Greetings and Happy Spring, MAM Supporters! |
| The weather is getting warmer and (hopefully) you have had the chance to get some seeds in the soil. We also hope that you are ready to join us for the 6th international March Against Monsanto. |
| This year's MAM events will take place on May 20th, 2017 with more than 300 cities on 6 continents participating. For the past five years, March Against Monsanto has been instrumental in raising public awareness on Monsanto's various crimes against humanity including poorly tested GMOs, carcinogenic herbicides, war chemicals like Agent Orange and white phosphorous, and the many dangers of chemical agriculture. |
| This past year we have extended our support to the anti-vaccination movement as research conducted by our colleagues at Moms Across America revealed that Monsanto's glyphosate (weedkiller) was found to be a contaminant in numerous vaccines that are, in some states, mandatory for children. Obviously, this is extremely concerning news because glyphosate has been found to "probably" cause cancer and it has been banned in some countries due to its potent toxicity. |
| There are zero studies determining the safety of injecting glyphosate into a baby, specifically on the first day of life, the Hepatitis B vaccine being one of the vaccinations found to be contaminated with weedkiller. (Sadly, and coincidentally, the U.S. has one of the highest first day of life infant mortality rates in the world.) | Also of great concern is the letter that was released in October by an anonymous group of scientists known as the CDC SPIDER (Scientists Preserving Diligence and Ethics in Research) which accuses the CDC of being "influenced and shaped by outside parties and rogue interests" and that the "Congressional intent for the agency is being circumvented by some of their leaders" and is shockingly "becoming the norm and not the rare exception.” (Read the letter by clicking here.) |

| We have also conducted further research on Monsanto's acquisition of Climate Corp. and the patents that the USDA holds for aluminum-resistant seed varieties. Why should this concern you? |
| We know that Bill Gates has a substantial amount of money invested in the biotech corporation and owns 500,000 shares of Monsanto stock valued at more than $50 million dollars. Now, it's been reported that Gates is teaming up with Harvard and has pledged $7 million dollars for geoengineering experiments that will include aerial spraying of various chemicals like sulfur dioxide and alumina, a compound that includes aluminum. |
| Ominously, a 2016 U.N report warns of the dangers of the untested technology stating that the effectiveness of geoengineering is “uncertain” and “in reducing the scale of one problem, other new problems would be created. Thus, there would also be risk of the geoengineering action also contributing to other drivers affecting biodiversity loss and ecosystem integrity.” (The U.N report can be read by clicking here.) |
| We have a huge problem, folks. It's time to stand together and combine our efforts. Regardless if you fight for organics and against Monsanto's hijack of our food supply, if you fight for medical freedom against mandated weedkiller-contaminated vaccines, or if you fight for clean air and against geoengineering experiments, it is time to UNITE against poison! |
| We are so much more powerful when we put our differences aside and focus on the ultimate objective: a sustainable planet and a healthy future for our kids. |
