Top Must-See Sky Events for the last two weeks of June 2017.
As darkness falls on these balmy June evenings look for the famous 'Summer Triangle' at your eastern sky. This 'Triangle' is composed of three of the brightest stars in the night sky, each of which is the brightest star in its own constellation. Near midnight, the Summer Triangle lies virtually overhead at mid-northern latitudes during the summer months.
From the southern hemisphere it appears upside down and low in the sky during the winter months.
