maybe, we could own the silence buried in all the noise, where God would speak to us and continue this dialog, accelerating our awakening at whatever pace we were comfortable continuing.

Dude, I'm in. Pass the agape ​dip, ​bliss juice and fire up the Michael Phelps!​ Because it is ​now ​my understanding that such a radical antipodal theory​ does​ exist--and quite frankly​--is the only logical explanation to that appears utterly unexplainable.

1. In the past it was never the intention of Obama's administration to let the RV go, while President Trump is behind the Global Currency Reset.

2. In Iraq, the Qi cards are charged and working at a $4 plus range per Dinar. Shabibi stated they could support a Dinar rate of around $16.

3. In Mosul a large Iraqi Flag (a gift from China) has been flying for several days now.

4. The Iraqi currency is now tradeable around the world.

5. Yesterday Jan. 30 at 3 pm Iraqi time in Mosul there were thousands of leaflets dropped saying that they had been liberated. We should find out about that tomorrow, Feb. 1 2017.

6. Documents bringing back the US to the gold standard have been signed, giving us asset-backed currency.

7. In the last couple of days the US has returned to Basil 3 compliance.

8. In the last day or so the new rates have repopulated on the banks screens.

9. Some banks have been doing exchanges at "teaser" rates to get their banks compliant.

10. Iraq's CBI website hasn't shown the Dinar rate for 30 days. That should happen soon in order to comply with their law that says the rate has to show within 30 days. (The new Dinar rate will be retroactive to Jan. 1).

11. After midnight EST tonight Feb. 1 2017 the new UN operational rates should show on their website.

12. In the last couple of days there has been dry runs of the GCR at the banks.

13. We have been on standby status for several days at the redemption centers. Then it changed to active status. The final state is to engage and that means it is a go.

14. We should be notified of the 800#s the same time the groups which have already exchanged, become liquid.

My concern is that it states the act will take effect on the date that is two years after the date of the enactment of the act. Two years??? Perhaps you could address this concern to Zap? I am wondering if in fact regardless of it passing that it won't even take affect for two years. Just thought I should bring this to everyone's attention.

Regional 800#s came out when the Dow hit 20k again at exactly 9:30am EDT Friday.

We were following Dow Futures all night in expectation of this trigger event, but saw  nothing significant, then the last 5 minutes before market posted--wham--it just showed up; only to disappear immediately after and fall back below 20k.

Don't blink!

General Dunford is in full control of all the call centers.  So only when he and only he enters the final technological release codes for the 800#s to be received by said call centers, public access will indeed  activate.

Meaning the military is control of the RV behind the scenes, not the Trump administration.  I suspect no one is disappointed about that reality.

The No FEAR Exchange

I read a post today that expressed fear about the upcoming Exchange procedure (Link Below). I remember back in the day when we were told to get a burner phone, drive a rented car, stay at a hotel overnight.. etc. While there may have been good reasons for those "Safety Moves," THOSE DAYS ARE OVER. There will be NO problems with the Exchange itself what so ever. The Bad guys have NO CHANCE to set up 800#s and fake locations and all of that. THERE IS NO WAY THAT WILL HAPPEN.

What is a Bad Guy To Do?

This is a simple answer. Since they have no chance to set up a fake exchange center, and no chance to get your money once it is in the new Financial system, they have only one option left to rob you.... get your currency BEFORE you exchange it.... Thus all the group scams that have showed up lately.

Those Who Want To Steal Your Money

Yes, there are those who want to actually STEAL money from you, but they are VERY FEW in numbers. I would say that is the LEAST Threat you Face. Why? Because they can buy a ZIM from the Internet way easier than stealing yours. So what ARE the ACTUAL Threats you face?

The CABAL Agenda

The Actual threat is the Cabal agenda of keeping your poor, or getting control of your money in some way. From what I can tell, it was a threefold plan:

#1) Keep you from buying currency in the first place. This was achieved by having the Banks and various media outlets continually call the DINAR and other currency revaluations a Scam. This kept people from buying currencies in the first place and is still working on many. But, over time this phase of the plan began to lose effectiveness.

#2) The Group Scam. This was a ploy to both get control of your currency and even just steal it outright. In both these cases, those who got into one of these bogus groups, would not find out about their big mistake until after the GCR when they could no longer buy currency. Either their money would be totally gone, or their payments would be severely reduced and/or delayed indefinitely. In the end, these people who fell for this Scam, would be unable to get more currency because it would be too late, and would have no control of their money what so ever. However, this plan has run its course, even though I still see people promoting these Groups as the only way to get the better rates and some have the nerve to claim, that it is the only way to get exchanged. We are now in the final Phase of the CABAL agenda.

#3) The Bank Exchange vs. The Exchange Centers. This is the CABAL's last great effort to keep you down. At this point they were unable to stop you from buying currencies and believing in the GCR and they were unable to gain control of the currencies you purchased through a Group Scam. That leaves only one option to reduce what money you get at Exchange time. They only have on trick left and that is to get you to exchange with the General Everyday Public, at your local Bank on the Corner instead of going to an Offsite Exchange center. As we know, the Retail Bank location will only offer street rates and no special rate negotiations.

Remember that post that said "Stop paying attention to the net for information and just go to your local bank to exchange when it is time?" NO DOUBT IN MY BOOK THAT WAS THE CABAL AGENDA. But we know better don't we? We know that the Offsite locations are the ones that are authorized to offer the higher Sovereign Rates for humanitarian Projects etc. So the CABAL have no chance to stops us from going to the Exchange centers to get the special treatment and extra high rates.... or do they?

The FEAR Plan

Their VERY, VERY, Last play is to spread FEAR that you might lose your money if you don’t go to a regular Bank location. That is actually a good move for the CABAL. Because if you go to a regular Bank, you WILL GET less and they keep you down, well as down as they can. But is this FEAR justified? No, not really.

The No FEAR Exchange

First let me say that those who are posting and spreading this fear are probably NOT Cabal, but have been affected by the CABAL Fear agenda. There is actually nothing to Fear. Let's think about the whole process and see just how safe it really is.

#1) You are going to get the First 800# to call. This number is so easy to verify because it will be EVERYWHERE, on every Dinar related website. All you have to do is go to Bruce's Big Call website Banking Tab: http://www.thebigcall.net/Banking.html , and then go to Dinar Chronicles site: http://inteldinarchronicles.blogspot.com/ then maybe you can check The Real Truth Call site: http://www.therealtruthcall2.com/ just to name a few and they should all have THE SAME EXACT NUMBER. There is NO WAY that the bad guys could change the phone number in all these places. The moment something like that happened, if it could happen, the SWAT team would swarm those who did it and they would be taken down so fast that it would make your head spin. So your first phone number to call will be VERY SAFE.

Once you call the first number, you will tell them if you have Zim (NOT HOW MUCH YOU HAVE) just that you have the currencies and especially if you have ZIM. Then you will tell them your Zip code. You will then be given a couple of option locations where you can exchange. I imagine that you will be given "GENERAL" areas and not exact addresses. You select the Location/City you want to exchange in and they give you the "Second Number" to call.

Special Note: As I understand this process, this second number will be your personal number to call. NO ONE ELSE WILL BE GIVEN THIS EXACT NUMBER. My guess is that when they give you the number, it is then programmed to go to the location you chose. DO NOT GIVE THIS NUMBER TO ANYONE. If this is set up the way I have explained it, when you call this number they will know it is you. If you give this to anyone else, the exchange center will think it is you and that could screw up your exchange. In short, tell everyone you know about the first number, but the second number is for your eyes only.

#2) The Second 800# to call. Once you call this second specially coded number, you will be connected to the Exchange center in the area you chose. You will then give them your information, set an appointment time and then given the EXACT address where the secret offsite exchange center is. KEEP THIS SECRET. Ask all the questions you want, so that you feel comfortable and so that you know what to bring, how to get there, who you can bring with you, and whatever else you want to know. By the time you finish this call, you should feel totally comfortable about the whole process and what you need to do next.

You have two levels of safety here. First, if the first number was the correct one, and if it is in several well known places on the web, that makes the second number they gave you safe as well. how could it not be? Then after calling the second location, you should have asked all the questions you had and feel comfortable that this is a valid exchange center. Then comes the next stage... The appointment.

#3) The Appointment. When you are arrive at the secret offsite location, you should see military types around fully armed who are protecting the location from the bad guys. When you go into the location, you should feel very safe by #1) what you see around you, #2) the fact that they know who you are and are expecting you, and #3) By the process you experience.

In short, if the First number is right and checks out, that means the second number is safe as well, which means that the appointment location is valid, and then when you get there, you will know you are safe.

The Argument Against Bad Exchange Centers

It is so easy to debunk the Evil Exchange center idea. #1) It is easier for the bad guys to buy their own Zim than it is to set up this elaborate exchange center scam. #2) If they did set up the fake offsite exchange center, it would only be running for a few minutes before the Good Guys swooped in and took them out. This could NEVER happen, it is just too dangerous for the bad guys. Frankly, the bad guys could just spend $100 on one zim note and become Trillianaires. So why would they go to all this trouble to set something up that would be stopped in a matter of hours if not minutes? So in my opinion, the Bad Exchange center idea just doesn't make any sense to me.

No Worries

If you have enough money, and most all of us will, you will be on some sort of Interest payment plan. You will get big money payments every 90 days for years. You could get totally wiped out of everything you have from the exchange, and be flat broke. BUT, that would only last 90 days until your next interest payment. Then you would be rich again. You could lose it all again, and still be rich again in 90 days. THERE IS NOTHING TO FEAR. The Benevolent Elders have set it up so that you can't fail. The only catch is, all this protection comes AFTER the exchange. If you give away your currency to some fake group, or give control of your money to some group, there is nothing that the Benevolent Elders can do about that. But, if you hold on to your currency and get to the offsite exchange center, you have it made for life.

The Bottom Line

The bottom line is that there is nothing to fear. Every step of the Exchange process is built for safety. The only real threat you face is loss of your currency to Group scams, or reduced exchange rate due to missing out on the 800#/Exchange center plan. However, that is not too bad, as even the General Public will be getting very good street rates. Not what we will be getting, but way better than nothing. If you pay attention to the Net for the 800#s, check them out on a few different websites, and then just follow the instructions, you cannot go wrong. Importantly, once the 800#s come out, they will come with a special set of very Detailed and EXACT instructions on what to do next. Tick Tock, my Friends, for our time is near.
