WITNESS STATEMENT: It was April 9 (Sunday) 2017, about 20.15 pm, when I went out in a blockhouse apartment on the third floor to the balcony. The moon was beautifully lit and it was quite big. It was a bit cloudy but a few stars could be seen.

When I looked in the sky, I was interested in the body that floated above the panel housing estate at Rohácova Street in Prague 3. I was fascinated by the blink of many red lights.

At first I thought it was a helicopter, but it did not blink so much. The red lights were very clear, there were more than 10, and they were constantly blinking. I listened if I could hear a noise from the body, but I did not hear anything.

That is why I rule out that it would be a helicopter. The body moved very slowly. Rather, it seemed as if it were worth every moment. The body was flying very slowly (rather floating in the wind) towards Vítkov.

I took the camera, got some pictures and 2 videos. Since I do not have a night-time camera, the video is blurred when zoomed in. The Canon camera has a 34x zoom on which I have filmed.

The unknown body began to come back after more than 10 minutes and the red lights were constantly flashing all the time. I took a 20x60 telescope and looked at the body even closer.

I find that those blinking lights are around 20 and flash on some small pyramid, triangle, or square. The green and blue lights flash alternately in the middle.

At the same time, I noticed in the telescope two shoulders that were about three times longer than the solid, greyhound body. I think the body was a few hundred yards away. I think max. up to 500m.

Due to the weaker visibility (evening), the size of the object is estimated. The body moved very slowly and quietly all the time, and it was obvious that when it flew back, it began to rise.

Finally, I lost myself behind another panel house when it was no longer visible from my place. It could have been a new toy drone, but since I watched it for almost 20 minutes, he would have had a pretty long stamina in the air. They are no longer drones for a few tens of thousands.

I do not even think why he had so many red flashing lights. Compared to helicopter 10x more. For this reason, it was very visible. In the sky, the body was not overlooked. Practically, the whole solid body was lined with light. Only the shoulders of light did not. Strange.
