7. This CIA mind control of children had a deep and dramatic history. The torture of children at US taxpayer expense was thought to begin in full swing at the end of World War II. IN my February 10 instalment, I argued that using gold to back bond notes could boost confidence in the surrogate currency and, by extension, attract more investments to rebuild the local economy.

Admittedly, this suggestion does not constitute an optimal currency solution, but could be a better option to avoid a currency crisis.

It’s now clear that, in their current form, bond notes and coins would be inadequate to effectively boost exports as well as remedy externalisation.

Thus, there may be need for measures to beef up the current currency regime and build on the progress made so far to avoid a deeper economic crisis.

Suffice to say my proposal is not advocating for the return of the heyday gold standard that operated at the end of the 19th and early 20th century.

This currency regime operated well as a remedy to the inflation scourge and currency depreciation attributable to excessive credit creation and, as such, might not produce the best result in the current deflationary environment, where monetary authorities have limited control over money supply.

An effective currency solution should be rooted in the clear understanding of the country’s currency crisis.

As noted earlier, the cash shortages in Zimbabwe are largely a result of an unbalanced economy characterised by high levels of consumption – funded from imports – and low production.

This economic imbalance, in part, can be attributed to the fixed exchange rate regime with the dollar, which is about 25 percent overvalued. This makes Zimbabwe’s exports uncompetitive in the international market.

However, adopting a gold-backed currency, which entails switching the peg from dollar to gold, may not necessarily improve the country’s competitiveness.

Clearly, the lack of competitiveness can be traced to deep-seated structural challenges such as poor infrastructure deficit, high cost of utilities, scarcity and high cost of capital.

Zimbabwe’s experience with the fixed exchange rate is deflation, rising unemployment and poverty, sluggish growth and budget and trade deficits.

There is no guarantee that these challenges would be addressed by just switching from dollar to gold peg.

Importantly, being a tiny US$14 billion open economy in a more than $80 trillion world, Zimbabwe might not be better placed to lead the gold monetisation of its currency.

The suggestion to gold back the bond currency alone would be difficult to achieve since this currency is interchangeable with the US dollars at a stipulated exchange rate.

If bond notes were to be revalued against gold, it would automatically mean that the rest of the country’s money supply would also have to be valued similarly.

This would be very difficult to achieve given the current and potential production levels of gold, including financial challenges plaguing the economy.

Devoting the country’s full annual production of yellow metal to build the required reserves will not even be enough to support US$6,7 billion in money supply in the economy.

At a price of ZW$40 000 per kg (35 274 ounces),it would take not less than five years to build the 167 tonnes of gold reserves required to back the full money supply in Zimbabwe, assuming potential annual production of 30 tonnes.

The biggest dilemma that the country faces by devoting all its gold production towards building gold reserves is that this would lead to a further deterioration of the balance of payment position.

Annual exports would fall by $1billion to around $2billion as gold exports are redirected towards building reserves.

This would worsen the liquidity and cash crisis, which may lead to the abandonment of the home-grown gold standard before it starts.

The only better alternative is for authorities to completely abandon the current multiple currency regime and make bond notes a different currency from the other multiple currencies.

This would mean that there would be US$300 million of gold-backed bond notes ($200 million) and coins ($50 million), and this currency would be used for domestic transactions only.

This constitutes de-dollarisation, but it would be difficult to achieve in a short space of time.

As such, the gold-backed bond currency would be allowed to initially circulate alongside the multiple currencies, predominantly US dollars, which mean the US dollar value of gold, which varies minute to minute on the international market, would not be the same as bond notes valuation of gold.

Far from ensuring stability, the proposed currency peg would give rise to enormous complexities as well as volatility and unpredictability.

When Zimbabwe dollarized, the price of gold per ounce was US$869, and thereafter rose to US$1664 before falling to US$1 225 per ounce in 2017.

Had the currency been pegged to a fixed amount of gold, its value would have increased over 90 percent and then dropped 26 percent.

That means its value would have risen 40 percent between 2008 and 2017, which is not much different from the extent of Zimbabwe’s currency overvaluation since dollarisation.

This also underscores the assertion that a country’s competitive challenges would not be solved by just switching from US dollar peg to a gold peg.

It is arguable that the current currency regime is facing a number of challenges that are threatening its sustenance.

The cash premium relative to RTGS money, together with the reported bond note discounts and the return of the Old Mutual Implied rate discount of around 25 percent since September 2016, is instructive.

The dollar in RTGS balances or in bond notes or in fungible Old Mutual shares is not the same as cash dollar or US dollar outside Zimbabwe.

This is a major hinderance to capital flows in Zimbabwe, which are expected to continue as Nostro funding challenges continue.

This suggests that an effective currency solution in Zimbabwe should address production challenges and capital flight.

With an estimated US$14 billion to US$20 billion required to close the infrastructure deficit and US$5 billion needed to reindustrialise, there is need to generate and boost confidence in the country’s currency so as to attract meaningful investments.

This could be the sole reason that gave rise to the idea of monetising bond notes with gold.

The challenges to monetise the country’s money supply through gold doesn’t render the idea impracticable.

There may be need to consider monetising a portion of the money supply in the economy, say a tenth.

This would go a long way in improving confidence.

Citibank's back of the house technical architecture was converted all this weekend and was a extremely necessary aspect to beginning the RV and releasing the new USN currency. Few know that Citibank was not only the third largest bank in the USA, but also the last cabal holdout major bank to accept the new financial system.

The ancient wind subtly blowing through Donald's endless Trumpet will no longer have any meaningful resistance in Congress. ​Just know that Donna is reading from a prepared script each day and must accomplish certain goals to achieve his amnesty.


America's compliance responsibilities for GESARA will be implemented quickly now. The new USN currency is but one part of this ​enormous international treaty.

Change is going to come so fast and so constant now, people will feel like they're on a wild roller coaster​ if they don't already.

Hey Doc.....Good to see you on....I have had a question gnawing at the back of my mind whenever I read your info......

Where is the US going to get any assets to back the currency to which you refer???

It is my understanding from SCOTUS rulings that all assets are property of the STATE including the shirt on your back and all assets are pledged to the Fed in the bankruptcy of the USA....

It is my understanding, the UNITED STATES itself has no right to a claim of assets it may have until the bankruptcy is settled.....the FED owns everything including the air you breath until the bankruptcy is settled.

I just don't understand how they can bring out an "asset-backed" currency when all assets are "pledged" and therefore they have no unencumbered assets......Please Help......

Hey gfulcher.......great thoughts and I hope you are correct.......however, I believe the "lease" was for 99 years and was to conclude in 2012.....We watched diligently to see what occurred......It is our belief, the bankruptcy nullified the end of the 99 year agreement until resolved......

This is only speculation but logical as we have not seen any policy shift now for 4+ years......Bottom Line, IMO, until the debt is eliminated, the FED will continue and the FRN will remain the strongest World Reserve Currency......When we have a government that has not been able to control the deficit, we cannot possibly see an elimination of the debt......

(Note to all, please understand the difference between deficit and debt so you know exactly what the politicians are "feeding" you....they are not interchangeable!)

The Roth.'s did have to pay back trillions via the court of hage settlement last qtr sometime last yr, I believe the families behind the BIS have been slowing this process down but they are having the squeeze put on them by China etc and this new system

Bacdoc points to is proof of that, Im not sure if their actually losing power, or just changing titles and buildings per say but this new system is more fair and will have more players at the top so IMO I believe the new digital system is coming!

Iraq boosts its capabilities exploratory

Iraq plans to determine the hydrocarbon reserves through seismic surveys for exploratory patches of oil fields and reservoirs border in Iraqi territory and territorial waters, so as to enhance its ability and economic status regionally and internationally.

He also noted Hattab that the company used for the time being the latest artistic techniques in conducting seismic surveys through triangular surveying and binary systems dimensions, especially as the business carried out by the Company in Basra, Missan, Samawa and Nasiriya which added huge amounts of inventories Alhaadrokarbone in the fields (Dima and Sinbad and Laredo and Fayhaa), as well as the future plans for the company aims to boost its activities outside the country.

In a related context , oil prices rose and headed for the market to rise, as the global London Brent crude jumped 0.7 percent to $ 56.39 a barrel, while WTI has increased the US median 0.6 percent to $ 54.31 a barrel.

GCR, Segregating Prosperity By Our Belief

After reading a post from someone in Alaska who talked to a Wealth manager that played dumb about the GCR (Link Below), I realized that it was not only needed to protect the GCR, but it was an important part of keeping Dinarland Segregated. When I starting thinking about this more, I realized that we have ALL been automatically segregated into 4 different "Levels" based on Our Beliefs. The more we believe, the more we get, and the less we believe, the less we get. As it turns out, it is better to believe than not.

Bankers Who Play Dumb

Bankers who know what is going on are in a VERY precarious position. They have been trained TO PLAY DUMB. The LAST thing they need is to have themselves recorded or quoted by Name on the internet verifying that the RV is real! They MUST NEVER reveal this top, World Secret, until they are permitted to do so.

This was accomplished in the old days by keeping the front line people and even the Wealth Managers in the dark, where they really didn't know anything. That was so easy because they were just being truthful when they said that they didn't exchange the Iraqi Dinar and that any RV rumors we false.

However, times have changed because we are so close. So those who used to claim that there was no such thing as an RV, and really believed it, now must claim the same thing still, but now they are ACTING dumb instead, because they really do know it is true.

So when I hear stories of Wealth Managers or bank operators saying they know nothing about any RV, it doesn't surprise me in the least. It would be stupid and irresponsible for them to reveal the World's biggest secret prematurely. Not to mention their name would be plastered all over the net as validating and proving the RV is real, and that is NOT allowed at this very critical time.

We ARE Special

It is not my place to say who should have currencies and become rich overnight, and who should not. That is the Domain of the Universe. But, I can summarize who WILL get rich and who will NOT. Those who believe in great things happening for them, will have found out about these currencies and are most likely holding them now, despite the criticism they face for doing so. Those who are cynical, and don't believe in the benevolence of the Universe, or that something like this could ever happen for them, don't have these currencies and criticize those who do. Their one and ONLY justification is that there is NO OFFICIAL PROOF that it is true, and that is a blessing in itself.

The GCR IS FOR DREAMERS & BELIEVERS ONLY

This once in a lifetime exchange opportunity is for the Believers and Dreamers among us, and NOT the skeptics, cynics, and disbelievers. I may have an attitude about the cynics, but I do believe the Dreamers and Believers are better suited to build and repair our World. Frankly the skeptics and cynics SHOULD NOT have that much power to influence others with their negativity. But it seems that is the plan keeps the money out of their hands anyway.

The Genius Segregation Plan

I can easily see that the overall plan is genius. The GCR is designed with a natural segregation of different levels of Belief and trust. Basically, the ones with the LEAST belief, get the LEAST (nothing), and those with the MOST belief get the MOST! Let's look at how this plays out.

No Belief (LEAST)

Those with no belief at all, have not bought currencies and in fact even criticize those who have them. They are the ones with the LEAST belief and in the end, they will be the ones who get the LEAST.

Some Belief

Those with some belief but are still not totally convinced are the ones who got the Iraqi Dinar. It is the easiest to believe because Iraq is on the same path as Kuwait, with war, depressed currency, and them after war, their currency comes back. Frankly, of all the currencies, it has the closest thing to Proof of any of them. However, it's return on investment is about the lowest of all the currencies changing value. Thus, SOME belief gets SOME reward.

More Belief

Those with MORE belief but are still not completely convinced are the ones who got the Vietnam Dong. The Iraqi Dinar is relatively easy to make a case for since it has the same path as the Kuwait Dinar. However, the Vietnam Dong has been depressed for a VERY LONG time and on the surface, doesn't look like it will be doing anything different anytime soon. It takes WAY MORE belief in this currency changing value than it takes to believe in the Iraqi Dinar. However, the return in value for the Dong is WAY MORE than the Dinar. Thus, those who have MORE Belief get MORE reward.

The Most Belief

Those with the MOST BELIEF in the benevolent changes in the World have gotten ZIM. It is the craziest of all the currencies that are revaluing, and thus requires the most belief. First it is out of circulation, and NOT a valid currency. While both the Dinar and the Dong are at least valid and circulating currencies, the ZIM is a dead currency and only sold as a Novelty item as a result. The other matter is that it has such crazy denominations and last, Zimbabwe has already issued their new currency and nothing has been said about the old, out of circulation, defunct currency. This takes the MOST BELIEF, and the Biggest Dreams, to hope that this currency will be redeemed, especially at the rates we are all hearing. However, as if in perfect design, those with the MOST BELIEF shall get the MOST reward.

Was This The Plan All Along?

The only question I have is "Was this planned like this all along, or did it just naturally come together in this way?" The more belief one has, the more they get, and the less they believe, the less they get. It seems like this is some sort of spiritual ratio. It seems like it is a natural way to segregate the believers and non believers, and each to the degree they are willing to believe. GENIUS!

Some Had The Belief But Not The Funds

Clearly there are some who had the high degree of Belief and Faith, but were unable to afford to buy the currency especially the ZIM as it escalated in price. While they may not get the initially large funding as those who had the ZIM, they will still attract whatever they need from those who could afford it. I know several people in this situation, and they already know that they will be funded to whatever amount they desire. Still it is belief and faith that creates and elicits prosperity. By contrast, I know several who laughed and made fun of those who are holding currency, and I doubt that they will attract the same level of funding. Frankly, even though we are Light Workers, I have already heard from many that those who tormented them over this GCR, will be receive just what they deserve.


The Matter Of Proof

So this brings us back to the Bankers who say they don't know anything about the GCR. Clearly if there is some sort of segregating going on, then actual PROOF, would thwart the whole plan. The greatest disbelievers and cynics among us would suddenly get currencies and have the money to spread their negative attitudes around our World. However, with NO PROOF, ONLY THE BELIEVERS get the money, and only the Believers, have the money to spread hope and belief throughout the World.

So aside from the obvious problem of too many people getting these currencies due to actual proof of the GCR, the lack of it helps segregate those who are best suited to their benevolent mission, and those who are not, are kept from this opportunity. Personally, I like this outcome, whether it was planned this way or it just organically happened this way.

Will the Bankers ever admit to this GCR? Only when it is time for them to do so, or if they are tricked into it or accidentally or let it slip. Otherwise it makes perfect sense that they play dumb for now. Not only should they play dumb to protect the integrity of the plan, but they are required to be quiet by the plan.

The Bottom Line

The bottom line is that in this new age of enlightenment and spiritual awakening, it seems that Belief is the key to great wealth and the responsibility that goes with it. For those who don't believe in the GCR, it is unlikely that they would believe in the Republic, NESARA or Disclosure either. Clearly, Believers are the corner stones of the New Age and have been segregated by the degree of their belief. Who can say if that was the plan of the Elders or a decree from a higher source? No matter which it is, it is clear that BELIEF is very important and that those who have the most belief in the GCR, will be the ones with the most belief in a Benevolent World, and 1000 years of peace and prosperity.

Clearly, belief is the foundation of Manifestation and as such, it is the most important ingredient to the changes we are looking for. It makes perfect sense that those who believe the most, be the ones who are empowered to do the most. No matter how you look at it, it is a Genius plan, and I am so glad to be a part of it.

May We All Have The Belief Necessary To Create A New World of Peace and Prosperity

There's real anger out there, its palpable and I can feel it. Well today, I'm like everyone else. Frustrated. Disillusioned. And most of all, bored off my rocker waiting for the new world to more publicly replace the old instead of listening to Donna's repeated campaign slogans and Intel gurus droning on-and-on the same old tidbits that don't really mean anything.

Yesterday, I had an HSBC banker personally contact me, and said they would be sending me 800#s in an hour. That was at 4:00pm EST right after the markets closed. I think they wanted me to SITREP that out, but I held off. Good thing, that tip never came in and I waited up through the night in case it did.

Are we that close? Sure, but we have been for weeks if not months. Do we keep ringing the doorbell? If you want, but if you choose to go live your life, go. You'll be alerted I'm sure by someone around you with currency.

The point being is simply this… the RV is going to happen people, and happen for you personally. And when I say you I mean you. Your currency. Your accounts. Your life. Your family. Your projects. Your community. Your country. Your race. YOU!

The reason why is just as simple, how else is The Trumpet going to pay for all of this miraculous infrastructure spending he so brazenly boasts about? Tax cuts? Come on. Budget trimming? Please. It's you and me turning in our currencies and then disbursing back it into private / public partnerships (spoken in his speech) that will rebuild our country and make American great again.

Trump is selling us on how to spend our money, in that we all have an obligation to help your society and make him look like a genius. That's what's happening right now. That's it. Secretary Mnuchin at Treasury and He/She LeGarde at the IMF have zero bearing on anything RV related anymore other than managing what has already been gifted to the world.

The entire Western World financially system has long collapsed (2012), and so did their archaic power structure. All the known cabal members currently in government or on television are there out of mercy, and SINGING FOR THEIR AMNESTY SUPPER LIKE DONNA THE TRUMPET!

Mnuchin's father used to run Goldman Sachs and was a big player in the American arm of the Illuminati; LeGarde's family had control of the French arm of the Dark Arm of the Knights Templar. Trump is pure 4th Reich Nazi and related to Bibi Netanyahu… that's why their families are old friends like the Kushner's… they're all related to one another by bloodline… you just had no clue.

Hilarious, right? To them it was for 13 millennia.

Look, I've been doing this sovereign work for over ten years now and it insults like most others to see Trump paraded about like a savior, when in truth, we know he's pure evil. And folks that is a fact I know about first hand through past business associates. Anyone glorifying or defending Trump quite frankly is ignorantly rooting for the other side to regain its strength and enslave humanity for another dozen plus millennias (or should I Melanias).

It's been hard for me to accept why God uses evil people sometimes to accomplish noble goals. But if Hillary had won the election, I'm sure the exact same thing would be playing out right now, massive disapproval polls, and the country would just be as disappointed.

Why did the designers of the grand transition plan do it this way? You'll have to ask them, that's above my pay grade at the moment. It baffles me to this moment how they can expect to get good fruit from a bad seeds even in rich asset backed soil, but OK, I suppose maneuver helps make the crops grow on the farm. So I'll play along for awhile because there is literally no other way for myself or the United States of America, nor any other country in the free and sovereign world, to go but wait on these gold backed currencies and new CIPS financial system.

The Elders have wisely left humanity with but one pathway for instant relief as well as future growth. It's either the GCR/RV or it's complete and total annihilation. Take your pick humanity.

This is not my hope. This is not some Yosef overreach. This is no desperation plea or heartfelt prayer for performance. It's structural economic fact, demanded by the universal laws governing life ascension, in what must now be obvious to all curious GCR/RV watchers, is an other worldly spiritual transition for both the planet and humanity.

Hallelujah! So birth the damn baby already benevolents! Our collective biological clock is ticking here! How can we help people without resources? Has this not been the problem for the last 13 millennia? How are you acting any different? Adapt or die. Our fate lies in your hands. And God is watching with expectations of your releasing these collateral accounts to the world masses immediately if not sooner.

I know this makes the waiting no less brutal, in fact, it makes it harder given what awaits us all on the other side of the RV. Geopolitically and militarily, there are a few things that still need getting done at the last second. Ukraine, Israel/Palestine, Saudi Arabia/Yemen, European Union/France/Germany/Poland/Serbia/etc… all have smoking embers to cool down, but that's small potatoes compared to the financial release quite honestly.

I found out today that the Philippines just singed onto the Paris Agreement (GESARA) today. Which is great for the Philippines no doubt, but how it effects the rest of the RV we're not sure as only 133 out of 197 countries have officially signed up. Perhaps President Duterte had in country compliance issues still to deal with and needed the extra time. Who knows.

I'm told General Dunford has completed his final review and given his release authorization to accomplish the US portion of the RV, as has Grandfather from the mountains of Beijing in China. So what are we really waiting on except maybe the first weekend after Trump's fist state of the union not state of the union address. Friday 3/3 looks like a very interesting date, and we know the Chinese like duplicating numbers to release major plans.

Trump's braggadocios style is perfect for taking credit for massive accomplishments he did nothing to create or implement. And the infrastructure spending won't just be 1 trillion dollars, but more like 1 quadrillion dollars given all the repair and replace work that needs to happen around our nation. Every nation for that matter. How else can you explain 1 quadrillion to the American public? You can't. That's why 1 trillion plus a Trump political surge might be the best available combination that logically works for the Average American who does understand the scope and volume of money that is coming their way post RV.

ZIM screen rates are nearing 1.90 and I suspect will be at 2.00+ by the time you reach your appointment. That should eliminate the need for sovereign rates for most Internet public redeemers. You'll never, and I mean never be able to spend that much money. But at least you know the top end for the ZIM. At least somebody trusted you enough to tell you the truth. Maybe in this case though, let just knowing be enough… and take only what you can comfortably handle… and protect your soul.

Do no harm, serve others before your self and absolutely everything, good or bad, comes from love… remember those 3 things and you'll be fine.

But what happened to the much rumored and expected announcement to have been made about the restoration of the TRUE government of this nation, the Republic, to be in full force and effect today - Wednesday, March 1, 2017????

Many calls and reports were circulated Tuesday Feb 28th that, in his speech before Congress, Trump was going to make several major announcements, all very important to the Republic nation.

One of those announcements to be made was the restoration of the Republic, the TRUE Republic government for our nation, to be effective as of March 1, 2017.

Trump was also said to be announcing the discontinuation of the Rothschild criminal bankster 'Federal Reserve' system with their worthless fiat paper, to be replaced with the Treasury of the Republic and the restored gold backed currency.

The GCR/RV was to be announced, and exchanges were to begin officially Wednesday March 1.

NESARA/GESARA implementation was to be announced, along with information regarding some of the benefits of the GCR.

Arrests and trials of the former criminal U.S.A. corporation 'government' and those identified as traitors to our nation were to begin.

Names of the one(s) to make the announcements and dates for the announcements continue to be pushed back over and over and over again. Excuse after excuse after excuse continues to be offered as the 'reason' or 'need' for the postponements.

Reports of various 'gurus' ('government' propaganda agents) and self appointed know-it-alls continue to tell the people one day that 'all is done', 'it is done - it is done - it is done', yet on the days of the announcements to be made, it again appears that 'this' has to be done and that 'that' has to be done and done again, or another trip has to be made, or some other excuse.

Now we are back to day 1, being yet another repeat of the past. No announcements have been done and we again are waiting on what we are always told is 'intel reports' to be forth coming, supposedly from the 'government' or from the 'Chinese Elders' or from the military explaining why the announcements and the subsequent RV and exchanges have not yet done.

Anyone care to make a guess about what the next proferred excuse is going to be?

And how many are going to waste their time with the 'I think this' and 'I think that' crowd? NONE of which means a cotton pick'n thing.

What about placing bets on the next dates for the announcements? Just a simple time wasting game, of course.

The good news is the GOP is waiting on releasing the Obamacare replacement until after the RV, the bad news is they still haven't released the RV so people are freaking out nation wide about their healthcare.

The good news is we're returning to a more conservative and stable form of Republic government, the bad news is we had to go through several brutal months of Donna Trump to get there.

The good news is bankers can now openly see revalued rates on front screens and all redemption centers have gone to an "engage status," the bad news they're all just sitting around with their hands tied waiting like the rest of us.

China pulled away their system override at 07:00 EST 3/3/17 on Friday. They tested some specific structural performance elements one last time before markets opened today.
